Lily appeared still dressed in her Temptress outfit.
And she wasn’t alone.
She was practically glued to Isadora Nightkiss—except Lily wasn’t the one hugging and kissing.
It was Isadora who had her wrapped up from behind, arms coiled around her waist, lips pressed to Lily’s cheek as if claiming her like a trophy.
"WAIT, I CAN EXPLAIN!" Lily shrieked the mont she saw Tyler.
Tyler crossed his arms. "Then explain."
"This is her small trick! She was teasing !" Lily waved her hand frantically.
Isadora only giggled, biting Lily’s ear. "Hehehe, you taste like cinnamon today."
"STOP THAT!" Lily elbowed her.
Isadora dissolved into a swirl of purple smoke and vanished, clearly satisfied with Lily’s embarrassnt.
Tyler coughed once. "Anyway. We need to talk."
They stepped aside from the others. Tyler explained the situation the Trials, the fragnts, the rules, the rewards, everything Decateron had told him.
Lily listened silently, expression growing more serious.
Then the mont he finished—
"Give your Copper Pot," she said imdiately.
"You too, Lily? Absolutely not."
"Fine. Then the Copper Ladle."
"Mathilda already took it."
Lily clicked her tongue. "Tch. That greedy lusty alchemist..."
She tapped her chin. "Then, give the Copper Lid."
Tyler blinked. "What? I don’t even know what the lid does."
"That’s fine. I’ll figure it out inside the trial." Before Tyler could give it, Lily already snatched the copper lid straight out of his hand.
"I’m registering this, plus two Pocket Dinsion Pearls!" Lily announced triumphantly.
Su Fei sighed dramatically. "Too bad we can’t bring everything inside a pocket dinsion pearl."
"Of course we can’t, idiot," Myrtle jabbed her in the ribs. "That would defeat the whole point of the Trial."
Decateron floated closer. "If everyone is prepared, we may begin the Trial."
"Wait," Tyler said. "I have a request."
He pointed toward a large, transparent capsule near the wall. Inside, subrged in dense liquid that made her silhouette barely visible, was a green-haired girl, Serena’s original body.
"Can you take care of her? Can you cure her?" Tyler asked quietly.
Decateron studied the capsule for a long mont. "Her condition is extrely delicate. She is not fully dead, but she is no longer truly alive. You are sustaining her with an old ti-stop effect. If she is promoted to Immortal, her body may recover naturally."
Tyler nodded. "So I should take her into the Trial? No wait I can just make her immortal after the trial."
"It is possible for her to wake up in trial and it’s better option too. As the cube wielder, you entered alone. Therefore, you are allowed to bring one additional individual. However, understand this clearly, she may or may not awaken inside the trial. But depending on which fractured world you land in, unique opportunities may appear."
Tyler turned toward the group. "Serena’s consciousness is already went back to the capsule. We can’t ask her for an opinion... so—"
Before he finished, a small voice spoke up.
"Please take her," GG said softly.
Everyone turned.
The short green goblin girl stepped forward, her ears drooping, her fingers twisting nervously.
Tyler blinked. "GG...?"
"Please take her," GG repeated. Her voice trembled. "She... she was good to . Even after I betrayed her. If she wakes up, please tell her I am sorry."
GG placed her palm on the capsule, gently touching the foggy glass.
"She deserves a chance to live again... not like . Just..." Her throat tightened. "Please."
Tyler felt sothing tug in his chest.
Then he realized sothing.
"Oh wait... GG, if I bring Serena with , you’ll be alone during the Trial. I pulled you and Serena together with the sa cube fragnt. If I take only her, you’ll be assigned to a different trial world, without a partner."
GG nodded without hesitating. "It’s fine."
"Are you sure?" Tyler asked. "You don’t know what kind of world you’ll land in. So worlds might be peaceful... others cruel. And you’ll be alone."
GG clenched her tiny fists. "I won’t be alone. I will survive. I want to fix myself. I don’t want to... always depend on you all."
Tyler blinked.
GG rarely spoke this seriously.
Mana stepped beside her, gently resting a hand on her head. "GG has grown."
Mathilda smirked. "She’s still small though."
"I HEARD THAT!" GG squeaked, flustered.
Decateron’s chanical eye glowed. "If her determination is this strong, she will endure her Trial."
Tyler rested his hand on the capsule. "Alright. I’ll bring her with ."
GG lowered her head, relieved.
Tyler exhaled and looked at his crew.
"All of you... good luck."

Decateron’s voice echoed through the space. "Rember, in these Trials, you may forget yourselves in the endless reincarnations. You will loose mories bit by bit every ti you die and then you will totally beco part of the world. That is a form of death in itself... so try not to die."
"Any other questions?" Decateron asked.
Su Fei and Myrtle both raised their hands.
"Any questions that are not related to swapping partners?" Decateron clarified.
Both Su Fei and Myrtle lowered their hands in disappointnt.
"Then let us begin the Trials."
Su Fei and Myrtle’s bodies began to glow. Dozens of tiny cube fragnts appeared around them and closed in, forming a complete cube around the two girls.
The cube projected a scene into the air, like a floating video.

In a gloomy forest, beneath the full Red Moon, an injured handso vampire with crimson eyes flew desperately through the trees. In his arms he carried a pregnant woman with wolf ears.
Both vampires and werewolves were chasing them from every direction.
The man finally hid the woman inside a cave. She was already going into labor. He placed her down gently, then flew out again, taunting the pursuers and drawing them away. He left several magic stones at the cave entrance to block sound and aura.
Inside the cave, the pregnant woman transford into a full werewolf. The pain intensified as she gave birth.
Twin girls were born, one with wolf ears, the other appearing human except for her red eyes.
The exhausted mother fed them both, waiting for her husband to return. But he never ca. She eventually collapsed from fatigue.
The two newborn babies looked at each other, their innocent eyes strangely aware.
"Gacha..." they both thought.
The baby without wolf ears suddenly felt a surge of energy. A tiny red shrine manifested behind her. She had obtained the Ti Domain in her Gacha selection.
A mont later, the cave entrance burst open. Several ard humans stord inside. They didn’t found the unconscious mother nor the babies. There is nothing in here, except one small thing.
Their attention went to a small pearl rolling near the ground.
One man grinned and pocketed it.

"Oh, it’s a forbidden love between two species?" Darla muttered.
"Those two babies are Myrtle and Su Fei," Lily said. "The one without wolf ears is Su Fei, and the other is Myrtle. Both ended up getting the Ti Domain and a Pocket Dinsion Pearl in their Gacha respectively."
The cube holding Myrtle and Su Fei shrank to palm size, then dissolved into countless glowing fragnts drifting through the space.
"Now... Lily and your partner," Decateron said.
"Huh? Where am I?" Washing Gram Marvel appeared beside Lily, clueless and blinking rapidly.
"You two may go," Decateron said without explanation.
A cube imdiately ford around Lily and Washing Gram Marvel.
"WAIT!" Washing Gram shouted, but the cube sealed.

On a large moon, battles raged silently. Explosions filled the surface, ships blowing apart one after another under devastating laser fire.
A gigantic mothership stood at the center of the assault, aiming its cannons at the last surviving base on the moon. Soldiers in ch armor were desperately defending it.
One man suddenly jolted, looking around in confusion.
"Huh? Did I die? Where am I? Am I in the Trial already?" he muttered.
It was Washing Gram Marvel.
A laser beam struck him instantly, vaporizing him along with several soldiers nearby.
Washing Gram Marvel died the mont his Trial began.
Beneath the last base, deep underground, only AI systems and service robots remained. They were caring for an infant – a baby girl, the last princess of a destroyed planet. Everyone else had died protecting her.
The baby had unusually intelligent eyes. She examined the tal ceiling above her.
"So the Trial has begun? Now I’m a baby... like Su Fei and Myrtle?" she thought.
Suddenly she sensed danger.
"Gacha roll out..." she thought calmly.
A shield manifested above her. It wasn’t just any shield, it was the Copper Lid.
The Death Beam struck the Copper Lid. Lily had expected to get a Pocket Dinsion Pearl, but instead, her Gacha had given her the Copper Lid.
The Copper Lid expanded larger and larger until it beca a massive do. The laser struck it and imdiately reflected, shooting back into the sky and obliterating the mothership.
Half the underground base collapsed from the shockwave, but Lily remained safe inside a pentagon-shaped energy barrier generated by the lid, protecting her from the vacuum.
Surviving AI robots rushed to her side, checking her condition.
Above the moon, with the mothership destroyed, the remaining enemy ships also blew up in a chain reaction.

"What luck..." Tyler muttered.
Even he didn’t expect Lily’s Trial to begin with the Copper Lid saving her from a planetary annihilation blast.
