He sat down boldly and then asked.

"To use an analogy, it’s like the difference between a coachman, a rider, a motorcyclist, a car driver, and a truck driver."

Wolva thought for a mont and replied.

"Got it, the essence is similar, just the tools and forms of expression are different."

"Exactly. You’re much smarter than you appear, delivery guy."

Wolva glanced at him approvingly.

"If we must say, witches and magicians lean more towards bloodlines, while witches, wizards, and mages lean more towards acquired study, and witch doctors are a separate system altogether."

She further explained.

"Understood."

Liu Zheng nodded.

"You really put on quite a show for us last ti, delivery guy."

Wolva suddenly said.

"I don’t quite understand what you an, ma’am."

He showed a puzzled expression.

"Stop pretending, apart from you guys at the Bloody Restaurant, who else would go head-to-head with that colorful chicken?"

Wolva pointed at him and said.

"Colorful chicken?"

Liu Zheng recalled the giant form behind Peacock.

"Hmm, quite a vivid taphor."

He comnted.

"You paid such a huge price for a Dragon Skin Cloak, do you regret it?"

Wolva said with a hint of schadenfreude.

"Not quite regret, but it does hurt. So many good things, I could have bought a live dragon."

He sighed.

"Hahaha, you have no idea how hard I laughed back then."

Wolva let out a deafening laugh.

"I know now."

Liu Zheng dug at his ears, speaking expressionlessly.

"Speaking of which, where did you get this thing?"

Wolva took out the cursed Universal Key and said.

"From the chairman of a company."

He told her about the bombing of Red Forest Culture.

"I see."

Wolva’s fingers unconsciously drumd on the table, and the bones on the Iron Magic Wand mimicked her actions.

"Alright, hand over the chairman’s blood relatives to , and I’ll sign for the delivery."

She offered a condition.

"No. I promised the chairman to protect their family."

Liu Zheng said half-truthfully.

"You can hardly protect yourself now, how do you plan to protect others? Even if you escape with the delivery slip, if I don’t sign for the delivery, you’ll still be executed by the Bloody Restaurant."

Wolva’s tone carried a hint of mockery.

"Not necessarily. Even City Hall doesn’t set absolute death rules; a death sentence can be commuted to a suspended sentence."

He said confidently.

"You’ll still pay a hefty price; is it worth it for a promise to the dead?"

"A promise is a promise, whether to the living or the dead, or even sothing that’s not human. In tropolis, appearances can change, gender can change, even race can change, but my promise won’t."

Liu Zheng said calmly.

"The premise of keeping a promise is the ability to fulfill it. Do you have that ability?"

Wolva’s face wore a peculiar smile again.

"I think I do, what about you?"

He took out a Laughing Gas Bomb and revealed the doughnut mark on his tentacle, wearing a more bizarre smile than Wolva.

Feeling the terrifying power contained in the doughnut mark, Wolva’s smile gradually faded.

"For a re delivery guy, you do have quite the treasures."

She said sternly.

"Or else, how would I have dared to bid against Peacock and even win?"

Liu Zheng crossed his legs and said leisurely.

"I’m starting to regret inviting you in."

"The strong always like to toy with the weak, using dangerous maneuvers to show off their prowess. You’re not the first to do so, nor will you be the last."

He said calmly.

"However, if you hadn’t invited in, you wouldn’t have known the origin of the cursed Universal Key, and this item would always remain just a collection piece."

He added before Wolva could get angry.

"True enough."

Wolva’s expression softened slightly.

"Alright then, provide with a regular supply of its blood relatives’ blood, until I lift the curse on the Universal Key."

She put forth a new condition.

"No, the tiline is too long, I need an exact number."

Liu Zheng shook his head.

Who knows when this woman can lift the curse on the Universal Key; if it takes a decade or so, he doesn’t have the ti to hang on.

"At least 5 liters."

Wolva said.

"5 liters? Are you going to bathe in it?"

Liu Zheng retorted.

The total blood volu of a normal-weight adult is about 5 liters, and losing more than 1 liter can cause shock.

Although humans in tropolis are much stronger than those in reality, 5 liters of blood is still an exaggeration.

"3 liters. If it’s less than that, don’t even bother discussing."

Wolva finally backed down a bit.

"But its family is not with now. If I can’t find them by then, you can switch to other reasonable requests."

Liu Zheng added a caveat.

"Deal. Now let’s sign the contract."

"I brought it."

He took out paper and pen.

"We witches have other ways of signing contracts."

Wolva waved her hand, indicating they weren’t needed.

Then she pulled out a strand of hair and gently blew on it. The golden-brown curl floated into the air, elongating and sketching out characters, eventually forming a complete contract.

Wolva pricked her finger with a bone claw and signed her na in the lower left corner of the contract.

"Please."

She gestured with a nod.

Liu Zheng glanced at the Yaksha, who nodded silently.

So he also pricked his tentacle and signed his na in the lower right corner of the contract.

After signing, the hair and blood words rose continuously, disappearing through the roof.

"Where did they go?"

Liu Zheng asked.

"Contracts signed in Ethereal Alley are all sent to the Great Mage, where they are protected and regulated by him, which is both a right and a duty."

Wolva replied.

"I see."

"Hand it over."

Wolva tilted her chin upward.

"Okay."

He took out an Enal Pot from the Legendary Takeout Box and placed it on the table.

"It’s actually this?! Hmm, it seems this deal wasn’t too bad after all."

Wolva looked slightly surprised when she saw the large maggot inside.

"If the Great Witch likes it, next ti I get the opportunity, I’ll get you a whole corpse to raise for consumption."

Liu Zheng said enthusiastically.

"You’re saying you killed this Divine Demon?"

Wolva understood the underlying aning of his words.

"I just did so minor work."

Liu Zheng smiled.

"Seems I still underestimated you, no wonder you could call in a Heram Priest for support."

Wolva examined him with great interest.

"A Heram Priest is my friend, and it’s quite normal for friends to help each other. If the Great Witch is willing, I can be your friend too."

He said humbly.

"Fulfill your promise first, and then we’ll talk. But for now, according to the custom in my hotown, I need to give each of you a gift."

"Anything in this room, except for and what’s on , you can choose one."

Wolva said.

"Is the house itself an option?"

Liu Zheng joked.

"Sure, defeat , and both I and the house are yours."

Wolva said seriously.

"Forget it, I have agoraphobia, this house is too big, it scares ."

He retreated decisively.

After the joke, Liu Zheng seriously searched the room.

However, wherever his gaze landed, no item description popped up.

"This function never works in crucial monts. Is it based on your mood?"

He complained to the system in his heart.

Of course, the system would not respond to him.

Without item descriptions, Liu Zheng could only rely on intuition and luck.

He closed his eyes, allowing his senses to spread throughout the house.

Suddenly, his mind throbbed with a needle-like pain.

Liu Zheng opened his eyes, looking in the direction his senses had been stimulated.

There were three farming tools placed there: a hoe, a sickle, and a pitchfork.
