Cain's smile widened as he heard the man's words. He had been looking for a map, and it seed he had finally found one. Although he had a general idea about the Sectors of the Deus Behemoth Continent, a military topographic map would provide him with more detailed information.
After seeing Cain's nod, Sandwell imdiately used his computer ring to send the information to Cain's A.I. Chip. Military topographic maps were not really a great secret, and in tis of chaos like this, no one would care if he lent it to a stranger, especially if this one was a fellow soldier.
Cain went through the map, and while it had an imnse amount of information, it was easy for soone with his cognitive abilities to internalize it all in a few seconds. After that, he remained silent for a mont before deciding what to do next.
"It is logical to think this phenonon affects the entire continent. Our first move should be to move the civilians to one of the military forests closest to our location and, from there, gather more information."
Sandwell imdiately nodded as he agreed with Cain's plan. Trying to rescue other people or facing the horde would only put the millions of refugees from Ocean Gem City in danger and would be irresponsible.

Colossus Imperial Fort was the na of a fort affiliated with the military, located at the center of the Colossus Sector and with a radius of several hundred kiloters. There was a man right now in the sky of the fort, and his two and a half ters height and rock-like skin gave him an imposing figure that could incite calm in the people watching him.
Rokan could feel the eyes of the millions of people inside the fort, and he showed nothing but calm and resolution. Although he was just as confused by the sudden natural catastrophe that had struck the entire continent, he knew that those at higher levels must remain stoic in these tis.
The Grand Marquess did not simply stand in the sky; he used his Ego Wave to monitor the surroundings and guide the soldiers as people marched to the Colossus Fort from all directions. With all coastal cities destroyed and the rise of the oceanic Wave Beasts, people naturally ca to the place that offered the greatest sense of safety.
Although Rokan was happy to see hundreds of people marching into the Colossus Fort, he could not help but clench his fists as he understood that for every refugee that reached this place, many more did not make it.
Suddenly, Rokan's eyes widened as he turned to the distance, feeling a powerful aura that was not much weaker than his, confusing him. He had remained in the fort to ensure its safety under the command of the Duke while this one and the other Apotheosis Masters marched to the shore.
'A human!?'
A flash of caution appeared in Rokan's eyes as he focused on the aura and felt two red eyes looking back at him, noticing that the person was not a mber of the Deus Behemoth Race but a Godslayer Human. Although their races were allies, this was a ti of great turmoil, and he could not lower his guard to anyone who was an anomaly.
Just as the Grand Marquess was about to give the command to raise the defenses, he noticed that the man was not alone, and hundreds of thousands of Deus Behemoth were with him.
"NO! It's not just hundreds of thousands; they are millions!"
Rokan was shocked to detect such an overwhelming number of refugees advancing rapidly to the fort. Typically, such a large number of people would move very slowly since they would have to adapt their speed to the weakest mbers of the group.
However, this was not the case since in the sky were thirty-three giant demonic claws, and in each, there were dozens of thousands of children, elders, and people with low cultivation.
Cain smiled as he saw how Rokan lowered his guard when he saw him coming with such a massive number of refugees. He knew he had made the right choice by facing the horde of Wave Beasts and saving all these people.
As for using the claws to mobilize the people, Cain did that since he could not stand the slow speed with which the group moved.
Rokan imdiately regained his focus as he sent a series of commands. Soon, hundreds of soldiers marched out of the city to et the refugees from Ocean Gem City. Although the man was happy to see so many people alive, millions of refugees marching at once into the fort would carry a trendous logistical burden, so he needed to make preparations imdiately.
Sandwell noticed the troops coming from the Colossus Imperial Fort and imdiately directed his soldiers to et with them so they could organize the refugees. Then, he gave Cain a slight bow before marching toward Rokan.
It took a few seconds for the Deus Behemoth Wave King to stand before Rokan, and he perford a deep bow.
"Sandwell Sonk, City Lord of Ocean Gem City, greets Grand Marquis Rokan."
Rokan was a Grand Marquis of the Colossus Sector, so he knew all City Lords and imdiately recognized Sandwell.
"It seems that you were able to evacuate not only everybody from your city but also people from other small coastal towns and bring them here to safety."

Besides, it made sense that this massive group managed to escape thanks to Cain's interference since the power of the oceanic horde was not sothing a Wave King could handle.
