"Hiss—isn’t that Gao Danyan?" Wudao Tian drew a sharp breath. "This matchmaking event is truly intense!"
Gao Danyan was a Core Disciple of the Sect with cultivation at the Heavenly Immortal level. She normally had no particular interests other than raising Spiritual Beasts and growing Spirit Plants, and she had a pleasant personality. However, her Spiritual Beasts were extrely aggressive—the type that would pulverize you if you so much as glanced at them or their master.
"Poor Junior Brother Jin, he’s dood," Wudao Tian said with pity.
Chen Jiuge was about to ask about the situation, but then he glanced up at the sky and realized he didn’t need to.
A Zheng, its face fierce, erged from behind Gao Danyan. She smiled mischievously at Jin Xiao and said, "Be careful, Junior Brother."
