Clentine finally stopped hesitating, and although I could tell she was still not that confident, she decided to trust .

And so, she grabbed my body and, without hesitation, tossed through the spatial crack. My body shivered at the sudden change of temperature. It was almost like my blood began to boil as my skin cracked, revealing so of my veins that began floating amidst the space.

Yet despite the cruel sight, I didn’t feel much pain. After all, with Atomic Stabilization, I had significantly reduced it by making my body sturdier. So even as my veins escaped my body and the space twisted them, they were left completely unhard.

Thankfully, I didn’t have that debuff from earlier, so I could actually use my energy however I wanted.

Just then, I felt another shiver run down my spine, and once I glanced back, I realized that the spatial crack that I had just been tossed through had closed. Not to ntion, the amount of energy in this spatial crack intensified as the white eye from before glared at even more fiercely.

I didn’t panic at all. Instead, I simply covered my body in Telekinesis and floated over to the eye. Even though it looked so large from below, it was actually only the size of a basketball.

When I arrived in front of the eye, I towered over it with a cold look. Covering my whole body in Telekinesis, I made sure I could breathe and, more importantly, speak.

"As a Divine Beast, shouldn’t you be a little less involved with the humans?"

The eye paused for a mont. Soon enough, a deep yet shrill voice resounded inside my mind.

[You seem to know about us. I can also sense that brat’s presence on you...]

"Rachel? Or is it Elise?"

I tilted my head slightly.

"For your information, I freed Rachel. She’s now looking for Elise, and she’s going to free her as well. As for you though... You’re not exactly sealed, are you?"

Ever since the first ti I felt that familiar energy, I knew that sothing was up.

For one, there was a faction that needed the Eldritch monsters to revive the Gods. After all, the seals placed on the Eldritch monsters had a fragnt of the Gods’ bones in them.

Not to ntion, if soone were to get their hands on a fully unsealed Eldritch monster that would cooperate, then the things they could do were limitless.

Strengthening themselves, partially reviving the gods, extracting the Gods’ bones, and recreating gods on a molecular level. I knew there were Gifts like that which could multiply or copy sothing.

People like that were expendable, as most of the ti they had limits. But so long as they got one person who could surpass their limits, I can’t even imagine what’ll happen.

And of course...

[...]

[The shackles weighing down were botherso, so I removed them.]

[Humanity shunned , and they were the reason why I was sealed away. The rest of my kin too. For that, they will pay dearly.]

Faint dark energy began crackling around the eye.

[Starting with you, Amon Everness.]

In the next instant, an extrely fast beam of light shot out from the eye. Before I could even react, the beam pierced straight through my chest, just narrowly missing my heart as I managed to move away because of my Control Field.

Yet once I got my footing and regenerated, I spotted the eye once again crackling, and what followed was a burst of dark lasers, each one aid to kill . They were way too fast for to handle, and even when I used Black Lightning to teleport all around and avoid them, the lasers almost seed as though they were predicting my position.

The exchange against this being reminded of the fight against Alexius. For one, both of them were overwhelmingly powerful, and for the second... they had so degree of foresight that allowed them to always co out on top.

And if that was the case, I knew exactly what to do.

When it ca to prediction, divination, and straight up future sight, it all ca down to one thing. That was reading the flow of energy. After all, everyone unconsciously imbues their intent into their energy, and those Gifts and abilities focus on reading that intent.

Countering it was just that easy. Be aware of your intent and alter it slightly. I would normally struggle with this, but considering I had already learned Sword Intent, and the basis for Energy Intent was basically the sa, I was set.

Of course, because I could use Imagination, the limit of my Energy Intent was... well, non-existent.

So with that in mind, I reappeared with my Black Lightning, narrowly avoiding my throat from being slit by a laser. Then, I kicked off the open space, causing a slight reverberation to resound from my motion.

The eye reacted quickly and sent out a volley of dark lasers, each one aid for every position where I’d be. Looking at it from this angle, I was dead.

But just then, I focused on my energy and began directly influencing the intent. Instead of my intent being direct movent, I imagined my energy traveling to another point in space. The intent ca off clearly, and as expected, the eye followed that intent, redirecting every single dark laser that had been heading for and crashing them down on a place where I wasn’t even located.

And by the ti the eye realized what I had done, I had already arrived in front of it, drawn my katana, and then infused it with both Atomic Destabilization, Atomic Energy Suppression, weight manipulation, and even 80% of my Black Lightning energy that I directed straight into my katana.

The cracks that had ford from my battle against Alexius began to shine brightly. Black and white lights escaped, and for so reason, there was even a tinge of dark purple, much like the energy that Alexius had used.

Except now, this energy was completely mine.

It wasn’t borrowed.

And so, as I narrowed my eyes at the eye, I finally swung down my katana with full force, causing the surrounding space to crackle and expand.
