"Alright, alright, please hurry. I can’t even leave the hospital right now. Who knows what might happen if you’re late." Qin Mu nodded, concluding his call to the police. He appeared relaxed, completely fearless.
But Wang Dachui, standing beside him, was so frightened by the young man’s glare that his legs began to tremble.
He hadn’t expected Qin Mu to be so audacious—calling the police in such a public place, right in front of everyone! Especially when that young man was holding a knife. If this provoked the other party... there was no telling what he might do.

"Why is everyone looking at ?" Qin Mu glanced around the crowd and shrugged. "No need to thank . I’m just a concerned citizen. The police will be here soon."
With that, he simply pulled over a stool from nearby and sat down to wait patiently.
Nearby, Wang Dachui swallowed hard. Sohow, standing next to Qin Mu, he always felt a knot of fear in his stomach. There was an inexplicable sense of danger.
