Chapter 1156: Cain vs Ophiron (II) Chapter 1156: Cain vs Ophiron (II) Cain snarled, reeling from the impact as blood spurted from his wounds.

Yet even as pain surged through him, a aningful light appeared in his eyes as he spotted an opening.

His claws glowed with dark energy as he pushed Reaper Touch to its limit, slashing downward with deadly intent.

Ophiron moved instantly, reacting to the dragon’s massive claw.

However, due to their close proximity, the claws still grazed his chest, leaving deep and large wounds.

Imdiately, Reaper Touch activated, and the wound began to fester, the destructive energy eating away at the battle monk’s defenses.

The monk grimaced as the wound expanded and deepened, his energy working desperately to fight back the curse-like attack.

But even in his pained state, he refused to let the injury slow him.

In a flash, Ophiron dashed forward at full speed, appearing right in front of Cain’s enormous dragon form, his hands glowing even brighter.

“Double Golden Palm of the Buddha!” The attack landed point-blank on Cain’s chest.

The dragon’s scales, more durable than even Middle Legendary Treasures, shattered under the impact.

Cain’s colossal, thirty-five-thousand-ter-long body, weighing thousands of tons, was blasted backward as he coughed up blood.

Cain buried his claws into the ground, using all his strength to regain control over his body.

His eyes were cold as he gazed at the battle monk who had inflicted such massive damage on him.

“Hahahaha!

You are truly powerful,” Cain laughed, his voice booming.

“I must admit, you might be the strongest opponent I’ve faced in this world and the previous one.

I’ll learn much from this.” The battle intent burning in Cain’s heart only grew stronger.

Ophiron was even stronger than Horus, an enemy Cain’s original body had fought with all its might to defeat.

“I guess to win this fight and consu you, I really need to go all out!” Cain roared, his thrill and killing intent bursting from his soul as he spoke.

His gaze sharpened, becoming deadlier.

Ophiron frowned at Cain’s words.

They sounded like the boasting of an overconfident warrior, but he sensed sothing different.

Though he had only recently t this dragon, he knew this enemy wasn’t the type to bluff-if he said sothing, he ant it.

As Ophiron wondered what Cain would do next, the dragon’s entire body began to tremble.

The lightning coursing through Cain’s veins exploded as the power of his Dragon Sinful Heart was fully unleashed.

Cain’s Oniric Truth of Gluttony was useless in this energy-devoid dinsion, but it wasn’t the only Oniric Truth he possessed.

While his mastery over it was weaker, it was strong enough to activate.

“Berzerker Dragon’s Wrath!” Cain roared, unleashing the evolved ability of Dragon’s Wrath, enhanced by the Oniric Truth of Wrath.

His life force burned, granting him imnse power.

The lightning coursing through his flesh and blood burst with even greater potency, his body growing larger until he reached a mind-blowing forty-five-thousand ters in size.

Ophiron’s eyes widened as he felt Cain’s strength, flas, and lightning increase exponentially.

His instincts scread at him, warning of the imnse danger he now faced.

Unfortunately, there was no escape.

While entering the dinsion had been easy, leaving would require total concentration for several seconds-sothing the dragon would never allow.

Determination and killing intent burned in the monk’s eyes.

If there was no other path, he would end the life of the one who sought his and use everything he had to achieve it.

“BOOOOMM!” A burst of golden light shot up from the monk, reaching the ceiling of the dinsion as he burned his vitality, pushing his body and energy to an even higher level.

The scarlet dragon and the battle monk locked gazes, their intent and determination clear.

Silence reigned for a mont before they dashed toward each other with a power that made the entire dinsion tremble.

“BOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMM!” The battle raged on, each exchange more intense than the last.

Explosions echoed inside the vast white dinsion as blasts of scarlet flas and golden energy collided, spreading in all directions.

The sheer intensity of the clashes ford a tornado of energy around Cain and Ophiron, the force so imnse it could send Sky Lords flying like insects caught in a storm.

Cain’s overwhelming size, strength, and destructive abilities were matched by Ophiron’s agility, precision, and mastery of golden energy.

Every ti Cain used his brute force, Ophiron evaded with incredible skill and technique.

Yet, whenever Ophiron landed a blow, Cain’s endurance allowed him to shrug off what would have been fatal strikes to anyone else.

As the minutes passed, both combatants took considerable damage.

Cain’s scales were cracked in several places, with golden energy still burning within the wounds.

anwhile, Ophiron’s body bore deep gashes, the lingering effects of Reaper Touch weakening him over ti.

Yet no matter how many wounds marred their bodies, neither the scarlet dragon nor the battle monk showed the slightest sign of defeat.

Their battle will only burned brighter with each passing mont.

Cain launched himself into the air, his wings propelling him upward before he ca crashing down with imnse force, aiming to crush Ophiron beneath his claws.

The ground trembled as Cain slamd into the surface, sending debris flying.

But Ophiron was already gone, his agility saving him once again.

He reappeared on Cain’s back, fists raised high above his head as golden energy surged around them.

“Golden Descent of Buddha!” he shouted, bringing his fists down with enough power to shatter mountains.

The blow connected, and Cain let out a roar of pain as the force of the impact sent shockwaves through his massive form.

But even as his body shuddered under the weight of the attack, his eyes glinted with a dangerous light.

Cain’s tail lashed out, enhanced by Weight Manipulation, sending Ophiron flying off his back.

Before the monk could recover, Cain lunged forward, his claws glowing with deadly shadow energy.

Ophiron, still midair, gritted his teeth and raised his hands in defense, golden energy flaring once more.
