Ghania Quinlan clenched her palm tightly, her chest rising and falling intensely as she gasped for breath, her gaze gloomy and unclear.

Fortunately...

Fortunately, Nathalie Quinlan’s brain wasn’t so sharp; accustod to acting recklessly, she didn’t follow Adelle Wafford’s lead to keep her top-grade performance and stubbornly chose the Chinese dicine departnt.

With Derliand Gober as her safeguard in the future, and the Sullivan Family backing her, as long as she worked a little harder, she would soday truly enter Beijing’s circles.

At that ti... she would no longer have to care about these McKinney people!

When she rembered the tone of Ivy Wilmar’s phone call, a layer of gloom enveloped Ghania’s heart again and she pursed her lips bitterly, contemplating how to win back Ivy’s heart...

It didn’t matter whether or not to hold a university entrance celebration, since Tsinghua University would announce Nathalie’s results tomorrow, and Nathalie’s scores were bound to cause a sensation in McKinney.

Even if she did hold her own entrance celebration, it would be laughable and invite embarrassnt.

Better not to have one at all!

But Ivy, she absolutely had to please; without Ivy’s help at the upcoming music exchange, she wouldn’t be able to make the foreign masters favor her.

anwhile, after Nathalie finished sending ssages and blocked the phone numbers, she put her phone away, lifted her eyes again, and said to a bunch of people from Class A, "In a few days I’ll be leaving McKinney for a bit. Before I go, I want to create a workbook for you guys, the kind with predicted questions. Do you want it?"

Her tone was as casual as though it was just a little trinket.

Freddy Cagwin, however, knew how powerful her predictions were; the reason Ghania Quinlan had remained at the top of the school was all thanks to Nathalie’s accurate test predictions.

"Yes!" Justin Wafford, although unsure about the accuracy of Nathalie’s predictions, was the first to raise his hand, his handso face beaming with a toothy smile, "Hey, Nathalie, my Tsinghua dream is all up to you!"

"I want it, too!"

"So do I."

As he took the lead, everyone eagerly raised their hands.

Nathalie scanned the room, roughly estimating the number needed, and coolly put her hands in her pockets, "Alright. I’ll hand it over to Freddy when I’m done. Whoever wants it can just make a copy."

"No problem," Justin Wafford gave an OK sign.

Clerent Miller and the others had no objections.

The group’s focus had shifted from discussing the workbook to discussing where to eat that evening.

Freddy was more concerned with the first half of her statent. As everyone discussed where to go for dinner after school, he took the opportunity to quietly ask the girl, "You’re going out? Where to this ti?"

Nathalie had been leaning against the lectern, elbow on the surface, one long, straight leg propped up against the lectern’s edge, casually listening to everyone’s chat.

At the question, she looked up, her dark eyes glancing at him montarily, then rubbing her brow, she said with a slightly hoarse voice, "Not sure yet, probably Beijing."

She had heard about The Ninth Institute before.

It was the most impressive organization in the country, with many of the nation’s rare resources and cutting-edge unreleased technologies in their hands.

But where exactly The Ninth Institute was located, she hadn’t taken interest or bothered to check.

"Not sure?" Freddy was montarily puzzled by her response, but he instinctively believed in the girl’s abilities and didn’t overthink it. He pursed his lips and asked, "So when will you be back?"

Nathalie lowered her gaze in thought for a mont before giving an approximate ti, "If it’s fast, about a week, but if it’s slow, I can’t say. I don’t think it’ll be very long, though."

"Alright," Freddy looked at her, smiling, "Let know when you get back. My mom has been missing you; it’s been a long ti since you’ve been to our house for a al. She brought up a hen from back ho a few days ago. She’s been raising it and hasn’t had the heart to cook it, waiting for you to visit. When you get back, I’ll tell her to make stewed chicken soup for you. I’ll bring it over to you."

After thinking it over, Nathalie said, "Let’s wait until I get back. I haven’t seen Aunt Cagwin in a long ti either. I’ll just co directly to your house when I return."
