After dissolving the second Katana blade, Alec didn’t stop there; instead, he conjured a one handed battle axe in his left hand, almost imdiately, a system notification appeared.

[Axe Mastery: Interdiate Level 1]
– Strength increased by 30%
As soon as the axe materialized, Alec felt a slight surge in his strength, coupled with the weapon damage bonus he received from wielding blade-type weapons, he felt invincible.
And that confidence surged even further as he sensed Dragov encroaching on the mana zone he had established around himself.
“Die!” Dragov roared, swinging his great sword down toward Alec, but to Dragov’s surprise, Alec did not step back or retreat as he normally would; instead, he stepped forward to clash against him, rotating the axe in front of him.
Alec expertly hooked the large sword with the axe’s hinge, temporarily neutralizing the weapon and drawing Dragov closer before thrusting his blade forward.

[Shield Mastery: Interdiate Level 5]
– Defence increased by 50%
At that mont, Alec was fully grasping the advantages of sharing weapon mastery with his golems, as with each new weapon he equipped, he received a corresponding bonus to enhance his combat effectiveness and this was all possible because his golems have mastered all these weapons.
Bang!
The dragon’s breath was clearly more than what Alec’s blood shield could withstand, despite being solidified into a ruby-like defence, it shattered after about ten seconds of absorbing the onslaught.
With the residual energy from the breath surging toward Alec, but just before it could reach him, he thrust his right hand forward, channelling his mana into his right Infernal Grasp glove to activate its special powers.
Suddenly, a fanged mouth appeared in his palm, opening wide to swallow the incoming breath, as if it had an endless abyss for a stomach.
The crowd gasped, Dragov stared in disbelief, and the spectators in the second VIP section ground their teeth at the sight of such a masterfully crafted equipnt piece being used by a re kid.
Once again, the Dean found himself under the scrutiny of death stares, but despite knowing he was safe and that no one would attack him out of the blue, the overwhelming killing intent directed at him sent his danger senses into a frenzy.
He could tell he’d accumulated a legion of enemies simply because of Alec.
‘This boy better bribe when I see him; because I can’t keep doing this for free,’ the Dean thought, all the while pretending to be engrossed in the match, and oblivious to the hostile glares aid in his direction.
After absorbing the remnants of the attack, one of the pearl orbs on his glove began to glow with azure flas.
“My turn,” Alec muttered as he dashed forward, swinging his weapons with precision and engaging Dragov in close combat.
The two moved fluidly, each trying to gain the upper hand on the other.
With each passing minute, Alec beca increasingly proficient at changing weapons; as the Blood Reaper class that accompanied the Blood Changdao had fully assimilated with him.
Dragov attempted to smash Alec into the ground with a Qi-infused punch, his muscles trembling from the power he had gathered, however, before he could strike, the veil of ashes (cape) transford into a large hand that clamped down on Dragov’s wrist, holding it in place.
Seizing the opportunity, Alec sent three swift kicks toward Dragov’s waist, rib cage, and neck, with the final kick generating additional power that sent Dragov flying till he landed back on the ground
Dragov coughed up blood as he forced himself to stand, his eyes locked on Alec, Before him, blood from the ground began to swirl and coalesce, forming a terrifying weapon, a long, dual-edged scythe.
The weapon was a spectacle to behold, its top blade curved nacingly like an axe, while two smaller blades jutted out from the bottom of the handle, giving it a grim, lethal design.
But Alec wasn’t done, from the bloodlust radiating behind him, he conjured a long, crystalline blood chain.
With precision, he attached the chain to the base of the scythe and wrapped it around his right arm, solidifying the weapon as an extension of himself.
