Aurelia lifted her red lips in a faint smile, but none of those standing behind Jovana noticed it.
The others, having learned that Jovana was a daughter of the Shaw Family—a family with quite a reputation in Q City—quickly got close to her. Of course, they were also trying to curry favor with the man at her side.
Jovana was skilled in socializing and quickly turned the group into her best friends.
Now, seeing Jovana looking upset, the girls asked with concern, "Jovana, what's wrong? Do you know this person?"
Their gazes swept over Aurelia.
The dress Aurelia wore was a handcrafted gown sewn personally by Mr. Watson. It was worth a small fortune and impossible to find on the market—a dress that only those with real status and standing could get their hands on.
Though these girls' families were rich, they hadn't reached that level. They'd never even seen a dress made by Watson in person.
Seeing Aurelia's unbranded outfit, they naturally assud she was so nobody who had crashed the party.
"Yeah, I—I know her." Jovana nodded, but didn't say who she was.
With her scheming, of course she could tell they'd misunderstood Aurelia.
It was nightti, and the ship's lights were dim. Aurelia was wearing makeup, and looked very different from her pictures online. In fact, she looked even more stunning now, but who would expect her to show up at a party like this?
She'd never attended these kinds of parties before.
Jovana curled the corners of her mouth up in a subtle smirk.
Hmph, Aurelia, you've only got yourself to bla for being such an idiot. Such a classy party, but you used to think only people with ulterior motives would co. The last party you attended? Mom set you up on purpose.

That's right, Aurelia only got lucky the last couple of tis. Jovana letting her get away with it was an oversight.
When it ca to scheming, this woman was a fool, only fit to be played with in the palm of her hand.
"Who is she?" one of the curious girls asked.
"I don't want to talk about her." Jovana turned away, only to see Leo Campbell staring straight at Aurelia, and imdiately felt a sense of crisis.
This little tramp Aurelia is playing seductress again.
She'd finally gotten close to Leo, and she absolutely couldn't let Aurelia ruin her chances.
If she could land a marriage with the Campbell Family, her status would leave Aurelia in the dust—there's no way she'd pass up this opportunity to trample Aurelia underfoot.
"Let's check things out over there," Jovana said, hugging Leo Campbell's arm intimately, shooting Aurelia a provocative look as she pulled Leo away.
Leo Campbell glanced down and smiled at her. "Sure."
He didn't exactly like this woman, but he didn't dislike her either.
After all, this was a marriage alliance—as long as they didn't loathe each other, that was enough. As for true love, for people born into families like theirs, it simply didn't exist.
