Chapter 1472: A coffin Chapter 1472: A coffin [High radiation waves detected: Three thousand ters to the left.] Cain’s eyes sharpened as he received the ssage from the Absolute Life Form System.

The path ahead clearly led to the exit of the shadowy labyrinth, but the system had detected a much stronger radiation source emanating from a hidden side path.

A aningful light flickered in Cain’s eyes as he weighed his options.

The collapsing walls were drawing dangerously close, and ti was running out.

He didn’t have the luxury of deliberating for long.

Finally, Cain’s gaze steeled with determination.

If there was sothing he had to learn through the exploration of multiple dungeons and secret dinsions, it was that hidden paths tend to lead to amazing treasures. “I need to check sothing,” he said abruptly.

Without offering any further explanation, Cain veered sharply to the left, confusing the rest of the group.

Their confusion turned to shock when they saw him phase directly through a solid wall.

Elrick and the others didn’t understand what was happening, but they had little choice but to follow, as they could not afford to leave Cain’s halo of radiance.

Steeling themselves, they moved toward the sa wall and were astonished to find they could pass through it as well.

On the other side, they erged into a massive chamber with suffocating levels of radiation.

At the center of the chamber stood the origin of such radiation.

An imposing sarcophagus, its grandeur radiating a palpable aura of majesty.

“A coffin!” Shock gripped the group.

While it made sense for the tomb of the Sky Sovereign to house a sarcophagus, finding it here, in a hidden side path of the labyrinth, was baffling. If this truly belonged to a Prima Deity, it should have been located in the core of the citadel-not concealed in a secret chamber at the edge of the place.

Questions swirled in everyone’s minds, but their initial curiosity was swiftly replaced by a singular, overpowering emotion. Greed.

They didn’t know why the coffin was there or to whom it belonged.

What they did know was that its opulence and aura hinted at treasures of unimaginable value.

It was clearly a treasure that surpassed the Soul Realm, and each of them wanted it.

The first to act was Auron, the Godslayer Human with dark tallic skin.

His Star Power exploded as he used his overwhelming sundering power to shorten the distance between himself and the sarcophagus.

The others weren’t far behind.

While they knew that any treasures found would have to be handed over to Lady Azure, they also understood that whoever physically claid the treasure would receive greater rewards from the Old Anima.

None of them wanted to be left behind.

Cain watched their actions with cold indifference.

The mont the group surged forward, the radiant light surrounding him disappeared.

Shock filled Elrick and the others.

They hadn’t expected Cain to be so brazen as to extinguish the light that had been keeping the Flaming Shadows at bay.

Yet there was no ti to dwell on their disbelief-without the radiance, the shadows imdiately lunged toward the group with overwhelming killing intent.

“BOOM!” “BAAAA!” “ROOOAAARRRR!” Explosions and roars echoed across the chamber as the Flaming Shadows descended upon the Divine Transcendence Masters in a relentless assault.

Dozens of the creatures had accumulated during their journey through the labyrinth, and now they threatened to overwhelm the group entirely.

For a mont, it seed like the shadows would consu Elrick and the others, but then the radiant light reappeared, pushing the creatures back.

The group glanced toward Cain, but their expressions were not ones of gratitude.

Instead, their gazes were cold and accusatory.

It was clear to all of them that Cain had deliberately put them in danger, and now, the sarcophagus was nowhere to be seen.

It didn’t take much imagination to realize he had taken it.

“What’s the aning of this?” Elrick’s voice was cold, his eyes burning with barely contained anger.

Cain, however, remained indifferent.

His initial politeness toward the group had been a gesture of goodwill, but it was clear to him now that teamwork was impossible.

He had carried the full weight of navigating through the shadow labyrinth and keeping all of them safe from the monster, yet they still dared to fight him for the right to the treasure. Instead of wasting ti on empty justifications, Cain turned and dashed toward the main path.

“Let’s move unless you want to be crushed by the walls,” he said flatly.

Elrick and the rest of the group were furious but had no choice.

They couldn’t remain in the labyrinth, and the collapsing walls left them no ti for argunts.

Begrudgingly, they suppressed their grievances and followed Cain back to the main road.

“BOOM!” The sound of collapsing walls thundered behind them as the group sprinted toward the exit of the shadowy labyrinth.

The oppressive darkness began to recede, and their senses, previously dulled, sharpened once more.

Finally, they erged into a massive hall that stretched as far as their eyes could see.

The hall was imposing, its walls lined with enormous statues of fire-breathing beasts.

The statues glowed faintly with ember-like energy, their fierce forms exuding a palpable sense of power and danger.

Cain, Elrick, and the others exchanged solemn nods.

Whatever grievances they held against one another would have to wait.

Their instincts scread in warning, and it was clear that while they had left the labyrinth behind, the dangers they faced had only grown more intense.

The group moved forward cautiously, their steps deliberate and asured.

No one rushed, their sharp eyes scanning the statues with suspicion.

It didn’t take a genius to realize these weren’t rely decorative-they were almost certainly guardians of the hall.

After five tense minutes of walking, their path ca to an abrupt end.

Before, the group manifested a wall-not a physical barrier, but one made of searing energy.

Its surface rippled with heat, and as they stared, intricate runic formations began to appear, glowing with fiery brilliance.
