The fact that Cain was a Colonel in the Godslayer Human Imperial Army also improved Rokan's vision of the man. After all, it was always easier to interact with fellow soldiers.
After considering his options, Rokan signaled Cain to approach the fort instead of eting above the forest.
Cain smiled. The fact they would be speaking inside the fort ant there was already a certain level of trust. He lowered the people in the claws to the ground before dispersing the spell and flying to the city.
"Colonel Cain Laurifer," Cain clasped his hand and perford a slight nod, not lowering his head and standing straight.
Rokan did not take this as an offense since Cain was a Colonel. Even if he belonged to a different race, he had the right to stand straight in front of him.
"Colonel Rokan Green, Grand Marquis of the Deus Behemoth Race!"
Rokan perford the sa stance as he clasped his hands and nodded.
Sandwell left the duo after giving the introduction, gathering with the rest of the soldiers, leaving Rokan and Cain alone. Continue reading on My Virtual Library Empire
Rokan showed a blank expression for a few monts as he focused on his computer ring before finally turning toward Cain.
"I have inford Duke Gigant about your presence. He told that you should remain in the fort and assist in maintaining its safety until his arrival."
Cain nodded and did not offer any comnt. While saving all those people bought him a great deal of trust, it had yet to reach the point where they would allow him to mobilize freely across the Colossus Sector.
"Could you solve so doubts I have about your empire? I am afraid my knowledge about the great Deus Behemoth Empire is not that deep."
Rokan stared at Cain for a mont before softly nodding. "If there is sothing I can answer, I will be happy to help you."
"Could you shed so light on the Zanginis Clan? I ford a friendship with one of its mbers nad Desmond when this one went to Gaia, but I have no way to contact him."
Rokan was slightly surprised to hear that information and did not hesitate to share what he knew since there was no reason to hide it.
"The Zanginis Clan is one of the Ten Great Bloodlines, aning Deus Behemoth Emperors have erged from their mbers. Their ancestral ho is in the Bahamut Sector, at the empire's core. Unfortunately, I cannot help you contact them, but Duke Gigant could."
Cain nodded to Rokan and remained silent. Asking for the use of an intercontinental teleportation formation in normal tis would have been hard, but with his military rank, it should not take long. Unfortunately for him, these tis were anything but normal.
More than a month went by, and the storm clouds in the sky had yet to vanish, shrouding the entire continent in perpetual darkness. Even though the earthquakes were gone, and so were the lightning arcs that fell with the power to kill Wave Kings, the ocean seed to remain in a state of complete chaos.
If Cain wanted to return to Gaia, he would need the assistance of soone with great power and influence in the Deus Behemoth Race, and he naturally thought of Desmond.
Since there was nothing he could do but wait for the arrival of Duke Gigant, the Scarlet King adopted a ditative stance in the sky and began to look through the space rings from Sabina, Sarun, Ina, and the Water Tribulation Apotheosis Master that dominated the Law of tal.
Rokan saw how Cain adopted a ditative stance but did not say anything and focused on the Colossus Fort's safety and guiding the military forces.
Cain first went through the space ring of the Apotheosis Master that controlled the Law of tal. The woman's Ego Wave remained in the space ring even after her death, but it was easy for Cain to erase it since his willpower was stronger.
He found many resources, including dozens of high-quality wave crystals and other cultivation resources. There were also so starry gems with Saint Techniques, but he lost interest after seeing that none reached the peak of the Apotheosis Realm and just focused on the Law of tal.
After that, he went to the space ring from Sarun, the Bone Calamity Apotheosis Master from Blood Path. The man's willpower was slightly stronger than Cain's, but it was not hard to erase.
A smile appeared on Cain's face when he saw the contents of the space ring. Not only were there nearly fifty high-quality wave crystals, but he also found an imnse amount of resources that focused on improving the body's vitality and nding wounds.
His smile grew even wider as he saw a starry gem inside, and after glancing at it, he obtained so information, such as the fact it had the na Blood Seal Tornado Art. It was a Saint Cultivation Technique from the Astral Rebirth Path of Power that could be trained all the way to the peak of the Apotheosis Stage!
Although the Blood Seal Tornado Art was at the sa level as the Sonic Blade Fusion Technique, the first one was focused on the elent of blood, so soone like Cain, who had a great talent in that elent, would improve much faster and with half the effort.
Cain had already decided to renew his cultivation in the Astral Rebirth Path of Power after fixing his Rebirth Heart, and this technique was exactly what he needed to cultivate.
The Atrox's space ring had so armor inside, but they weren't Holy Armors, just artifacts. Without an Apotheosis level energy pool, they were useless.
After sorting through Sarun's belongings, Cain went to Ina's space ring.
The woman was also wealthy and owned many valuable starry gems. However, none of those skills suited Cain's battle style. It appeared that Ina was skilled in the Law of Ghost, a powerful Law but one that Cain had little talent.
However, as he went through the cultivation resources, surprise appeared in the Scarlet King's eyes as he saw a crystal glowing with a strange nebula-like energy.
'A supre wave crystal!'
