He purposely ca to the Iron Cross District in the Outer City District and settled down in a tavern there.
In the Royal City, each district had at least one square, a tavern, and a church, serving as gathering places for the public.

This tavern was located near the Defense Departnt of the Iron Cross District; its Defense Chief, Big Scarface, was an acquaintance of Rod’s.
Big Scarface had a very good impression of Rod and planned to look for various monster hunting opportunities with him.
