But what if the sa stomach could also lead to a possible rise?

Not that they needed to rise even further.

But with an unexpected offer like this, wasn’t that sothing that could possibly happen?

See, the Mylor couple ended up approaching their rounding son once everyone had gotten their fill for the night. And while the entire celebration wasn’t exactly over yet, it wouldn’t do anyone good to delay this any further.

For one, doing so would leave their pending contracts in limbo, and that was not good for business or for their regulars, who would be affected by this sudden arrangent.

And there was another thing: if any of them were hoping to capitalize on anything, they needed all the ti they could get.

So, the sooner the better.

Obviously, Ollie was excited that his father was willing to talk about it, but was also nervous because he was asked to sit on the other side of the negotiating table and even gasped when he realized what was apparently at stake here.

"But Ollie, you are a part of this venture, so you are going to deal with us with the Dungeon Guardians Guild in mind. Consider this as practice."

"We’ve seen the lengths you have gone for this project and the continuous preparation efforts, but we would like to know how aggressive you would be in pursuing this, because giving up the allocation this year would affect our business and partners in the long term."

Ollie, for one, was aware that they didn’t exactly need the entire allocation for their first complex, but in the case of their family trading business, that would prevent them from honoring their regular major contracts.

So, what would happen when they push back everyone this year?

It would be difficult to expect the sa custors to co back if DG suddenly decides to forgo the project.

But it was sothing he couldn’t really answer because this would all depend on how far Luca wanted to go, and how fast he wanted to do it, so the blonde rightfully deferred to his sworn brother.

Luca, on the other hand, figured that they were waiting on him and decided to push for it: "My Lord, we’re really hoping for a long-term partnership and would like to compensate properly for our purchase and the opportunity loss."

Honestly, Xavier explained it to him, and the budding entrepreneur was hoping that he was using the terms correctly.

Back when the benefactor was explaining these concepts, Luca and D-29 actually felt like they were starting to understand where all that money was coming from.

It wasn’t from bank robbery, although how this wasn’t any form of daylight robbery was still beyond the little system’s comprehension, especially when the deals were sohow going against the best practices found in its research.

Apparently, while they could always do vertical integration so that all the steps related to their production process were within their control, it might not always be the smartest option.

Especially when there are more important things to focus on.

The prince actually had to sit him down for this because this was not sothing people would find in books or by superficial research.

While it looked like those were the only steps to qualify to bid for the allocations, there was definitely a lot of power play involved in the background. And it would be a waste of their ti and efforts.

But honestly, a part of it was because Xavier didn’t want him to get disappointed with how certain authoritative figures could resemble the leaders from that dood planet.

Because they do exist.

Even here. And he didn’t want his little chipmunk facing them before he could take them down. After all, how embarrassing would it be to present a dirty empire to his wife, who was so pure?

Therefore, the best way was to partner with experts who have continuously proven themselves with a good track record.

Like the Mylors that they were trying to convince.

At first, Luca thought he was going to have to negotiate with money, but soon realized that the Mylors weren’t even planning on overpricing.

But Marquis Osmond was clearly in need of suggestions because this was basically going to kill one of their arms.

See, the allocations weren’t just there as a business, it was also a way to get preferential treatnt and prices from companies they have long-term agreents with.

So, this would take out a lot of their leverage, therefore they needed to find a new one to compensate for this.

In fairness to the cadets, the marquis felt touched that they wanted to offer product distribution in exchange for the damage the Mylor family would incur once they gave up their allocation.

But at the sa ti, Marquis Osmond had to temporarily say no to such a lucrative offer.

"Right about now, we are not equipped with enough security to handle such transactions, and it might call upon forces that we are not yet prepared to handle, which would likely endanger the safety of this place."

Of course, the mont a smaller House like theirs dealt with sothing like this publicly, soone would start looking for the weakest link.

And that might end up being one of their children who had no say in this.

Therefore, until such ti they could get a reliable distribution arm set up for sothing this risky, they’ll have to stick with their usual business.

"Then, Pop—I an My Lord, what about if we deal with items that can be auctioned?" Ollie asked, hopeful because there’s gotta be sothing around here that they could sell.

"Auction? Well, if there’s sothing that won’t create pandemonium like the last ti, then maybe we could consider those."

"Because while the manuals and the pills would surely be sellable, they would also cause a bloodbath," emphasized the businessman who could envision it already.

And kidnapping? That would be child’s play. Better talk about actual terrorism!

"So, if you happen to have sothing that’s within the realm of possibility for the people of our era..."

"Then that would be great."

Hmm.

Kyle thought this was certainly difficult because their golden boy seed to exist to continuously break the realm of possibility.

Heck, if they decide to sell chili flakes one day, that alone would cause pandemonium enough to stress his brother out (again).

But surprisingly, the highlighter next to him suddenly stood up, which surprised everyone.

"I-I think I have sothing! But I’ll have to get it first!"

"???"

"Eh?"

But it was not like the mop gave them another choice as he disappeared without warning, leaving everyone bewildered while his parents talked about having to reform their child.

Because who runs out of a formal eting like that?!

Ollie Astrea Mylor.

Or likely anyone who rembered the power of hoarding.

See, it was probably a good ti to unload a small part of their stash. But the little chanic thought that it would not be good to send over the materials as is, because doing so would not only lower the value, but also start the hunt for the source.

But an anonymous cha manufacturer selling processed materials or built components?

Now that was definitely in the realm of possibility and would always fetch astronomical prices!

After all, how many of these elite families actually keep their own high-grade materials for when they find a master chanic who will accept their commission?

But what about them? Don’t they also have a master chanic?

Undoubtedly!

And while argunts about the artistic aspect of major parts could definitely be opened because of certain chanics, there was also no way for others to discount their ability to make components or refine materials for use.

Especially not when their techniques were far more advanced (or complete) than what is currently considered the industry standard.

Also, entire chas weren’t impossible, provided they had clear and drawn-out exterior plans—ones that should explicitly cover the paint choices, please.

But of course, this would be for later, as a certain blonde would never think ill of their creations, because why would he when that was the definition of artistic expression!

Yeah...no.

However, whatever he had on him should do the trick. So, when the mop reappeared only to gently plop several items on the table, a few adults couldn’t help but stand!

"?!"

"!!!"

"Oliver!"

"Where did you get these?!"

Huh?

Where else? From their stash, of course!
