"Good timing!"
Lone Wolf shouted in a muffled voice, his eyes gleaming with excitent, a thirst for battle as if the hot blood in his veins would never cool.
"This person is no ordinary fighter!" An old man's face returned to calm as he witnessed the scene.
Zhongli ng remained silent, but it was clear she was dissatisfied with her grandfather's assessnt of Lone Wolf.
"Bang! Bang!"
Two heavy sounds echoed as Lone Wolf's fists hit two people.
"Ah!"
"Ah!"
After two pained cries, the hit duo staggered backward, a peculiar blush appearing on their faces, followed by blood at the corners of their mouths.
Of course, Lone Wolf also took heavy blows from three people, one in the chest, another in the abdon, and the last at the back.
"Hahahahaha!" Lone Wolf suddenly laughed towards the sky, though his face showed so discomfort, he stood firm and mocked, "Is this all you guys got?"
Seeing this, Xiao Feng's eyelids twitched.
Xiao Feng was well aware of Lone Wolf's capabilities, but holding off three attacks like this was beyond his expectations.
At least Xiao Feng believed, before heading to Jiuyou Town, Lone Wolf absolutely couldn't have pulled this off!
Could it be that Chen Feihu had revealed so secrets of Hard Qi Gong to Lone Wolf?
Considering it carefully, this possibility wasn't entirely out of the question.
Chen Feihu and Lone Wolf share similar temperants, as the saying goes, wealth is easy to obtain, but true friends are rare. Finding a confidant, revealing a trick or two isn't surprising.
"How could this happen?" Zhongli ng exclaid incredulously.
"Nothing is impossible. This person is arrogant, but he does indeed possess the right to be arrogant." The old man's face was placid, "Moreover, he's not really the one calling the shots."
"Grandfather ans?"
The old man smiled and said, "If you observed closely, you should have noticed.
When you pointed out the mistake in the surna, the young man over there without a hat revealed a lot through his expressions and actions.
That was a reaction of feeling ashad. Think about it, why would he have such a reaction?"
Zhongli ng showed a look of realization in her eyes, instinctively glancing at Xiao Feng.
He actually... looks quite handso.
At this mont, Lone Wolf took two steps back, resting the arm of the person behind him on his shoulder, while his shoulder pressed against their armpit.
Bending down, applying strength with both hands, finishing a graceful shoulder throw.
"Bang!"
A layer of dust was stirred up from the ground, while the thrown person fell unconscious without even letting out a scream.
What's left was quite simple, Lone Wolf seized the mont of shock from the two people beside him, simultaneously punching outward with both fists.
"Ah!"
"Ah!"
Two cries rang out almost simultaneously, marking the end of this brief battle.
Lone Wolf flexed his wrists and neck, producing a series of crisp "crack" sounds, and said to the old man, "Now, let's settle the score for you ambushing earlier."
"What are you going to do?" Zhongli ng stepped aside, blocking in front of the old man.
Xiao Feng looked at the old man behind his granddaughter and noticed that he wasn't too panicked, nor did he seem inclined to speak.
It seed he intentionally wanted to observe how his granddaughter would handle the situation.
"I'm not in the habit of striking won," Lone Wolf said coldly.
Zhongli ng exclaid angrily, "Over such trivial matters, is there a need for such a commotion?"
"Indeed, it's not worth it, but you insulted first, I requested an apology from the grandson who insulted , and you refused, even resorting to a sneak attack. And yet, you think it's all justified?" Lone Wolf said insidiously, "Don't live with such double standards."
"You!" Zhongli ng clenched her teeth.
Honestly, initially she thought she held the moral high ground, but after Lone Wolf's words, she felt a bit uncertain.
Taking a deep breath, forcing herself to calm down, Zhongli ng realized the person before her was stubborn to the core, her earlier attempt to de-escalate was completely unnoticed by him.
Yet now, the issue wasn't rely this, but how to resolve the situation?
A mont later, Zhongli ng turned her gaze to Xiao Feng, and spoke solemnly, "Sir, I apologize again. Could you possibly have your man stop?"
"Of course, no problem." Xiao Feng agreed cheerfully, smiling, "Like Miss Zhongli said, the matter was small to begin with, reaching this point is enough.
However, my brother did say sothing right just now, you should discipline your subordinates, dogs need to be leashed now.
If you don't train a dog well, it'll turn against its master."
Zhongli ng's face turned ugly, her fondness for Xiao Feng's looks vanished instantly.
These words were extrely offensive.
"I got it!" Zhongli ng suppressed her anger and said, "Can you leave your na, so I can visit to apologize another day."
Xiao Feng chuckled and announced his na, "Xiao Feng."
"Xiao Feng!" Zhongli ng's eyes widened, "You're Xiao Feng?"
Xiao Feng replied baffled, "Judging by your reaction, I seem to be quite famous?"
Zhongli ng soon realized her lapse, smiling tenderly, replied, "Famous is an understatent, Mr. Xiao's na is renowned even in Kyoto!"
"Oh." Xiao Feng responded nonchalantly.
He certainly didn't take the words seriously, yet being praised by a beauty felt rather nice.
"If there's nothing else, shall we go our separate ways?" Xiao Feng asked.
On usual occasions, chatting with a beauty could be enjoyable, yet now he's eager to study the mud, his mind has long shifted from the current situation.
Zhongli ng seed to contemplate sothing, and said, "If Mr. Xiao has so ti, I'd like to chat with you privately."
"Chat privately?" Xiao Feng paused.
Zhongli ng nodded seriously with a stern expression, "Chat privately."
Xiao Feng considered it and agreed, "Alright, let's chat privately then."
"Thank you!" Zhongli ng bowed in appreciation, then turned to the old man.
The old man smiled silently, waving his hand to signal her to do as she pleased.
Zhongli ng gestured invitingly, "Mr. Xiao, after you."
She finished speaking and walked towards the stone bridge, Xiao Feng followed alongside her.
The stone bridge had no railing, but was broad enough to fit two cars side by side.
However, as it's a relatively remote area, scarcely any vehicles passed through, making the bridge appear well-maintained.
Upon reaching the middle of the bridge, Zhongli ng paused, before Xiao Feng asked, "Are you seeking my help?"
"Does Mr. Xiao possess Mind Reading Technique?" Zhongli ng asked in surprise, also making a small joke.
Xiao Feng shook his head, "You said I was fad in Kyoto earlier, at first I thought it was a re courtesy.
Then you requested a private conversation, which pretty much confird you have a favor to ask."
"Mr. Xiao truly impressive!" Zhongli ng praised again, then nodded, exhaling deeply, "However, my words earlier were not entirely courtesy."
"What do you an?" Xiao Feng asked, puzzled.
Zhongli ng pondered, "At least in Jiangcheng, Mr. Xiao is definitely a notable figure, a little inquiry and anyone would know."
