Gigant's face grew solemn since the data regarding the suspicion about the Azure Royal Family and The Organization was a military secret he managed to attain only due to his status as a Duke. The fact that the young man before him also knew it gave his tale about being Cain Laurifer so validity.

Cain glossed over his stay in the Atrox Immortus Empire as he did not want to reveal much.
After all, he did not want people to know he controlled Dark Hand, not to ntion many in the Deus Behemoth Empire and even the Godslayer Humankind Empire would not see with good eyes his relations with the Atroxs or that he improved the power of mbers of this race with Genetic Coding and Tribulation Refinent.
Gigant noticed how Cain was not keen on sharing knowledge about his ti in Kronos, but a much more pressing matter drew his attention, and his face grew sharp as he stared at the human.
"There is an intercontinental teleportation formation that connects Kronos and Hyperion!?"
An intercontinental teleportation formation was a great tool but also imnsely dangerous, as it could allow hordes of enemies to cross their border and enter the continent.
"Yes, but there is no need to worry. I have destroyed the nexus connecting to Hyperion, 1300 km west of Ocean Gem City. It was controlled by a Tier 0 Dark Faction nad Blood Path, connecting the Saturn Sector in the Atrox Immortus Empire and the Colossus Sector."
Gigant cald down after hearing that the nexus connected to Hyperion was gone. Of course, he would send people to verify, but there was no reason for Cain to lie since he would know the truth in a few days.
"So, you reached the Atrox Continent with a crippled Rebirth Heart. And in less than a year, you restored your cultivation to the Late Wave Champion following the Essence Evolution Path!?"
If anyone else were to tell that tale, Gigant would not believe it, but Cain Laurifer was supposed to be a man who made the impossible happen over and over again.
After a few monts of consideration, the Deus Bahamut Duke stared at Cain.
"If you allow to check the state of your Rebirth Heart and Evolution Core, and they confirm your words, I am willing to trust your identity. Not only that, but I will also contact the young man from the Zanginis Clan and inform him about your arrival."
Examining soone else's body with your Ego Wave was a significant violation of their privacy, so one would not normally do it unless it was an enemy.
Cain was not too keen on it either. Still, he needed the help of the Deus Behemoth to find his footing in the continent, not to ntion he also wanted the liberty to practice his Tribulation Refinent in order to fix his Rebirth Heart. So, after a mont, he nodded.
A gray force field erged from Gigant mind, covering Cain's body and analyzing the condition of this one, paying extre focus on the Rebirth Heart and the state of the Evolution Core.
Thanks to his cultivation, he could see the state of the heart and its wounds, along with the purity in the Evolution Core that confird Cain's words.
After seeing all he needed, Gigant took back his Ego Wave and looked at the young man with awe and wonder.
"At first, I thought the stories about you were an exaggeration since there was no way an eighteen-year-old man who ca out of nowhere could achieve such heights, yet the tales are not lying. If anything, they are understating you."
Gigant made a small pause as he clasped his hand, and a smile appeared on his face.
"It is a pleasure to et you, Colonel Laurifer. I welco you to the Hyperion Continent in the na of the Deus Behemoth Empire."
Cain showed a radiant smile as he clasped his hand as well.
"The pleasure is mine."
After all that was out of the way, and a sense of trust erged between the two, Gigant was able to address more important matters.
"I assu that your mission is to return to Gaia."
"That is right. I wanted access to one of your intercontinental teleportation formations. I am willing to pay whatever is needed since I understand that the amount of energy they require is imnse."
"It is not about money, Colonel. I would help you if I could, but the intercontinental teleportation formations are all in the capital. I am afraid I cannot leave the fortress for the ti being due to the state of ergency, nor can I give you a Star Cruiser."
Cain could not help but sigh as he heard that. He was on the periphery of the Hyperion Continent, and the capital of the Deus Behemoth Empire was at its center.
He could achieve great speed but could not bend space, so if he were to travel on his own, it would take him weeks, if not months, to arrive in the Bahamut Sector.
Not to ntion that in such a state of ergency, the borders of all Sectors would be under heavy scrutiny and vigilance, adding another layer of problems.
"The situation across the continent is chaos. Still, I am sure the Imperial Court will soon summon all Dukes to establish a new plan to regain control of the coast and restore order.
