Serafall, one of the Four Satans, walks through the corridor of the Kyoto Palace where Yasaka, the leader of the West Youkai Faction, with a serious expression on her face. She is known as a Satan who is always smiling and acts like a child most of the ti.
However, she can act seriously when she needs to do it.
The relationship between the Youkai Faction and the Devil Faction is shaky at best, but because of the previous attack, the relationship gets even worse than before. Letting the Stray Devil get too close to Kyoto proves that the Devil cannot be trusted with the simple task of keeping their problem from spreading.
She enters the eting room, where she can see Yasaka and Nurarihyon, the East Youkai Faction leader, sitting on the chair.
Serfall knows that sothing is not right. She decides to discard her worry and bow a little at the two leaders of Youkai before taking a seat. She looks at the two Youkai in front of her and says,
"First thing first, thank you for allowing to have this eting."
Yasaka and Nurarihyon nod their heads. Yasaka looks at Serafall and says.
"It is not a problem, Satan Serafall. I hope the people that take you here are polite and friendly. I'm sorry for not preparing anything. This eting is a bit rushed, after all."
"It is not a problem. It is rather pleasant, and the day is beautiful."
Yasaka nods, and suddenly, her smile disappears. Her smile was replaced with a cold and calculating expression.
"With the pleasantries out of the way, can I ask the reason why you co here?"
Serafal takes a deep breath because she knows that this will be the start of the war of words between her and the two Youkai. She looks directly into Yasaka's eyes and says.
"The first thing I want to say is that I'm sorry. We have failed the Youkai Faction in our promise of ensuring no Stray Devil enters Kyoto. It is a breach of contract, but please give us a second chance."
The contract between Youkai and Devil is a contract that says no Stary Devil will get inside the city. In return, the Youkai will not erect their barrier that prevents any devil from getting inside the city to do so trade.
Devil Faction cannot lose the support of the Youkai because the Youkai have sothing that the Devil needs for their future generation. It was a flower that only grows in a place that has a massive amount of Spiritual Energy.
There are only a few places, and among them are Kyoto and Kanto, where Yasaka and Nurarihyon rule.
This flower is the main ingredient to cure many diseases devils can get. Because of this, they cannot lose the trade agreent between the Devil Faction and the Youkai Faction. They can try to get them from other places, but most of those places are under the rule of the Heavenly Court, the Chinese Gods' Faction, and they hate Devils even more than the Youkai.
"Hmph. How many tis do you ask for second chances?"
Nurarihyon releases smoke from his nostrils as he throws so ashes from his smoking pipe. He looks at Serafall and says,
"Not only the stray devil, but you also dare to co here after you have done sothing that makes us even more angry than the stray devil problem."
"Huh? I'm sorry to say this, but I did not know anything you were talking about."
"Show her the photo, Yasaka. Show her why we are angry."
Yasaka takes out a stack of paper, including a stack of photos. Serafall looks at the photos in front of her and widens her eyes. She knows what the photo is showing her. She looked at the photo and read the paper Yasaka gave to her.
"I-I did not know anything about this! How can he get out of jail?! What is the aning of this?!"
Serafall shouts in shock as this is the first ti she has heard about this news.
Yasaka looks at Serafall and calmly says.
"We were supposed to be the ones asking that question, Lady Leviathan."
Serafall winces a little when Yasaka decides to use her formal title. She did not like that title, and using her formal title ant that Yasaka no longer trusted her.
"What is the aning of this? How can a man that you should be put in jail, the highest security jail you have, walk around free? We have tolerated you enough, but this is too much, right? However, we are a forgiving race, but only after you do sothing for us do we forgive you. I want you to execute Verlion Niberius, the man that kidnaps many of Nekomata Youkai, and experint on them."
Serafall nods her head and says.
"We can do that."
"I'm not done speaking, Lady Leviathan. I want the execution to be done publicly, and you will inform your people what kind of cri that man has done to our race. We will forgive you after you have done that."
Serafall looks at Yasaka and knows that this will be a big deal. If the execution is done privately, it will not be a problem, but when doing it publicly? The people's opinion of the current Satans gets even worse, and the King Faction will get even more power from this.
Many noble houses will join the King Faction, and the Devil race will get even more aggressive. Their race will return to their past self and get a lot of enemies in the process. They did not need more enemies and kicked their allies because they got back to their previous behavior.
However, at the sa ti, the flower the Youkai have is an important thing for them. They cannot lose it either. After thinking for a few seconds, Serafall looks at Yasaka and says,
"Let talk with the other Satans."
Yasaka nods her head and says.
"Three days. If you reject this demand, you can start packing away from Kuoh."
"Understood."

It has been a rough couple of months for . I lost my job, my house, and even my laptop. I'm broke and live from one paycheck to another.
I had a new job coming up, but I did not have a ho to sleep. Right now, I'm sleeping inside a mosque that is kind enough to let sleep as long as I take care of the place.
I'm writing this on the phone, which I only have with after I sell most of the things I have to survive.
