Her words took them by surprise. They swapped gazes, eyes wide with a similar question, ’what is she up to now?’
"You want to command to sit!" Elias exclaid.
Sienna nodded. She could already see it happening, in her mind. As soon as he stood up and sat back down, she would be able to use his ntal strength. "I will even reward you," she blurted.
She lowered her hand beneath the table and asked the system to send a toy from the welco package. It sent her a squeaky starship plush that emitted holographic fireworks when squeezed.
Sienna closed her eyes for a second, wondering how long it would take for Elias to snap her neck. None the less, she was determined to leech off his strength. At the end of the day, the old Sienna had not deliberately set out to seduce Elias.
She had found sowhere private to practice her dancing and ended up being locked in a room that a janitor told her was free for everyone to use. Who would have known that the fox lord had an interview in the hotel and he was using that sa room temporarily.
It just so happened that he was in heat. He sprung on Sienna and promised to marry her or fulfill a promise if she helped him ease the urge.
Naturally, the original owner was tempted. Elias was the strongest beast man in the city, the Lord of all foxes on the continent. She was a poor non beast man looking for an opportunity to better her life.
The sex was supposed to be a win-win arrangent. She slept with him in return for so business opportunities. That day was the beginning of her rise in the entertainnt industry. Who would have known that she would end up pregnant?
When she sent word to Elias, he assud imdiately that everything had been her plot. He married her for the children but hated her. In turn, she hated and blad the children.
Sienna looked at the two children, a boy and girl, no older than five. They were so cute, how the original could have failed to love the adorable pups was a mystery.
"Hi babies." she whispered enthusiastically, waving the squeaky starship.
The boy sneered, the girl hid in her grandmother’s arms.
Sienna smiled at her in-laws, but they looked at her coldly. Elias’ siblings were just the sa. She sighed and went back to her task. "What do you say Eli? Sit and get a reward and progress in your divorce mission. If you say no, I will rip up the divorce decree right now."
"You must be out of your mind if you think you can command ." Elias growled at her. "Liman, remove her from the table and roll her back to her chambers."
The female tiger beast woman she had t earlier moved swiftly, her face expressionless. In a mont, Sienna found herself hoisted from her chair. Her protests rang out, furious and unrelenting. "Put down, right now. If he is your Lord, I am your Lady. I command you to put down."
The plush fell out of her hands.
Liman marched away from the dining area with ease, as if the three hundred pound Sienna weighed no more than a pebble. When she put her down, two guards ca to offer assistance. They wrapped Sienna in a heavy fur rug, muffling her cries as they rolled her up like a precious--yet troubleso artifact. Then she was rolled out, back to the isolated wing reserved for her.
At the bottom of the automatic steps, the rug was unfurled, and Sienna tried to make her way back to to dining area. She pushed against the guards. "You can’t do this to ."
But they barred her path, their orders clear. With firm hands, they forced her onto the steps and escorted her back to her chamber, shutting the door behind her.
Then a wail rung out behind her. She turned around and saw the beast man that she had been accused of harassing. He was holding a feather duster and he held it up like a weapon. "I will fight back," he said between sobs.
"Relax kid," Sienna held her hands up. "I am not going to do anything to you. I did not even know that touching ears was considered bad. Besides, you are a baby and I am not interested in you in any way. Also, I don’t know the color of prison jumpsuits in this place but I am sure they would not look good on ."
Kroton blinked.
"I am sorry for what happened before." Sienna said with a sigh. "I just wanted to feel the softness of your ears because they are cute."
Kroton lowered the feather duster slowly, blinking slowly. "You...you are apologizing to ?"
Sienna nodded. "And I should fire whoever sent you back in here. If everyone thinks that I am a bad person that really harassed you, they had bad intentions by sending you back to ."
Kroton pouted and stomped his foot. A small bleat ca from his mouth. "It is Marnie, that bad woman."
Just as he finished saying this, the doors slid open and a small crowd rushed into the room. A maid with thick red hair and black fox ears shouted, "Look, she got her hands on Kroton again. I heard him crying."
Elias and the entire Veythar family marched in.
Her husband looked ready to start a war. "That’s it...." he started in an angry voice.
Sienna started laughing.
"What is so funny?" The red headed maid asked. Then she pointed to Kroton who was being protected by a woman that seed to be his mother. "I heard Kroton crying. Lord Elias, this woman was at it again. She has no sha at all, how could she have an affair...."
"Pah!"
Suddenly a slap rung out, cutting off the maid. All this while, Sienna had been approaching the maid but nobody knew what she intended to do. They gasped.
"You must be Marnie, the scheming woman that sent Kroton back in here even though everyone wrongfully assud that I harassed him during the day." Sienna wound her hand, like she had one more slap in the bag.
She laughed and lowered her head, deliberately using her height as an advantage over the shorter Marnie. "If you want to be Mrs. Veythar, try winning his heart directly instead of wasting your ti on and setting up poor Kroton." Then, she poked Marnie’s forehead with her finger and said slowly. "You. Are. Fired."
