It seems that the Trolian outbreak has not affected his attitude towards Calier.
This is also a puzzle that gan finds incredibly perplexing.
In the past, the reason for Calier’s existence was to make up for the insufficient combat power of the Royal City; they were rely substitutes for the Fire Holders.
Rod’s attitude is hard to explain, and gan can only attribute it to his transcendent vision and great wisdom.
If possible, he truly hopes to support Rod becoming the next King.

And so, Rod finally saw Calier’s core laboratory—the Fusion Warehouse.
He personally witnessed the birth of an Unawakened.
This is a huge spiritual power instrunt, with an exterior completely constructed of True Silver, the Sun Stone as the base, and a gigantic black crystal forming a special ritual. Twisted Star Light Ruby pipelines wrap around the surface of this instrunt like intestines; hundreds of Calier researchers are positioned in their respective spots, tensely manipulating the spiritual power panels before them.
Accompanied by a huge rumbling sound, black spiritual energy is injected from the left pipeline, and white spiritual energy is injected from the right pipeline, turning the world inside the instrunt into two distinctly separate halves.
A monster is released from below; it’s a corrupted snake demon, typically appearing near Abyssal Aura, a monster similar to Abyssal Demon, with not very high strength, roughly at the Fierce Level Primary Rank.
At this level, if Rod were to unleash the Soul Field, [Destroying Darkness] could directly obliterate it.
But the high-rank combatant inside the instrunt found it not so easy; it took him fifteen minutes to defeat it.
Great Priest gan explained: "This is to consu the monster’s spiritual energy. During fusion, the monster absolutely cannot have any spiritual energy, and its soul must also be weakened, or it will devour the human soul."
After the corrupted snake demon falls, a normal person cos in from the other side.
He is obviously very nervous, but still takes large strides towards the monster, nodding at the high-rank combatant.

The high-rank combatant put away the other parts of the monster and swiftly withdrew from the instrunt, while the man gritted his teeth and rushed toward the monster’s remaining body, embracing it tightly.
Not only that, but he also kept biting its flesh, swallowing it into his abdon.
This terrifying scene shocked Rod, but the surrounding people remained indifferent.
They had long since beco accustod, and all researchers were tensely operating the spiritual power panels before them. The instrunt was already engulfed in black spiritual energy, Rod could only see a bit of white light, linking to the man’s body.
At this ti, the monster’s remaining body began to wriggle intensely, its flesh began to regrow, enveloping the normal human.
A terrifying roar emanated from the instrunt, chilling everyone to the bone.
At this point, the high-rank combatant approached Rod and the Great Priest, he glanced at Rod, surprised, and shouted, "Lord Rod, how did you co?"
Rod glanced at him, this person was briefly t before; he is Calier’s Shadow Warrior, nad Amora, the seventh Unawakened, possessing the remains of the Ancient Demon Wolf.
He once saved his life using a new soul technique in Star Ring Town.
"Amora, are you alright? Is your soul experiencing a backlash?"
Amora looked incredibly moved: "You actually rember my na, boo hoo, Lord Rod actually rembers my na, I truly can’t believe it, Great Priest, you were so right, Lord Rod cares for each of us, just like God loves humanity."
In his hand, the monster’s remains turned to ash, while the monster’s remains inside the instrunt were growing ferociously.
This bizarre scene shook Rod, leaving him speechless.
Great Priest gan waved his hand: "Amora, go rest quickly; Lord Rod is here to inspect Calier today, you have another task next, don’t you dare underperform."
Amora clenched his fist and struck his heart hard:
"Yes, I will definitely not let Lord Rod and the Great Priest down, Darkness is eternal, humanity shall prevail!"
With that, he turned and left, and a cleaning staff imdiately swept the ashes off the ground.
gan whispered softly into Rod’s ear: "Amora is an old product, his soul is too damaged, the corruption is deep in the core, his life is coming to an end, soon he will go to execute the ultimate task."
