Sadam Vinson stood with his arms crossed next to Govert Griffin and said coldly, "All thieves act like this."
With just a few words, they firmly accused Ghania Quinlan of theft.
Emilia Sullivan’s face turned pale. She shook off her hand and blocked in front of Ghania, angrily staring at Nathalie Quinlan, lowering her voice in a furious inquiry, "Nathalie, what on earth did you call us out here for?!"
"If you’re just planning to use that surveillance video to let your friend humiliate Ghania, then we don’t have ti for your nonsense!"
"We’re leaving."
As she spoke, she pulled Ghania and was about to leave.
"Wait a minute."
The girl’s dark pupils narrowed slightly, her gaze simring as she lazily called out.
Alfred Garland imdiately blocked Emilia Sullivan and Ghania Quinlan’s path.
He stood at six feet tall, exuding a strong presence, with a face more rugged compared to Amadeus Yancey and the others.
At this mont, he glanced down at Emilia Sullivan indifferently and said, "Mrs. Quinlan, I’m sorry but you can’t leave yet."
With Alfred Garland blocking the way, Emilia Sullivan truly couldn’t get out!
"..." Emilia Sullivan suddenly turned her head, glaring at Nathalie Quinlan with eyes that seed ready to tear her apart.
Like an enraged lioness, she shielded Ghania in front of her, "Ghania just went to your lounge to find you. Your lounge had so many people coming and going, why are you picking on her?"
"I lost my hard drive, and she was the only one who went in after I left. She stayed for three minutes before coming out. After she left, no one else went in until I returned."
Emilia Sullivan felt a sense of panic and uneasiness, but she forced herself to remain calm, speaking harshly but with underlying weakness, "Just because your hard drive is missing doesn’t an Ghania took it. What if you misplaced it yourself?"
"Whether she took the hard drive or not can be easily found out."
Nathalie Quinlan picked up an alcohol spray bottle from the table, approached Ghania, and said with an indifferent look, "I applied potassium permanganate on the hard drive. You know it changes color when it cos into contact with alcohol, right?"
Upon hearing her words, Ghania felt as if struck by lightning, all color drained from her face in an instant, her pupils trembling violently, and she hid abruptly behind Emilia Sullivan.
"Didn’t you claim you were innocent?" Nathalie stood in front of her, handing over the alcohol spray, her eyes unconstrained, lips slightly curved, "Want to try?"
Sadam Vinson was unaware that Nathalie had done sothing to the hard drive, and in surprise, he quickly grinned and said, "Yeah, didn’t you all say you didn’t steal anything? Now you have a chance to prove yourself, what are you hesitating for, give it a try."
Ghania couldn’t possibly dare to try!
Her mind was utterly blank, overco by extre fear and panic, her lips were pale, and the fingertips of her tightly clenched hands had gone cold.
Nathalie held the alcohol spray out in front of her.
Ghania raised her head, her face ashen, and glanced at her, seemingly trying to discern sothing from her expression.
But Nathalie remained as indifferent and simring as ever, revealing nothing, leaving Ghania unable to tell if she was serious or not.
Just then.
Zayn Fisher frowned slightly, darkened his eyes, and said in a deep voice, "Ghania, since you didn’t do it, there’s no harm in trying. Just give it a try."
"I..." Ghania was taken aback that even he said so. For a mont, panic and fear surged overwhelming her, her eyes flickering as she avoided everyone’s gaze.
Suddenly, she caught sight of a cup of hot tea on the table not far away, housed in an iron porcelain cup showing its age, likely belonging to one of the security staff.
A sudden thought crossed her mind.
