Flowing Cloud replied straightforwardly, "Yes, although our Dragon Mountain Sect and Dharma are in so sense competitors, purely in terms of strength, he is indeed top among the Three Sects. You can ask Fiction for their opinion, and you’ll get the sa answer."
Carson Flores’ eyes lit up, and he exclaid, "Impressive, there’s no hierarchy in literature, but there is in martial arts. For soone to be acknowledged by all three sects, his power must be incredible."
Flowing Cloud sighed, "He is indeed powerful, but his state isn’t exactly stable, so he usually seals his own cultivation. In the ultimate battle between the Three Sects and the Sea God Sect, it’s natural for him to step forward, but we’re worried that if he unseals his power, he might lose control of himself."
Carson Flores probed, "Lose control of what?"

Floating Cloud replied, "When he seals his power, he’s just like an ordinary person, and the Heart Demon won’t manifest. But once he unseals and fights with full strength, the Heart Demon will seize the opportunity to tempt him. If he resists the temptation and reseals his power after the fight, there’s no problem. But if he can’t resist, nobody knows what will happen."
Flowing Cloud added, "If it weren’t for the honor of the Three Sects, we wouldn’t agree to let him fight. The best-case scenario now is to win four out of the first six battles, ending the conflict early."
Carson Flores suddenly understood, his curiosity about the naless powerful figure growing intensely.

Everyone’s eyes imdiately fell on Carson Flores. Profound River, who had been quietly listening, asked in astonishnt, "Lorvian Randall?"
Carson Flores nodded, "Yes, the Sea God Church Holy Son."
Profound River, intrigued, asked, "Carson... cough, master uncle, do you have any dealings with him?"
Carson Flores nodded and recounted the incident where he borrowed the Sea Tide Pearl, leading to unexpected changes. After telling the story, he himself was stunned.
"Oh my, borrowing the Sea Tide Pearl before could be unrelated to the Three Sects, but now that I’ve sworn allegiance, I’m a mber of the Dragon Mountain Sect. How do I explain this?"
It was a bit awkward.

Flowing Cloud decisively said, "Carson took his oath upon entering the camp; outsiders don’t know this, not even the other two sects. Perhaps we should keep this under wraps for now and only address it after everything here is resolved, to avoid giving them an excuse."
Floating Cloud remained silent, turning to Carson Flores, "What do you think?"
Carson Flores was conflicted. From his heart, he didn’t want to hide this from Lorvian Randall, as he was truly innocent. If the concealnt was exposed, even the Endless Sea couldn’t wash it away. Yet Carson Flores couldn’t predict Randall’s reaction if he found out.
Carson Lips tightened as he spoke, "I’ll go by everyone’s advice."
Since he’s joined the Dragon Mountain Sect, solely considering himself would be inappropriate. Better to listen to the teacher; what needs to be done, will be done. After all, Carson felt perhaps a bit apologetic but utterly without guilt, as he never intended harm.
Floating Cloud looked at Carson Flores and said, "Return to the Moon God Sect, inform Lorvian Randall of your allegiance, and ask him. If he fears this as conspiracy, we’d agree to change it to a best-of-five or best-of-three series to avoid him participating."
Floating Cloud turned and sneered at the others, "There are no secrets here; Lorvian Randall could have stopped it but didn’t, indicating his willful agreent. Carson pledged his loyalty afterward, unrelated to the matter. If they try connecting it, speak up early so we can adjust the competition format before losing face over excuses."
Since Floating Cloud declared, everyone remained silent, and the matter was settled.
"Alright, I’ll go see him now, inform him of this, then bid farewell to the Moon God Sect and move to the camp."
