"Lin Mu, I want to kill you."
Uro Iji roared in the darkness, exuding a sinister aura. At this mont, Uro Iji seed almost mad, laughing and crying simultaneously with a hint of tears in his eyes.
"Brother Iji, calm down. We must take Lin Mu’s head and use his life to honor Miss Fangzi." Jinye patted Uro Iji’s shoulder from behind as he spoke.
"Get ready. Tomorrow we head to Wancheng. I must kill Lin Mu with my own hands." Uro Iji said, his eyes bloodshot.
"Brother Iji, don’t be impulsive. Lin Mu’s influence in Wancheng is substantial. You could say there’s no place for us there. If we go rashly, even if we bring the whole Jushi Association, we can’t do anything to Lin Mu. We need a long-term plan." Jinye advised Uro Iji, noticing his impulsive state. Without a good plan to deal with Lin Mu, it would be suicidal.
Uro Iji shot a glare at Jinye, asking, "Then what do you suggest we do?"
"To deal with Lin Mu, we must lure them to our territory to eliminate him." Jinye’s eyes flashed with coldness.
"Lure him? What do you have in mind?" Uro Iji asked, his thoughts clouded by hatred, unable to co up with a solution.
"According to our informants who infiltrated Wancheng, one of Lin Mu’s won left the city. We can target her friends and use them to threaten him, forcing Lin Mu to co to us willingly." Jinye smiled.
"Are you talking about that woman nad Zhou Xun?" Uro Iji asked.
"No, although Zhou Xun is not in Wancheng, she is still in Huaxia, guarded by many bodyguards, and has Lin Mu’s trusted aide with her. It’s difficult to target her, and we are wanted by Huaxia’s police. We can’t take that risk. Lin Mu’s other woman isn’t in Wancheng; in fact, she’s not on the Huaxia Continent." Jinye smiled darkly.
"Who?" Uro Iji asked.
"Man Luo." Jinye smiled again, ominously, "She left Wancheng a while ago, returning to Xiang Island. Although Man Luo is skilled, if we send enough experts, capturing her isn’t hard."
Uro Iji nodded, "Alright, then tomorrow we both go there personally. We must not make any mistakes. I want Lin Mu to pay a tragic price."
"Don’t worry, Lin Mu ruined everything for . I want to kill him more than you do." Jinye said coldly, clenching his fists tightly. He reminisced about when he was a big boss surrounded by beautiful won, living in splendor every night. Those were glorious days, but now all has faded away. His wealth vanished, and he’s beco a fugitive, like a stray dog. This is all thanks to Lin Mu, making Jinye resent him even more...
In Xiang Island’s special administrative region, Man Luo was alone in a bar room, gently swirling a glass of red wine before sipping it.
She had returned to Xiang Island for quite a while but remained sullen. She seed accustod to having Lin Mu around, even though they only spent a month together. What happened during that month made her greatly enjoy Lin Mu’s company, a harmonious fulfillnt between n and won.
Returning alone to Xiang Island made her feel uneasy. The wine, once flavorful, now tasted bland. Yet, even with Lin Mu, without drinking, she’d feel a sense of intoxication. Hence, her thoughts were filled with Lin Mu every day.
After downing a glass of wine, Man Luo pulled out a lady’s cigarette, took a couple of drags, when a commotion of footsteps echoed. Qing’Er ca rushing in without knocking.
"Sister Manluo, trouble! Jinye has charged into our bar with his crew. Our sisters are guarding downstairs, but can’t hold for long. They seem to be targeting you; you should leave now." Qing’Er said, clutching her chest as she rushed in.
"Jinye?" Man Luo was surprised. Wasn’t Jinye in East? How did he find his way here?
"Yes, it’s Jinye. Sister Manluo, you should go. Their n are strong; we can’t match them." Qing’Er said urgently.
"No, I can’t abandon you." Man Luo stood up, though Qing’Er and the others were her subordinates, she treated them like sisters. She wasn’t just their leader but their protector. Abandoning her sisters in a crisis was unthinkable.
Man Luo started the Won’s Assassin Squad alone due to her strength and sisterhood bond; she wouldn’t leave them during hardship.
"Sister Manluo, you go first; they’re after you. We’ll be fine, don’t worry." Qing’Er pleaded.
The hallway outside echoed with fierce weapon clashes. Apparently, Jinye’s crew had reached them.
Without hesitation, Man Luo darted out, with Qing’Er quickly following. In the hallway, Jinye and Uro Iji led ninjas advancing strategically, while a few of Man Luo’s subordinates were injured, retreating warily.
"Hehe, Man Luo, long ti no see!" Jinye said sinisterly, seeing Man Luo step out.
"Jinye, indeed a long ti. You’re wanted by Huaxia police; I didn’t expect you to show up." Man Luo kept her composure facing Jinye. Danger requires calmness, lest Jinye seize an opportunity, for he hesitated to act.
"Hehe, wanted by the police? So what? Besides, this is Xiang Island, not the Mainland; the police can’t touch ." Jinye shrugged nonchalantly.
"Indeed, they can’t. Jinye, what’s your purpose here on Xiang Island?" Man Luo asked.
"Nothing much; I just want you to cooperate. I know you’re Lin Mu’s woman now, and I want to deal with Lin Mu, hence need your help." Jinye smiled.
"Want to help against Lin Mu?" Man Luo scoffed coldly, "I advise you to drop it. Even if you kill , I won’t help you against Lin Mu."
