Molly didn’t know why, but after knocking on the door for quite so ti, there was no response, and no sounds ca from the room.
She focused her mind and sensed a silent barrier within the room.
Molly suddenly beca nervous, she precisely controlled her Spiritual Energy to quietly breach the barrier and imdiately heard the sounds of a fierce argunt coming from inside.
"... Rod is of course my sister’s man! Who would like that greasy, cold-blooded, and ruthless man?"
That was Qingyu’s voice.
"You’re not allowed to talk about Jon like that! He will be Troli’s greatest hero! Heroes resonate with other heroes, share a deep bond, and should be together."
That was Vivian’s voice.
In an instant, Molly understood that Qingyu and Vivian were each representing their candidate’s factions, trying to woo Rod.
But she frowned again.
Shouldn’t they have visited separately? Why had they run into each other?
Qingyu shouted again: "Soone whose brain is full of sches and battles for power is not a hero at all!"
Vivian retorted: "You know nothing! Everything Jon does is for Trolian."
"Doomsday believers think the sa way."
Vivian’s voice rose eight octaves, clearly angry.
"Don’t compare Lord Jon to those lunatics! Their way of saving humanity is to beco monsters, to surrender to the Dark, but Lord Jon will spread the firelight across the entire Gray Soil Continent!"
"Really? Just with his cold-heartedness?"
"Yes, kindness can’t save us. Monsters don’t spare you because you’re noble, nor do they target you because you’re despicable. We need a system that’s more efficient and more stringent. We need a more Unique voice. The King’s command is supre and must not be defied by anyone. The Elder Council, this outdated product that hinders progress, should be dissolved imdiately. If we had done this sooner, Trolian would be far more prosperous than it is now!"
"That’s just your delusion."
Qingyu’s voice was filled with disdain.
"Although the Elder Council is bureaucratic, stubborn, foolish, greedy, idiotic, laughable, ridiculous, shaless, and self-aggrandizing, at least they would not choose your Jon."
"Can a person be more cruel than a monster? Why do we have to compare ourselves to monsters in what they do best? Why can’t we use what monsters lack and humans have in abundance to defeat them?"
Vivian asked warily: "What are you talking about?"
"Love."
Snort.
That was Rod’s voice. He had been silent up until now, only to finally burst out at this mont.
Qingyu took it as an agreent and said gleefully: "Love is the greatest thing in this world. It can create all Miracles, only love can save humanity. Only those who possess love can beco the King of Trolian. A King who loves his people, and people who love their King, only such a Trolian can overco all hardship and survive in this cold Dark World."
"Ha. Ha. Ha. Ha!"
Vivian let out a grating laugh.
"Defeating monsters with love, that’s the funniest joke I’ve heard all year."
For a long ti after that, Qingyu and Vivian argued over whether love or ruthlessness was what would save humanity.
They each had their reasons and neither could persuade the other.
Their argunt strayed further and further, looking like it might go from the Dark Epoch all the way to the godly creation of the world.
Seeing that if they continued it would beco night, Molly had no choice but to push the door open and enter.
The first scene that greeted her eyes was two won fiercely arguing at the foot of the bed.
And Rod was lying in an indecorous spread-eagle position on the bed, his gaze hollow, lost in thought.
But when she stepped into the room, he ca back to life, his eyes suddenly filled with spirit.
This was not the first ti Molly had encountered this situation.
Rod seed to have an innate ability to enter a daze inexplicably, and to snap back to reality just as suddenly when sothing changed around him.
But Qingyu and Vivian showed no intention of stopping, their eyes seeing no one else but each other.
Molly coughed and said sternly: "Miss Qingyu, Miss Vivian, please stop what you’re doing. The Supre Council forbids King Candidates from developing personal power privately. You should use the achievents of your respective districts to prove that your viewpoints are correct."
Qingyu pouted: "Molly sister, I just ca to chat with my sister’s man, and this woman insists on disturbing us. It’s really annoying."
Vivian said angrily: "Have you no sha? If I hadn’t co, you would have stripped naked by now. Is your Qingyu sister really so generous? Or is your love so disorderly?"
Qingyu’s pretty eyebrows shot up instantly, her cute round face flooding with anger.
"How disgusting can you get! My sister’s man, of course, I need to check his functionalities—It’s always better to be aware of any malfunctions so I can provide Healing in advance."
Vivian spat out: "Shaless! No wonder you serve a woman whose list of designated partners has exceeded a thousand."

Rod could hardly have heard sothing more absurd.
