lissa noticed that Finn Morgan’s expression had significantly softened, as if a burden had been lifted from his heart in an instant.
Her understanding smile rippled across her lips, "I’m going back to Veridia tomorrow, so tonight we must say a proper goodbye. So accompany and enjoy the al, don’t sulk, and don’t think about her, okay?"
Her ability to comprehend made Finn feel relieved, and he picked up the decanter to pour wine into the goblet.
lissa’s smile grew brighter; she was extrely happy.
And this scene of him proactively pouring wine and handing the glass to her was captured clearly. Such high attractiveness, such high resolution, the candid shot was so perfect it was comparable to an artistic film.
"By the way, I have sothing to tell you." lissa took a sip of wine and spoke with interest, "Your little assistant, Barbara Sutton, contacted ."
Finn was slightly surprised.
lissa’s lips curved lightly, "She said you ntioned , said I was your fiancée, young and beautiful, and that you like very much."
"..." Finn was embarrassed.
"I don’t believe it." lissa took a graceful sip of red wine to ease the awkwardness, "She also said Hailey Hale actively stuck to you, and everyone in the company knows."
Sure enough, Finn’s handso face shed its softness and turned sowhat cold.
"She said you were very passive, because Hailey Hale is the mayor’s daughter, you don’t dare offend her, just let her cling to you, commuting together, and over ti developed feelings."
Before Finn could speak, she continued, "I went back and carefully thought over these words, brainwashing fools maybe, in any case, I don’t believe them."

Finn also picked up his glass, and they gently clinked. This simple warm ambiance was also captured, the main part being lissa’s consistent smile, evidently portraying her as a happy little woman.
lissa shared this with Finn so he would be aware.
And to smoothly handle a romantic rival.
While Finn pondered, lissa took the opportunity to ’accidentally’ spill the goblet of red wine, splashing on both her hands. She quickly stood and stepped back, avoiding staining her dress.
Seeing this, Finn paused slightly.
"Napkin, quickly get a napkin." Her voice was sweet and gentle; she frowned, standing as though frozen.
Finn took the handkerchief from the table and reached across to help her wipe...and this scene was captured again. Due to the ample ti, this set of photos was quite nurous, each one a classic.
lissa’s understanding nature tonight and her sensible words made Finn relax his guard towards her.
At this mont, the waiter also ca over to help clean up the table promptly.
"I’m sorry." lissa felt very apologetic as she sat back in the chair and picked up the knife and fork again.
Finn placed the cut steak before her, "lissa, thank you."
She paused slightly, raised her eyes to see gentleness in his eyes, though she wore a smile on her lips, her heart wasn’t joyful at all.
This wasn’t love, it was Finn’s ease upon liberation.
The scene of giving steak was captured too...the plot unfolded beyond lissa’s plan, and she had a fruitful evening.
After dinner, Finn didn’t stay long, "I must leave now, it’s getting late, you should rest early."
"Where are you staying?" lissa blurted out.
Finn paused slightly, eting her gaze, without detailing, "Got another place, anyway, marrying and having kids later on, my apartnt would be a bit too small."
Preparing for the future? The girl was utterly shattered!
He wasn’t even dating, he was considering marriage?!
