When the sound of the water in the bathroom stopped, Hailey was startled and glanced towards the door, snapping back to reality.
Finn Morgan quickly erged from the bathroom and, seeing Hailey still standing in the sa spot, paused for a mont, "Not asleep yet?"
eting his gaze, Hailey felt a bit awkward and quickly changed the topic, "Did you call the hospital? How is lissa doing? After all, she fainted at our house."
The words ’our house’ sounded comforting, bringing a smile to Finn Morgan’s lips.
While toweling his hair, he walked towards her, "I called the doctor. She’s awake and wants to visit her."
"When do you plan to go?" Hailey asked.
Finn Morgan replied honestly, "Let’s get through with the wedding proceedings first; after the visit, I’ll go. Tomorrow, I might not have ti."
"Oh."
Hailey didn’t pressure him; after all, it was his decision to make.
Once Finn Morgan finished drying his hair, he approached her, "It’s late, should we head to bed?" he asked with a hint of anticipation in his tone.
"I..." Hailey felt a bit pressured, feeling everything was progressing too quickly.
They hadn’t even kissed many tis, and they were already married, needing to fulfill marital duties.

Hailey had accompanied him in toasting the guests, and although she only sipped a little red wine each ti, it added up, leaving her slightly tipsy.

"Is tomorrow the day to wrap things up?" She referred to Dennis Hale, appearing to touch on the evening’s most serious topic.
"Yes." Justin Kingston nodded, "It can’t be delayed any longer; it’s aningless."
After a while, Mia Lane asked him, "The mayor’s arrest should cause a big stir, right? Lydia Ingram has already made headlines."
"No assumptions can be made, so things can’t be hidden. His case might be publicly tried," Justin Kingston said, taking a sip of beer groundedly.
"This is the longest reprieve I can give him." Justin Kingston took a sip of beer, "I can’t wait for Hailey and Finn Morgan to get settled, nor can I wait for Hailey to get pregnant and have children. I can’t be rciful anymore; he’s done too many bad things, and I can’t forgive him on behalf of the victims."
"I support you on this." Mia Lane softly fluttered her lashes, "Hailey will have to leave it to ti; she’ll mature overnight, and be forced to bear it all."
"Luckily, she has Finn Morgan, who can provide her so comfort."
Mia Lane asked again, "Do you plan to inform Finn Morgan beforehand? To let him be ntally prepared."
"I’ll make a call to tell him, probably tomorrow morning," Justin Kingston stated.
The moon set and the sun rose, a new day quickly arrived, with the first light of dawn appearing on the horizon.
