Ron returned to his room, preparing to reflect on the recent battle.
This fight had been the kind of battle Ron had envisioned for himself.
As an emission-type Nen user and a Nen Beast practitioner, his strength lay in the ability to strategize from a distance, deciding the outco of battles from afar. With a slight thought, he could take another's life without ever putting himself at risk.
His enemies couldn't even locate him.
"Chii gathers intelligence."

Ron chose the Underworld Mafia as his next target for absorption because he was pressed for ti.
The one-year limit he had agreed upon with Maha Zoldyck was fast approaching.
Initially, Ron had two other options in mind.
One was Greed Island.
The other was the Hunter Exam.
However, Ron believed it would be very difficult to fully absorb the Greed Island ability. He probably needs to not only join as a player but also be there as an observer when it is completed. That was difficult, but if he had to wait for Gon to complete it, he would waste years.
As for completing Greed Island himself, Ron never considered it. It was a ga designed by Ging Freecss for Gon, not sothing he intended to interfere with.
Ging Freecss was now one of the top five Nen users in the world, far stronger than Ron. He could not risk Gin coming after him.
Regarding the Hunter Exam, based on his experiences in the Sky Arena and teor City, Ron knew that attending just once wouldn't help him fully absorb the extre potential of an Observer's Nen ability.
"If that's the case, it might take years."
That's why Ron chose the Underworld Mafia.
In terms of overall strength, the Underworld Mafia was indeed weaker.
It wasn't as strong as the Zoldyck family or the Sky Arena, and in terms of overall power, it was also inferior to teor City.
However, the Underworld Mafia had its own unique qualities.
The Nen beasts created by the Observer's extre potential weren't always combat types.
Just like Chii.
An auxiliary-type Nen Beast, which, in Ron's view, held more value than combat-type Nen Beasts.
The Underworld Mafia had its rits as well.

It started from the mont Baki appeared in the surveillance footage.
Upon seeing Baki, Gluttony imdiately launched an attack on him.
The two began their battle.
Then, Kyle appeared.
Gluttony issued orders to him.
Kyler searched around.
Gluttony was at a disadvantage.
Gluttony was knocked out by a swing from Baki.
Kyler fled.
Sloth returned with Kyler.
Sloth and Baki fought.
Kyler approached Gluttony's corpse.
Gluttony's body enveloped Kyler, transforming into a monster.
The monster and Sloth tead up to attack Baki.
The monster devoured Sloth.
The monster beca stronger.
Killer Queen appeared.
Killer Queen and Baki tead up to attack the monster.
They defeated the monster, killing it.
Kyler's face erged.
A deathly Nen appeared.
From then on, Nina already knew what happened.(T/n I hope we don't get that sort of a recap again)
"Big brother, thank you."
Nina looked toward Ron's room.
Shizuku didn't understand, and just felt it was strange.
At this ti, Shizuku hadn't started learning Nen, so she couldn't use Gyo. She couldn't see Killer Queen or Baki, nor could she see the aura. She just saw Sloth and Gluttony fighting the air.
Ron submitted the assassination mission.
One Sloth, one Gluttony, both with a bounty of 1 billion Jenny.
Honestly, the price was a bit low.
But they were targets to be killed anyway. Accepting the assassination mission before killing them was an added bonus.
"The traces have been cleaned up."
"Surveillance, videos, calls…"
