The leader and his n were silent. They did not know what to say.
"Since you refuse to say anything, we will take you away." The man in the uniform said.
He sighed for his subordinates to get moving. The leader did not want to get caught. So, he tried to escape alone, leaving his n behind. However, the man in the uniform seed to realise what the leader was trying to do. He moved faster to tackle the leader. The leader was no match for the man in the uniform. They were tied up and taken away.
Bai Xifeng thanked the man in the uniform. He just nodded and left. Bai Xifeng turned to the innkeeper.
"Thank you, Sir." Bai Xifeng said.
"It’s nothing. I just can not stay out when one of my guests is in danger." The innkeeper said.
"Drink the elixir. You will heal." Bai Xifeng said.
"Thank you, Misst... Young Lady." The innkeeper almost blurted out the word mistress.
The innkeeper opened the bottle. The rich fragrance ca from the bottle. He drank the elixir. He imdiately felt the effect. He even felt a lot better than before.
"Great. I am going out now." Bai Xifeng said before walking away.
