After much contemplation, Rod forcibly suppressed the desire to continue his search and chose three embers of starlight bonfires to keep as reserves, planning to make a choice when the critical mont arrived.

They were:

[Spirit Boat]

[Giant Power]

[Star Night Nightingale]

All of which Rod could ignite under the current conditions.

Then, Rod sacrificed all the dust-like souls, both small and large soul fragnts, for their sole purpose was to provide Soul Without Spirit and spirituality.

In total, 2810 dust particles, 83 small fragnts, 76 large fragnts, yielding 12011 Soul Without Spirit and 61 portions of spirituality.

There were also many souls of Doomsday believers; after listening to them, Rod also sacrificed them.

He obtained 610 Soul Without Spirit and 35 portions of living spirituality.

The harvest was decent, but less than expected.

Rod discovered there seed to be sothing wrong with many of the Doomsday believers’ souls; not only could he not hear any voices, but they also had no nas.

Generally speaking, sacrificing a person’s soul would yield a portion of living spirituality, but not only did they lack living spirituality, they lacked spirituality altogether.

Perhaps they had experienced so cruel torture or modification.

Rod thought to himself.

From the other souls of Doomsday believers, Rod didn’t obtain any useful information either; it was all noisy desires, and in the soul of the Black Priest, there was endless fear, regret, and resentnt.

Strangely, she didn’t resent Rod, who killed her, but the three leaders of the Polluter Divine Sect for not coming to her rescue, for why they placed her in the Iron Ingot District, leading her to encounter Rod, for not allowing her to abandon the brain-eating demon’s plan, to prevent her daring actions.

This one is hopeless... Rod shook his head, walking down from the Soul Altar slightly disappointed.

He now had 14622 soul, 62 portions of spirituality, and 74 portions of living spirituality.

Approaching the Obelisk, he gently touched its surface with his fingertips.

In the profound night sky, three stars—dark red, azure blue, and bright yellow—were twinkling.

The azure blue one shone the brightest.

Though the dark red light was not conspicuous, it sat in the center, the red glow reflecting in the background, impossible to conceal.

The bright yellow light, however, was rather dim.

[Justice Execution] was still at the lowest level of Dull Fire and Weak Burning.

There was a lot of room for improvent, but first, he needed to create Soul Firewood.

It was the core of the starlight bonfire, capable of enhancing the fuel’s efficiency.

Rod hadn’t known this before and suffered quite a few losses.

Soul Firewood required one dium and one strong soul, ten portions of humanity, one portion of divinity, a Radiant Stone, and ten portions of any monster ash.

The strong soul could be replaced with 100 portions of spirituality and 50000 Soul Without Spirit.

This was no small number; it required hunting many souls.

If there were loopholes like the Plague Demon to exploit, that would be great.

Rod thought quietly.

He left the Obelisk and ca to the Stone Platform, lighting the candles with practiced ease.

Lauren’s promised 50 Sun Stones and 100 grams of Star Light Ruby Powder had been delivered.

Several tough battles had exhausted his trump cards, just in ti to make so "Sealing Spirit Bullets" and "Soul Ashes."

"Hmm... ten True Silver Bullets, three portions of spirituality, one portion of humanity, one gram of Star Light Ruby Powder, alright."

With a series of clinking and clanking sounds, the tools on the Stone Platform completed the work on their own.

Ten bullets adorned with spirituality patterns appeared before him.

Rod smiled a little, collecting the bullets. "Sealing Spirit Bullets" were extrely handy, their impact on the soul was very strong, easily creating massive soul vulnerabilities.

Combined with "Soul Blast," they were the perfect weapon for slaughtering monsters.

In the past, when resources were scarce, using a single bullet would cause him much distress.

Now Rod, with ample resources, imdiately made a hundred of them.

Next were the "Soul Ashes."

Rod thought about it and placed the soul and ashes of the brain-eating demon on the platform, along with ten portions of humanity and a Sun Stone.

With a gentle tap, the crafting began.

However, after the crafting was completed, Rod found that it had resulted in [Chaotic Soul Ash of Brain-Eating Demon].

What was going on? Wasn’t this supposed to be Soul Ash made with a polluted Sun Stone?

But he was sure he had used the Sun Stones given by Lauren.

To confirm whether it was his error, Rod took another Sun Stone and placed it on the Stone Platform.

This ti he saw clearly that the Stone Platform displayed [Chaotic Soul Ash], and the material underneath beca "Polluted Sun Stone."

This wasn’t right.

That’s bad!

Rod imdiately realized sothing was terribly wrong.

The Sun Stones given to him by Lauren were requisitioned from the supply departnt by the Internal Affairs Court.

This indicated that his previous warning had not been heeded; the polluted Sun Stones had not been identified and had made their way into the Royal City.

He promptly tested the remaining forty-nine Sun Stones.

All of them were polluted.

This is not good!

The eclipse plan of the Polluter Sect is about to succeed!

Rod imdiately returned to the Material Wold and, with the utmost haste, wrote down this shocking discovery and sent it out with a Spirit Crow ssenger.

During the anxious wait, Rod was extrely worried. Ever since he knew the truth, he had beco an utter enemy of the Polluter Sect, and addressing potential retaliation with rumors was only a temporary asure.

The best solution was to kill them all.

If their plan succeeded, to say nothing else, Rod, the "traitor," would definitely not have a good end.

Of course, Rod was certain they must have sothing wrong. He had not gained the power of the "God of Devouring Filth and Excrent" as ntioned by the Black Priest, which was completely a case of prejudice and misunderstanding. The Dream World was an existence beyond their expectations, with a source they hadn’t imagined.

Moreover, their interpretation of the "Book of Destiny Death" must also be flawed. The fragnts they were looking for were clearly Fragnts of the Dream, not containing any kind of power nor could they be pieced together into a weapon.

Most likely, their interpreters were of the sa caliber as the one who translated "Black Food Bucket."

This was also very unfavorable for Rod. If they collected all the fragnts, wouldn’t he be unable to obtain them himself?

While he was thinking, suddenly, a giant hand reached out from the Void and grabbed Rod, dragging him back before he could react.

The world in front of him blurred, and suddenly, it beca bizarre. Clusters of light and color blocks were chaotically stacked together, filling the space with a strange sense of disorder.

This, isn’t this the Spirit Realm?

Rod was completely bewildered.

He had only entered the Spirit Realm once and knew it to be another world opposite the Material World, but the rules in the Spirit Realm were completely different, making it very dangerous for non-spiritual realm creatures to act within it.

Did I encounter a powerful Spirit Realm Monster?

The giant hand held him tightly, its bones thin and prominent, with brown, withered skin tightly stretched over them. Its long arm disappeared into indistinguishable color blocks, dragging Rod back swiftly.

Its speed was so fast that all color blocks blurred into one.

Rod struggled with all his might, but the hand’s strength was enormous, and no amount of Spiritual Energy that he exerted could break free.

But after only a few seconds, Rod’s vision blurred again, and he was back in the Material World.

The giant hand gently put him down and quickly retreated back into the Void, as if escaping.

Rod looked dazed, lifting his head to imdiately see Lauren, and behind him, the cold, majestic, and enormous grand hall, as well as the tiered seats filled with countless people.

This, this is the Internal Affairs Court? How did I get here?

Everyone was watching him. Lauren’s voice was slightly anxious, but still calm and unhurried, "Relax, Rod, don’t be nervous. That was our tool. Organize your thoughts and tell us about your discovery in detail."

Rod steadied himself and rational thinking returned to him. He quickly realized that the giant hand might be so kind of special summoning thod.

The Internal Affairs Court, seeing the urgency of the situation, used this ergency thod to drag him here.

He took a deep breath to calm his nervous emotions and looked at everyone in the seats, detailing the full account of the events.

Of course, the reason for the discovery was changed to him having seen it through highly advanced Spiritual Vision.

As soon as he finished speaking, soone from the seats voiced their skepticism, "This is impossible! The logistics departnt deployed nine senior Spiritual Visionaries, and none of them found anything unusual. How could you discover sothing they did not?"

Rod’s heart skipped a beat.

Damn, I didn’t think that even though complete Spiritual Visionaries are rare, it’s impossible that I am the only one in the whole Trolian Kingdom.

But it was impossible to retract his statent at this point.

Rod took out a Sun Stone from his chest with composure and said, "The best way to validate this is to use it right away. Practice is the sole criterion for testing truth."

The Great Judge Black Bear agreed, "I think he’s right."

One of the Chief Judges disagreed, "This is a complete waste of ti. He’s grandstanding, trying to get more rewards!"

Another Chief Judge opposed the objection, "Given the gravity, I think it’s necessary to be cautious."

The old man dressed in robes depicting the scales of justice, sitting at the forefront, quietly said, "Call the summoning verification departnt."

The voice was not loud, but the entire grand hall imdiately fell silent.

Soon, several people dressed in blue-gray robes rushed in, one of them carrying a brass lamp, while another quickly took the Sun Stone from Rod’s hand.

Invisible ripples kneaded in his hands as the stone turned to powder in an instant.

"This is the fastest way to make Fuel Elent."

He briefly explained, and another person opened the brass lamp, inside which floated a glowing light.

That was "Embers" separated from fire, used by most lamps for lighting.

He added a bit of the powder to the Embers, and the light grew brighter, but nothing else changed.

"No problem," he said.

In the seats, many people showed a trace of disappointnt in their eyes.

The ever-silent Iron Mask Manolo Bana suddenly said, "I told you he’s a fraud."

"Not necessarily," the Great Judge Mibor said. "We can assu it’s true based on the principles of judgnt. Then, this form of Pollution must be extrely minute, very covert, and we need to pour all the powder in."

The inspector nodded, gripping the brass lamp, infusing Spiritual Energy, and poured all the powder into it.

The Embers began to flicker; it couldn’t absorb so much Fuel Elent so quickly, and countless granules of powder floated in the air within the brass lamp.

The inspector increased the Spiritual Energy input, accelerating the catalysis and absorption process.

The Embers quickly beca brilliant, white-hot, like a small sun, brightening the entire hall.

Suddenly, the luminance dimd, and a spot of black spread from deep within the sun. The Embers were rapidly dyed black, and a ominous black light filled the room.

Puff.

The next second, the light went out.

In the grand hall, there was utter silence.

The old man at the forefront stood up.

"Notify the Supre Council imdiately, cease all addition and production of Fuel Elent, and wait for further inspection," he commanded.

He glanced at the Iron Mask in the first row of seats.

"Manolo Bana, you are suspended from activities, awaiting our questioning."
