Xia Lin nodded imdiately upon hearing this: "Don’t worry, Mage, I definitely won’t fall behind."

Fang Ka nodded slightly. Xia Lin’s talent and effort, he had witnessed during this ti, and he naturally believed that Xia Lin would not favor one over the other.

Balancing both should not be a big issue.

"Alright then, co here, and I will teach you the ’Nightmare Beast Contract,’ a high-tier magic," Fang Ka hesitated slightly before gesturing Xia Lin over.

After observing with psychological insights during this period, it was clear Xia Lin posed no threat.

Moreover, casting magic took ti, a ti ample for Fang Ka to activate his Demon Core.

If the opponent were a high-tier Knight, Fang Ka might be wary, but since she was a Mage, there was no need for concern.

Hearing this, Xia Lin was taken aback.

Earlier, she had noticed that Fang Ka intentionally kept a distance from them. Although she didn’t know Fang Ka’s thoughts, out of respect for him, she too always kept her distance.

Unexpectedly, Fang Ka suddenly called her forward. It was truly surprising.

Fortunately, she quickly gathered herself, handing the alchemy books in her hand to Noel on a nearby rock: "Noel, could you hold these for ? I’ll be right back."

Noel seed to be in a great mood, evidently quite satisfied with the impending battle.

She took the alchemy books from Xia Lin, then nodded with a cheerful smile: "Okay, Xia Lin, go ahead."

Xia Lin said no more, gracefully flicked her tail, and swam towards Fang Ka.

Her swimming speed was quick, reaching Fang Ka in no ti.

"Mage Fang Ka."

She was now very close to Fang Ka, only a single person’s distance away, close enough to see each other’s pores clearly.

This left her sowhat at a loss, for growing up, aside from her father, she’d never been this close to anyone else.

She couldn’t help but feel a bit regretful for coming so close.

But retreating now would seem disrespectful to Fang Ka, leaving her in a dilemma.

Seeing the sowhat bewildered Xia Lin in front of him, Fang Ka stepped forward, nearing the edge of the rock beneath him.

Now only a fist’s distance apart, Fang Ka could even clearly see the blush gradually spreading on Xia Lin’s beautiful face.

"I will first teach you three high-tier Dark Elent magics, ’Nightmare Beast Contract,’ ’High Tier Curse Weakening,’ ’High Tier Death Wrap.’ Pay close attention, I don’t like teaching twice," Fang Ka began slowly.

Fang Ka’s warm masculine breath brushed against Xia Lin’s face, making her montarily distracted, but her thirst for knowledge ultimately steeled her composure: "Understood, Mage Fang Ka!"

Looking at Xia Lin blushed and alluring, Fang Ka began imparting the contents of the magic book, these three high-tier spells, to Xia Lin one by one.

Despite her body slightly trembling from tension and shyness, Xia Lin listened intently.

After Fang Ka finished teaching, he gazed intently into Xia Lin’s eyes: "Did you morize it all?"

Xia Lin tightly gripped her small hands, her face flushed and slightly nodded: "Mage Fang Ka, I’ve morized everything."

Fang Ka nodded satisfied, then stepped back slightly: "That’s good, practice well, first enhance your Dark Elent Affinity."

Xia Lin imdiately bit her lip: "Yes, Mage Fang Ka, I will."

After so thought, Fang Ka ntioned to Xia Lin issues regarding the collection and placent of corpses.

Xia Lin promptly agreed, stating she would soon arrange so rfolk to head to the Ancient Castle, following Fang Ka’s instructions.

Hearing this, Fang Ka said no more, turning to walk towards the Ancient Castle.

The waves lashed against Xia Lin’s fish tail, as she stared at Fang Ka’s gradually receding figure, before snapping out of it and swimming back to Noel.

Reaching Noel, Xia Lin’s deanor returned to normal.

Noel handed over the alchemy books: "Xia Lin, here are your alchemy books."

Xia Lin reached out to take them, then settled by a rock untouched by the waves, picked up the bottommost book, and placed the others on the rock.

Then, with a light leap of her fish tail, she jumped onto the rock, sat down, and began browsing the alchemy book in her hand.

The book contained many annotated scribbles, making otherwise difficult-to-understand sections slightly comprehensible.

These annotations were in two handwritings, one left by Kain, the other from Fang Ka flipping through in the past.

Gazing at these annotated notes in two different penmanships, Xia Lin reached out to gently stroke them.

"One of these handwritings must belong to Mage Fang Ka, right?"

"What did you say, Xia Lin? Your voice was too soft, I couldn’t hear," Noel atop a nearby rock interrupted Xia Lin’s thoughts.

Xia Lin quickly retracted her hand: "Nothing, just that the content is a bit difficult to understand."

Noel lightly nodded: "Indeed, reading is the toughest. Last ti, when I took a peek at your books, they gave a headache."

"Oh no! I forgot sothing important!"

Xia Lin looked at Noel with curiosity: "What important thing?"

Noel’s adorable little face crumpled in regret: "I should have taken the chance to ask Lord Fang Ka for an extra al! I was too happy and forgot all about it."

"Oh, my poor stomach, now it’s still far from being fully satisfied."

Xia Lin looked amused at Noel, unsure what to say.

Fang Ka returned to the Ancient Castle and continued his ditation cultivation on the recliner.

Not long after, a team of rfolk arrived.

Perhaps Xia Lin felt that moving and handling corpses were more suited for males, so the ones dispatched were all Purple rfolk.

Fang Ka nodded to the leading Purple rfolk, signaling them to wait aside.

He had spent quite a bit of ti with Xia Lin, and soon it would be ti for the first batch of players to erge.

Then, it would be busy tis for these Purple rfolk.

Late at night, when the temporary entrance to the Gana Forbidden Domain was to be reopened, Fang Ka took a deep breath, rose from the recliner, and headed to the underground library.

After adjusting the temporary entrance of the Gana Forbidden Domain into a two-way portal using the Magic Array, Fang Ka returned to the recliner.

After so ti, the first batch of players returned with their loot.

As the mages and knights in Gana had been cleared out in the first wave, none of the players were injured this ti.

One by one, they cheerfully laid their loot beside the Ancient Castle.

Fang Ka motioned for the rfolk to count the corpses.

After the tally, Fang Ka settled the rewards for these players.
