Zevaney hadn’t even taken a sip of tea when she saw Willy hurrying back.
"The Wolf Gang people sent a ssage saying the mission failed."
"What?" Zevaney put the teacup on the table abruptly, her apricot eyes looking at him, revealing a look of surprise: "How did it fail?"
"That divine healer is very talented, the Wolf Gang underestimated them. But they took a photo..." Willy handed the phone to her.
Zevaney took it and looked down.
The photo sent from the phone was very blurry, only showing the vague silhouette of a girl from across the road.
Zevaney took one look and felt it was familiar.

Zevaney had a vague feeling of unease, her apricot eyes looking at the man as she probed: "Did the Clan Chief say what it was about?"
The person standing in front of her still did not lift his head, his voice steady and even, repeating: "No, the Clan Chief just wants Miss to go back imdiately."
Willy felt a little flustered and short of breath: "Why would the Clan Chief suddenly call you back? Could it be..."
Zevaney took a deep breath, remaining calm, and stood up: "Second Uncle, don’t overthink. It’s just an outsider, the Clan Chief wouldn’t call for such a small matter."
"It should be sothing else, I’ll go back and check first."
Since she said so, Willy could only try to think positively and see them off.
