The hivemind is conquering for me? Chapter 395: A New Challenge

As soon as I arrived on howorld, I was picked up and had my face licked by Fianna before she yelled. "Apollo, I missed you so much! Take with you to this Spartari. Together we can devour everything!"

I reached out and caressed the side of Fianna's face as I replied. "You know you can't do that darling. You have an important role in the Hive's ecosystem. I can't have you not fulfilling your role, it's not fair to the rest of the hive is it?"

A look overca Fianna's four eyes as she began thinking of sothing. I recognised the contemplation of kidnapping as I have seen it before so I acted fast, using the tactic that brought Fianna to in the first place.

"How about we make a challenge that ends when I next co back?" I could physically see the intent from Fianna's face disappear as she was about to start sprinting with under her arm like a piece of luggage. "What kind of challenge?"

I smiled internally, having gotten her attention and said. "Oh nothing much, it is just to prove to that you are the best hunter in the entire hive... But we don't have to do it if you don't want to..."

"No, I want that! Tell the challenge and I will overco it! For my love for you fuels my existence! Nothing can stand before and live if I am conquering for you!" She said, bringing my face close to hers once more, kissing softly this ti instead of licking .

"The challenge is simple, my beautiful hunter. I want trophies. I want you to go out there and kill things around the level of the god entity we fought recently... well you fought recently. For each trophy you bring , It will add twelve hours of sex to a tir that has no limit."

A pleasant sensation passed up and down Fianna's spinal column as she imagined a full week with her mate... She was pulled out of her thoughts though as he continued.

"However. What is a challenge without challengers hmm? So." I said, gripping Fianna's head tightly and gazed directly into her eyes, to those beyond them. "All my lovely pris who work so hard for the hive and for . You are all extended this challenge. The one that wins will have full permission from to create a body designed for mating. I know I am not Jewel, but I am your husband so I have the right to grant you that permission. I wish you good luck, my beauties."

The Pris were different from the rest of the hive. They shared a piece of the unique Jewel inside of them. A large piece within them was ambition. So when they collectively heard Apollo's challenge through Fianna, each one of them wanted to win.

Ten pris, who all had infinite resources at their disposal. With their new found goal to kill as many god class entities as possible and the reward for being the winner what it was? The hive had just beco more dangerous to every species in existence as the new goal of pris sent the hive into not just their natural hunting tendencies, but into an actual warpath.

Pri four and Nukumi seed to have a starting advantage as they had been chasing the robot with the strength equivalent to a god for weeks and were practically snapping at the heels of his fleet at this point.

"That Robot is mine sister! I have been on him for longer!" Pri four relayed to Nukumi who had taken residence inside of her hull. "Sister. How are you going to mate with Apollo? You are over thirty kilotres long. You can store only so much biomass into such a small mating body after all. And besides, Apollo and I have already engaged in intimacy. It is only fair you give this creature to , as a kindness to Apollo."

The warm mory of Apollo sticking his hands into her gills ward her cold blood. She would be blushing at the mory if she could blush, causing Pri four to roll every eye she had on her gigantic body.

'I will figure out a way... Apollo will be mine!'

Similar such situations were happening across the rest of the pris. 'By Apollo! Even pri one and two had split up!' Fianna thought, her shock becoming evident in her eyes. She was currently at a severe disadvantage against her challengers. She was probably in the safest place in the universe right now... So far away from anywhere with powerful figures... She needed to get back to her front. Now!

Dropping Apollo after one final lick for good luck, Fianna then in a process that took less then two seconds transford back into her fifteen ter tall body and jumped directly into space towards a ship.

As I looked up, I wanted to be amazed by the genetic beauty I had just witnessed, turning forms so quickly, but I had a deep feeling within my chest. I felt like I had just unleashed a dangerous force into the unsuspecting universe.

"h." I vocalised before I went down below the surface. Most of my stuff was on Apollo-minor, so I only needed a few things. I felt a deep sense of sadness having to leave my bed bug again, but it would only make the reunion that much better again in the future.

After gathering everything I needed, I had a couple of drones and warriors take them to the teleport as I went to spend one day alone with my Jewel before I left her again. Jewel did actually seem to be in a good mood after telling her about my willingness to use my far sight again. So she was a lot more touchy with her tentacles today.

At one point, we were in silence together as she held close to her thorax and a thought ca to that I felt the need to ask. "You do understand the reason why I am leaving again, right my love?"

Jewel moved slightly so I could see her face plate, a gesture to show she was 'looking' at . "Of course, my everything. You wish to learn how others view Psionics after all. And on top of that, you being outside of my coddling clearly had an affect on your growth. You have gained so much strength in such a short amount of ti. I am beyond proud of my mate."

Jewel's words critically struck and a sensation of pride swelled up within . It was true upon reflection. In close to seven months, I had beco incredibly strong for my species. But I also knew that strength needed refining.

Jewel, as amazing as she was, was not the best Psionics teacher. She devoured to gain her knowledge, that can't truly be passed down. The only psionic techniques she was able to teach were Psionic bullets and how to get a better grasp of my telekinetic and telepathic abilities.

So even if Spartari psionic wielders were less powerful than Jewel, their teachings were designed towards humans after all. And although my body technically wasn't human anymore, only in aesthetics, my mind still was, so it could perhaps learn a thing or two at the college.

'Hmm. Now that I think about it... The Coalition has a great number of Psionic wielders. One even managed to smite after all... Perhaps I should check out their stomping grounds as well? As I am still in my exploration phase. Conquering with Jewel is still way down the line after all.'

Jewel sat there in her throne room as her mate thought away to himself about a bunch of different things. This was perhaps what she would miss most of all once again. Just the sheer randomness of his mind.

As a creature of cold logic, for the most part, it still fascinated her to this day how her mate could just go on full tangents inside of his own mind about the most random of things. Jewel knew she was going to miss this again. As her world felt eerily quiet without her mate's presence.

Still, Jewel was investing in her future with Apollo after all. Allow him to grow and explore for a few decades. Him coming back and forth from the hive whenever he needed to be inside of her again.

Once he is strong enough and has eased that itch spacefaring prey seem to have and that he has inherited from his sub species, they can spend all of eternity together mating and growing stronger till this entire universe is just her and her mate.

Then... Thanks to Apollo's theory he told Nukumi. She will set her sights on escaping this universe. Bringing her Love for Apollo to all those she will devour as the cycle will continue on infinitely in his na.
