The roses in the vase on the table exuded a fragrance.
Koa Jackson looked at the steak in front of him and mused, "It seems a bit late, I forgot to change the dinner."
"It’s fine," Mia Ginger smiled and said, "I’m not picky, I can eat anything."
"Have so soup then." Koa Jackson reached out and pushed the plates in front of them to the side with a gentle voice, "Eat a little less tonight, have the soup and vegetable salad, there’s also this cheesecake, that should be enough."
Mia Ginger glanced at him, "I haven’t eaten since noon."

Mia Ginger lowered her head, puffed her cheeks, and quickly finished a piece of cake.
She was overly hungry, even a little food made her feel full.
The two of them lingered until midnight.
Mia Ginger was nervous.
Koa Jackson, for so reason, maintained his composure, but in the end, even Mia Ginger couldn’t help but urge him.
He glanced up at her and chuckled softly.
He held her hand and led her back to the room.
Koa Jackson brushed his teeth quickly, then Mia Ginger entered the bathroom for her wash-up, taking quite a while, still not coming out.
"Dr. Jackson," she called him in a dreamlike state.
"What are you calling ?" Koa Jackson lowered his head and replied with a hoarse voice, "Haven’t learned your lesson, huh?"
Mia Ginger took a sharp breath, "Husband."
The curtains were not drawn, and at the edge of her sight was a swirl of starlight.
In the vastness of the world, it seed only the two of them remained.
Mia Ginger didn’t utter a sound.
She didn’t even have the strength to lift her eyelids.
Soon enough, she fell asleep.

The next day, morning.
Mia Ginger opened her eyes to see the golden brilliance shining outside the window.
It was too bright, and she rubbed her eyes, turning to et Koa Jackson’s gaze, frowning painfully.
Many fragnts of last night flooded into her mind, and she suddenly realized that she and Koa Jackson had finally taken the last step.
