Selena bent space again, she blinked from her position reappearing at another place.

Selena’s sword cut through the air with sharp precision, slicing the thick cords of flesh that connected the monster’s limbs to its main body.

Each strike tore sothing apart, but the creature healed by using the flesh of dead bodies, It was slow but wounds an nothing to that monster.

Amon grunted and leapt over a fallen tentacle. He swung his hatchet hard, severing another black limb.

The glowing blue edge flashed in the dim light, and the cut tentacle dropped to the ground with a heavy, wet thud.

Black ooze splattered around him, but he kept moving, step by step getting closer.

"Cover !" Selena shouted.

Her hands moved quickly, creating a ripple of twisted air that slowed the thrashing tentacles for a mont.

Jareth took that chance his sword slamd down again and again, each strike backed by rumbling earth-magic. The ground cracked beneath him, shaking with every blow.

He had to use every thing he got to fight the monster.

The abomination roared in fury and anger.

Dozens of tentacles shot up from its body, whipping through the air like ropes.

One coiled around Jareth’s arm and squeezed hard.

He grunted, slamd his palm on the ground, and spikes of rock shot upward, ripping the tentacle apart. Black ichor sprayed everywhere.

Amon pulled sothing from his ring. A small tal cylinder. He flicked it open with his thumb and threw it toward the creature’s chest.

It rolled between the flailing limbs and burst open with a hiss. Thick smoke poured out, filling the square and hiding them from sight.

The monster shrieked, confused. Selena used that mont she blinked through space and appeared near the creature’s core from where the tentacles ca out.

Her sword stabbed deep into the tangled mass of corpses.

The sound was sickening, like tal tearing through wet cloth. Blood and chunks of flesh sprayed, and the monster finally staggered.

Violet liquid oozed from the wound, writhing like it was alive. The abomination trembled, turning its angry face toward Selena.

Dozens of mouths opened through flesh of corpses, from its hands, legs or stomach, crying out in a horrible, hungry wail.

A tentacle lashed out and grazed her shoulder. Sparks flew as her armor deflected most of it, but blood still trickled down her arm.

"Now, push!" Jareth yelled, slamming his shield into the sa wound Selena had made. The impact shook the monster, and for the first ti, it backed away.

Amon charged. Mana surged through his arms, coating his weapons in blue light. He swung his hatchet and buried it deep into the nearest tendon.

’Fuck! My body is hurting like hell...but damn I won’t stop...I will kill this bastard’ A smile ford on Amon face.

The flesh ripped apart with a loud, wet sound. The monster scread, shaking the ground beneath their feet.

Chunks of rotten flesh fell off, but even as they hit the ground, they crawled and tried to rge again. Every piece wanted to return to the main body.

"Keep cutting!" Selena shouted. "Don’t let it heal!"

So of the monster’s tentacles move in oher direction. Taking the fallen dead bodies and bring it to rge with itself.

Jareth raised both hands and summoned stone blades from the cobbles. He hurled them into the monster, each one sank deep, making the abomination shriek even louder.

Tar-like ooze burst out, hissing as it burned through stone and tal alike. Amon stumbled back, wiping the stinging black fluid from his arm. The air slled of iron and rot.

"Use everything you’ve got!" Amon yelled.

Selena blinked across the battlefield again, slashing through any tentacle that blocked her way.

Jareth fought like a wall of steel and stone, pushing forward with heavy swings. Amon darted between them, fast and precise, his hatchet, sword and revolver working together.

But no matter how much they cut, the monster kept regenerating. The black ooze bubbled and birthed smaller, crawling things that scattered into the shadows.

From the center of the pulsing mass, the burgundy-haired woman’s head lifted again. Her smile was twisted and gleaming.

"Still hungry," she said softly, voice scraping like broken glass. "Always hungry..."

The abomination was mad and crazy. Wanting to kill more, destroy more.

Selena’s eyes hardened. "You two flank it! I’ll go for the head!"

"We heard you!" Jareth answered.

They split. Amon moved left, Jareth right. Tentacles rose to block their way, moving like living walls. One wrapped around Amon’s leg, pulling him down.

Three of them attack the creature form three different sides.

"Fuck!"

Amon cursed, swung his hatchet, and cut it off. The black fluid splashed across his face, burning faintly, but he didn’t stop.

The square filled with noise tal striking flesh, stone shattering, and the deep growls of the monster.

The ground trembled under their feet. The abomination lashed out in every direction, trying to crush or consu them, but they fought back fiercely.

Every swing, every strike, every cut it was survival. The battle wasn’t over.

It was only getting worse.

One tentacle slamd at Amon’s left side. He was not able to reach.

Crack!

A bone creaking sound ca as Amon’s body fly though the air and slamd against the wall.

"Amon!" Jareth yelled. His voice was worried for his teammate. He was away from Amon. Slashing multiple tentacle limbs.

"Cough!" He coughed as the blood ca out of his mouth.

His already injuries body got more wounds. Before he can move, Another tentacle ca towards his body and hold his ankle.

"What-" it didn’t gave Amon any ti to get free from it.

Pain shot through his ribs, white-hot and blinding. The taste of iron filled his mouth as blood spilled from his lips.

His vision blurred — flashes of stone, light, and black flesh mixing into one dizzying sar.

Every impact sent shockwaves through his body. His mind scread, Move, damn it! Get up! But his limbs felt like lead. The world beca a storm of pain and ringing noise.
