As Eris trained with Amaterasu, Arad was back with Kali, and she didn't have much to teach him besides raw fighting power and divine magic control. Arad was massive, heavy, strong, fast, and utterly deadly even without the help of skills and techniques.

But the main reason that teaching Arad's techniques was useless was that he could already learn directly from his opponents. There was no need for Kali to try to drill everything into his mind. She stood tall, her bare feet resting on cold golden ground.

This wasn't a training ground, but the sacred temple of destruction. The place where she trained Lucy, the place where her father channelled his power into her, the place where he died, and the beating heart of the abyss.

In this sacred place, beside Kali and Arad, no one else was there. Because bringing anyone else here would put their lives at risk. Kali and Arad knew well that their fight here would be disastrous anywhere else, and so, they didn't need to bring anything that would force them to hold back.

Kali stood naked; she didn't wear anything for the fight besides the jewellery on her body. As she rested a few ters away from Arad, she flexed all of her muscles as her six arms rested on her hip and waist. As she cracked her back, she looked toward Arad with a smile.

"I was thinking, a skirt of your arms would look nice on . A head necklace would just make the look perfect." Arad could regenerate lost limbs with ease, and so she ca here planning to mutilate him and wear his lost limbs as clothes.

Arad smiled, "That would certainly look strange on you." He extended his arms forward, clenched his fists, and then flexed his entire body, ripping his clothes apart, beside his boxers. As he was out of his clothes, he looked down and smiled. "Amazing, rida and Isabella weren't joking when they said those won't tear apart."

"They are skilled." Kali looked at him for a mont. He was over three ters tall, ripped to the bones, as wide as a wall, and built like a walking castle wall. She could tell with a single look at his body that he wasn't made for peace, but for violence and war.

But thankfully, she was a divine being and could match his size and imposing figure. She was as tall as he, with enough at on her bones that she didn't look too thin, and she even had two more pairs of arms, allowing her to look just as made for war, and Arad himself couldn't help but smile looking at her.

She smiled. "I might look thinner, but I'm physically stronger." Her words weren't boastful, and Arad knew that.

He looked at her body from head to toes, and then nodded. "Indeed, you're stronger, faster, sturdier, and far outclass in every aspect."

"Then why fight if you already know that you would lose?" She asked with a tilted head. "Isn't it the definition of insanity to try sothing that you know doesn't work? You cannot defeat , so why even try? Won't it be better to train and try later when you are stronger?"

Arad rested his fists on his hips. "I cannot get stronger fighting those who are weaker than , and just fighting those who are stronger is just too slow for my liking." He looked at her face. "Fighting beings who are overwhelmingly stronger give the best growth speed. I can learn far more in defeat than in victory."

"I see…" Kali relaxed her arms. "Let's try it then." At that very instant, Arad found himself already on the ground with Kali's foot on his face. He tried to move, but both his elbows and knees were shattered, and his chest had several dents in it.

She looked down at him with a smile as she pushed down with her foot on his face. "Was that too fast for you to see?"

Arad's eyes moved. "Too fast. I didn't even notice you moving. One mont I was standing, and you looked relaxed. Next, I was on the ground."

"Indeed, it was too fast for you to learn anything. Do I need to slow it down a bit?" She removed her foot, and Arad stood on his own as his wounds healed.

"No need." He replied and stood like before, not taking a stance. "Not seeing it doesn't an I cannot deal with it."

Then, Arad once more found himself on the ground. This ti, Kali was sitting on his face. "Learned anything? To , you just stood there like a statue." She looked at him between her legs. "You know, if you like stepping on your face, or sitting on it. I can do it any ti you want."

Arad smiled as she moved away from his face, and he stood. "You aren't moving at the speed of light; you're just too fast for ." He took a deep breath, and when he exhaled, it was back into Kali's butt as she had dropped him a third ti and was sitting on his face again.

Speaking under her, "In the ti it takes for my eyes to see you move and for my brain to process the signal, you would've dropped to the ground, and that last hit to the head is forceful enough to jumble my imdiate mory, so the scene doesn't get processed."

Kali smiled.

As Arad was standing, she moved at blinding speed. First, she shatters his knees with two kicks, then with her six arms, she crushes his lungs and heart with a barrage of punches. That puts pressure on his chest and forces the blood up to his brain, shutting it off mid-process. The last image that Arad saw of Kali moving was stuck, and before the blood got moving again, Kali would hit him in the face, smashing his head to the ground and causing temporary mory loss.

Arad did see Kali moving, but his brain never got the chance to process that image, and with the head trauma, even that gets wiped out clean.

Kali stood and took a step away from him. "Now we're talking. As expected, you're far smarter than you look." She watched him heal and stand again. "Now, let's see if that information would help you?"

She moved at the sa speed, shattered his knees, and then his elbows. Arad still didn't make any move, and his chest was crushed as easily as before. But the mont she was about to stomp his face to the ground, he moved. But how could he move? All of his limbs were broken. With what would he attack her? Of course, he had only one thing, and it was his head.

With a single, powerful jerk of his massive neck muscles, his head moved slightly to the side, evading Kali's stomp, sliding up her leg, and aiming directly at her groin with a headbutt. But that didn't make sense. Arad's knees were shattered; he couldn't push his body up, let alone perform a decent headbutt. The answer to that was simple: he wasn't the one moving, but just letting Kali's montum carry her toward him.

It was a direct hit, and Kali's butt pinned his head to the ground. When Arad blinked, he once more found himself under her butt. "I failed again." The impact was still powerful enough to rattle his brain and cause him temporary mory loss. To him, this was no different than the first few tis.

She looked at him with a smug smile. "I'll be honest with you. The only clean hit I got was the first one when you woke up with my foot on your face. In the others, you always tried to counter , but still ended up crushed to the ground with my butt."

She moved away from Arad and sat facing him with her legs crossed, and he did the sa after he healed. The two looked at each other for a while, then Arad spoke.

"If I store my brain in my void stomach, my reaction ti would drop significantly. But that would prevent from taking brain damage and losing mories like this." He looked at her, and she started thinking deeply for a long while.

"It isn't worth it. If you are facing soone who has enough raw damage to hurt your brain, then losing the reaction ti is a more deadly trade. You need to think of another way to protect your brain and spine besides that."

After that, they sat there for almost an hour in silence. Arad thought about what he could do, and Kali also wanted to find a way to help him. But in the end, it was Arad who ca up with sothing.

"Can't I just… have more brains?" He asked, and Kali's eyes opened wide. "More brains? Like an extra one in your guts?" She started thinking, "Like how Kory has two brains, one for each head." He added, and she waved her hand.

"No, I know that. Kayden has multiple brains as well, but while Kory is a special case, having multiple brains isn't impossible for demons." She looked at him, "For you, I don't know if that approach is even possible."

"I have multiple incarnations already, and each of them has a brain. Can't I sohow use them?" He went on and explained to her what he was thinking about.

If he can store his brain inside his void stomach temporarily to protect it, then can't he store the brain of an incarnation, and imdiately swap it with his damaged brain? Or at least use it as a secondary control centre from inside his stomach.

Arad was planning to have both a brain inside his body for rapid control and a second one waiting inside his void stomach to deal with anything the first brain couldn't handle.

"That might work, but it'll need a lot of practice. And it would potentially cost you a life." In all of Arad's fights, his incarnations acted as a safety net. As long as one of them is alive, he won't die. But using two at the sa ti with a single body was far too risky, because it allowed the opponent a chance to deal with two incarnations at the sa ti.
