Now reading: Chapter 60: Silly Dad from The Demon Emperor was Saint Emperor, a Game novel by Jichengren.

"Moreover, the lowest limit being 700... Lynn himself claid to be a Demigod, and even if there’s a 99% chance he’s boasting, is there really no 1% possibility?"

As soon as the words fell, even the person speaking shook his head, not to ntion everyone else.

A Demigod at level 900 — even a 0.1% possibility is worth everyone here investigating.

But just because soone claims to be a Demigod, does that make them a Demigod?

If that’s the case, I can claim to be a level 999 Demon Emperor, and I’d be a Near God!

"Enough unrealistic talk... The worst region for monster mutations is within the Celestial Destiny Empire. Imdiately form a special action team to return to the Celestial Destiny Empire for a detailed investigation, and report Brian’s na so he can lead the team."

"As for Lynn... If Brian gets the chance, let him probe a bit, but be careful. Every Saint Tier figure is crucial to the Divine Protection Continent, so don’t offend him."

Finally, Mandela, the current Third Legion Commander of the Divine Protection Alliance Army spoke. As a formidable Saint Tier at level 720, his words in the Third Legion carried more weight than the Emperor’s.

"Understood!"

...

The eting dispersed, leaving Mandela at the head seat, his chin resting on his hand, speechless for a long ti.

"Lynn..."

This na was completely unfamiliar to him; searching through his mory yielded no corresponding or similar na.

And yet...

When he spoke this na earlier, he had a strange sensation as if being watched by a beast.

As if any movent would see him torn to pieces by an invisible beast.

This was a natural talent of his, able to predict danger to so extent—a gift that had saved his life on the battlefield over twenty tis. It couldn’t be wrong.

"Even if there isn’t that impossible upper limit, he surely shouldn’t be at the lower limit either..."

Mandela closed his eyes and conjured an image in his mind.

A figure over two ters tall, muscles explosively developed, wielding an unstoppable Two-Handed War Axe, bare-chested, wearing a black battle skirt, creating a hurricane with his every move, leaving a trail of corpses and almost no intact bodies.

This guy, he fears, could be level 760! A more terrifying existence than the Saint Emperor of Light!

Because even arguing with the Saint Emperor of Light at level 750 didn’t give him this strong sense of crisis.

No, maybe not just ten levels higher...

The Saint Emperor of Light could defeat him, even kill him with full strength, but never did he have that premonition of being easily shredded.

That guy...

Peak Saint Tier! Power level 800!

"Guards! Get the communication officer here!"

Mandela abruptly sat up straight, yelling out towards the door.

Monts later, a new order was relayed through the Teleportation Array.

"Don’t probe Lynn! Show so respect!"

Then, the special action team which had set off first was caught up with the new order while taking a break within the Beastman Kingdom.

At this ti, the special action team leader, Brian, was holding onto two figures — a pure and lovely rabbit race girl on one side and a charming fox race girl on the other.

This was the offering from the tiger-race City Lord of the County City. As a seasoned Saint Tier at level 680, he was a VIP wherever he went.

The Beastman Kingdom’s Marquis City Lord couldn’t compare, even the King of Beastman Race would host him at a grand banquet when he visited the Beastman Royal Capital.

"No longer probing him? Great, one less task."

Receiving the new order, Brian dismissed the communication officer and continued reveling with his teammates.

"I really like the Beastman Kingdom, suits my taste."

Brian said as he slid his hand under the skirts of the two different race girls beside him, imdiately finding sothing there.

Don’t misunderstand — it’s not the bunny tail or the fox tail, but those breakfast essentials resembling two eggs and a piece of breadstick.

"Little slutty ladies, hehehe..."

...

...

Next morning, Little Yuri woke Lynn up early by shaking him in his room.

When Lynn got up, the little one was already fully dressed, chatting with Little Yuna who was perched on the wall in the yard.

"Good morning, Little Yuri, Little Yuna, what would you like for breakfast?"

Lynn stretched as he walked into the yard, seeing the two little angels interacting over the wall, imdiately brightening his spirits.

"Little cakes." ×2.

The two little ones said in unison.

"Didn’t you just have it yesterday? Eating too singularly isn’t good for growth, pick sothing else."

Lynn frowned, opposing their choice.

"Candied haw berries." ×2.

Again in unison, like a pair of synchronized twins.

"Can candied haw berries be breakfast? It’s bread, scrambled eggs, and pumpkin soup today, that’s it."

Asking kids for opinions is a bit silly, Lynn thought as he scratched his head and made the decision himself before preparing breakfast for the children.

Neither Little Yuri nor Little Yuna protested; they weren’t picky eaters but felt guilty watching Lynn, such a big man, getting up just to prepare their breakfast.

"I’ll toast the bread!"

"I’ll wash the pumpkin!"

Little Yuna climbed over from the other side of the wall, joining Little Yuri in forming a squad to help Uncle (Daddy) Lynn.

Lynn never opposed children doing tasks within their capability, thus he enjoyed watching them hustle.

After breakfast, Little Yuna went ho to wash dishes with grandma while Lynn prepared to go out with Little Yuri.

Although Little Yuri brought so luggage when she ca, the orphanage kids don’t have many new clothes. Lynn’s savings were vast, ensuring that his daughter won’t lack pretty new clothes.

Clothes were bought before, but nothing fits better than made-to-asure, which provides a perfect reason to invite Xiya for a shopping trip. Feelings need nurturing, and nurturing requires contact. What’s better for bonding than sharing ti with their children?

Then, as they headed towards the bustling district, Little Yuri scolded Lynn hard, nearly making him hang his head in sha before the child.

"You’ve known Xiya Mommy for so long, played together so long last night, and Daddy Lynn, you still forgot to add Xiya Mommy’s Communication Stone contact! Truly a silly, silly Daddy! No wonder you couldn’t catch a smarter Mommy."

Little Yuri’s words echoed, stating the truth, but Lynn felt she was teasing Vivian—what does it an by "couldn’t catch a smarter Mommy"? That implies the mom already caught isn’t so smart, huh?

"No worries, I know where Catherine lives, visiting them is the sa."

Lynn held Little Yuri’s hand as they headed towards Catherine’s house. Clearly a simple ssage could arrange a et-up, yet it had co to this formal invitation.

The destination being Catherine’s ho ant an invitation to include her too?

Turning a family of three into a family of four, though technically wives on both sides, the reality won’t be all perfect joy...
