David Dalton stared at the door, feeling both shocked and saddened.

He turned his gaze upon hearing, seeing Trevor’s doctor approaching, he quickly regained focus, "Doctor, can we go ho tonight? We’ll co back tomorrow for the IV drip."
"Actually, you can, but make sure not to touch the wound, and it definitely shouldn’t co into contact with water."
"Alright, thank you."
At night, silence enveloped the Lamborghini heading to Erald Cove.
Justin Kingston kept both hands on the steering wheel, looking ahead. His expression wasn’t exactly gentle, but at least wasn’t agitated.
Mia Lane glanced at him several tis to observe his expression, deciphering her inner thoughts.
Thinking about his initiative to deliver chicken soup and his ticulous care for everyone, Mia’s anger subsided a bit.
"Where is John Jennings?" She asked the question again, "Was he caught?"
"All of them were caught," Justin told her, "We got them all in one swoop; there probably won’t be any more danger in the future."
Mia felt deeply touched, "Thank you."
"Don’t you think these three words feel unfamiliar?" He said softly, "Do we really need to say thank you between us?"
"..." Mia felt he was sensitive, not knowing what to say for a mont.
Then silence fell again throughout the journey.
He drove seriously, while she turned to look at the scenery outside the window, neither knowing what the other was thinking.
Until the Lamborghini drove back to Erald Cove.
Seeing the headlights go off, the car door open, Mr. Kingston and his wife return, Aunt Zhou felt especially happy.
"Good evening, Mr. Kingston, good evening, Ma’am." Aunt Zhou greeted respectfully at the door.
Mia walked a bit quickly.
Justin stepped forward, took her hand, and led her upstairs.
On the staircase, she turned to look at him, seeing his brows slightly furrowed, his handso face carrying a suppressed concern, until he led her into the master bedroom.
He closed the door and released her hand, Justin held her shoulders, "I’m sorry."
He sincerely apologized, "About Ethan Dalton’s identity, I didn’t an to keep you in the dark, just didn’t want you to feel sympathetic under those circumstances."
Mia t his gaze, her lips moved, but she didn’t say anything.
"I was wrong, honey." Justin was determined to be shaless, desperate to survive, "Please forgive , I promise not to lie again in the future!"
"Honey, forgive , will you?"
"I was just worried that since you longed for a complete family as a child, you wouldn’t want to see that child lose his mother, and then you’d let Joan Graham go. I was just afraid you’d be soft-hearted, after all, you’re so kind."
Mia lowered her eyes, she nodded while holding her fingers, "Let’s move on from this, I’m not mad, and you don’t need to apologize anymore."
She said, "But in the future, for such big matters, you really can’t keep them from , do you know how sad I was for my dad?"
"I know, I’m wrong, there won’t be a next ti..."
Seeing his sincere manner, Mia softened, reaching out to pinch his cheek, "Alright, enough! Stop being jealous of Trevor, can’t you feel how much I love you?"
"Of course I can feel it." Justin also let out a sigh of relief, a smile appeared on his lips, pulling her into his embrace, "I just don’t want him thinking about you."
The couple embraced each other, reconciling all differences.
anwhile, Trevor followed David Garcia ho, sitting in the passenger seat as David drove.
"President Dalton." Trevor thought for a long ti, turned to ask, "When CEO Kingston entered the ward, what did you want to say to President Lane and ?"
That conversation was clearly interrupted.
Reflecting now, he was a bit curious about the content.
