Leng Yuan let out a breath, suppressing the desire stirring within him. He raised a hand and gently ruffled her hair, keeping his voice as steady as he could.
His heart went out to his wife. She’d been busy all day with Sweet Girl and Xiao Yang, and he was afraid she was exhausted. He hadn’t planned on touching her tonight.
Gu Jiaojiao, having had her fun and feeling satisfied, heard Leng Yuan speak. Not wanting to disturb his reading any further, she prepared to get up.
