"Anastasia Necron Vs Elsa Whitemore."

The mont the preordained match was called, almost imdiately, Anastasia blurred and appeared at the middle of the field, while both Damon and Rose turned to stare at Elsa, looking to see if she would forfeit. If she did, the two of them would called out next, but to Rose’s disappointnt and to Damon’s delight, Elsa stood up from her seat, and began making her way to the stairs.

"Ohohohoho, it’s the white swan vs the scarlet princess, the crowd’s opinion not mine." The instructor chuckled as Elsa and Anastasia stood in place.

"It’s two beauties against each other. Now the mont we’ve all been waiting for." Instructor Lee paused. "Begin!"

Unlike the other matches that imdiately began with a bang, this one was rather lackluster. Both Anastasia and Elsa still stood in place.

Elsa smiled.

"I know I stand no chance against you, but I couldn’t just forfeit without even making it to the arena." she said. "I’d look like those cowards who forfeited against Rose without even trying."

"They’re no cowards they just know their limits." Anastasia replied offhandedly. "And also, are you asking to go easy on you?" Anastasia tilted her head.

"You misunderstand." Elsa’s mouth twitched at Anastasia’s wording. She had planned to forfeit the mont the fight began, but then changed her mind. If she was going to show Alistair her resolve, then she had to at least last an exchange.

"Okay then let’s get to it." Anastasia’s voice whisperered right next to Elsa’s ears. Only then did she notice that the Anastasia standing a few ters away from her, was nowhere to be seen. Elsa’s head snapped to her side, and there Anastasia stood, right beside her, albeit facing the other way.

With widened eyes, Elsa realized that Anastasia could blitz her anyti she wished. She sweat dropped.

"I f...Mmph." Elsa opened her mouth to forfeit, but found her speech impaired due to the hand covering her mouth.

"No hard feelings, in exchange for a favor, I am being asked to ss you up a bit." Anastasia whispered in Elsa’s ears.

Elsa’s eyes that were already widened almost popped out. Who could have such a grudge against her? And why would soone offer Anastasia a favor in exchange for ssing her up?

’Wait...’ She recollected sothing that happened a little before their match. Soone had gone to et the red haired bitch. Like a domino, her eyes rolled passed nurous students, and eventually stopped on a certain young man.

The mont their eyes t, his lips widened into a maniac grin. ’This bastard...’ How dare Damon do that? ’What gave him the nerve?’ Her hysterical self thought.

Anastasia anwhile, spun on her foot, with her hand still grabbing Elsa’s face, and threw her away like a ragdoll.

Bang!

The white haired girl crashed unceremoniously on the ground, rolling a bit to offset her montum.

Swoosh!

Anastasia reappeared right in front of Elsa, fist fully drawn back.

BAM!

Unable to block, Elsa helplessly received the punch across the che, getting thrown backwards, and rolling, while skidding uncontrollably across the ground.

During the last roll, she managed to catch herself, glaring back at where Anastasia had been with a shocked expression, her heavily bruised cheek inflaming.

Only, Anastasia was no longer there. A sharp sound cut through the air at imnse speeds, forcing Elsa’s eyes to dart around in panic, looking for her unwanted opponent.

"I f..." She opened her bleeding mouth once again to opt out of the match, only for a flash of red hair to appear in her sight.

"In case I was not clear." Anastasia said. "You won’t forfeit until I let you do so."

BAM!

A hook connected to her other cheek, sending her tumbling again, this ti sideways.

Alistair continued to wince as a hands down beating played out down in the field. Everyti Elsa was about to forfeit, Anastasia would sohow always stop her.

On the other hand, the amicable image Anastasia had built of herself over the past month and a half. The gentle smile she often had on her face, or the indifferent expression she sotis put on.

This new cruel part of her was sothing even her own classmates had never seen safe for Damon, not to talk of other classes.

Damon on the other hand watched with a wide grin on his face. While it might have cost him a favor to Anastasia, it was well worth it. He even wished he was the one down there delivering the beat down.

"Your grin is making it obvious that you’re enjoying what’s happening down there." Dion whispered into Damon’s ears.

"I am enjoying it, why would I care what others think?" Damon replied, his gaze still fixed on both girls.

A red haired girl held a red haired girl by the shoulder, literally. Elsa’s white hair had been dyed red by her own blood, that ran from her skull, and down to her face. She had multiple bruises and cuts that seed blood all over her body. In short, she was in a sorry state, but still quite conscious, and gasping for breath.

"Like I said before, no hard feelings." Anastasia smiled, before giving Elsa one final chop to the base of her neck, which rendered her unconscious.

"Ahahahaha!" Instructor Lee awkwardly chuckled. "That was a rather one sided match." He quickly waved Anastasia back to the stands, while a bright flash of light enveloped Elsa’s figure, whisking her away.

Instructor Lee could have saved Elsa anyti he wished, but it went against the rules of the tournant. And Elsa wasn’t in mortal danger, nor did she forfeit, so he couldn’t act bias. Also, he had heard all that Anastasia whispered to Elsa, much like other instructors. But even he had to admit, he loves the way Anastasia stopped Elsa everyti she was about to forfeit, and he even had company in Damon, who couldn’t hide his satisfaction.

As soon as Anastasia appeared back on the stands, a certain soone walked over to Anastasia, drawing everyone’s attention, and making Damon frown slightly. Alistair stood towering over her.

"Did you really have to go that far?" Alistair asked with slight anger in his tone. Anastasia turned to him, adopting her indifferent expression. "Like I said to her, it was rely a transaction, soone is paying to ss her up a bit."

"Is it him?" His furious gaze turned to Damon who had also walked over. "And what if it is?" Damon asked without missing a beat."

The two stood there, auras flaring, and ego against ego. "And why would you do that?" Alistair asked after a mont. "Because I felt like it. Why, you’ve got a problem with it?" Damon tilted his head.

Fwooosh!

The air around Alistair zeroed in on him as his aura flared higher. "You should be glad we won’t be eting in this tournant, else...." Alistair didn’t complete his sentence.

"What do you an by that?" Damon raised a brow. "Are you implying that you’d lose to Anastasia, or that I’d lose to Rose?" ’Does this bastard think I’d lose to Rose?’ Damon thought. Honestly, it kind of rubbed him the wrong way, he was starting to wish Anastasia would lose to this bastard, so he could put him in his place himself.

Damon ntioning Rose’s na finally got her to look towards him for a brief mont, before looking away.

"I won’t lose." Alistair spoke in a matter of fact tone. Damon nodded. "I’m starting to wish for that too– no offense Sia." he turned to Sia.

"Hmph." Anastasia rely snorted, amused, and turned away from them both.

Damon then turned back to Alistair. "Then we just have to wait and see now, won’t we?"

"Hahahaha! A fight between the unruly prince and the crown jewel of this generation? Now that’s a fight I’m sure everyone here would be willing to watch." Instructor Lee’s comnt diffused the atmosphere between the two sowhat.

"But for now, the next match, We have the fallen prince himself, Damon Darkfell vs his twin, the Phoenix princess herself, Rose Darkfell!"

The entire stadium grew silent. This was a match many have been waiting for. Not only Damon and Rose, but also Emtt, Silvie, Delilah, Dion, and Anastasia. Hell, even so of the instructors.

The next mont, Rose blurred and appeared on the field so fast that Damon who wasn’t looking missed her movents.

Damon too, moved away from Alistair, and blurred to the edge of the stairs, where his reflection stood just shy of the field. And in sync, both stepped into the field.

Damon sprinted towards Rose and stopped a few ters away from her.

"I guess it finally ti isn’t it, sister?" Damon said. "A reminder if I may, I don’t plan on losing."

"So do I." Rose replied.

"Begin!"
