At five in the afternoon, David Garcia knocked on their office door.
It was almost ti to leave work, and out of courtesy, he ca over to say hello.
Upon hearing the knock, everyone in the office looked up, putting down their design pens, watching the middle-aged man step inside, "Hello, President Dalton!"
The five designers spoke in unison.
"President Dalton." Mia Lane’s expression was gentle as she courteously stood up.
"Was the cake good?" David Garcia asked with kindness, walking straight to her desk, "If you like it, I’ll have Trevor buy it every day."
"No need to trouble yourself!" Mia Lane quickly declined. She was touched but didn’t want to burden him.
David Garcia was suddenly anxious, "Was it not good? If it’s not good, we can try another place." He had personally compared countless options.
He finally chose this place because the cake’s taste was extrely similar to the one from his childhood.
David Garcia has always wanted to make up for sothing, starting from when she was young, from a piece of cake.
"No, no." Mia Lane hurriedly explained with a smile, "The cake is quite delicious, but we don’t want to trouble Trevor, and even less do we want to trouble you."

Starting tomorrow, David Garcia will stay late at the company, even though he never used to work overti, he wants to find ways to spend more ti with his daughter.

His figure had just disappeared around the stairway corner when his daughter’s Maserati entered the yard, parking right next to his car.
Joan Graham saw Sean Dalton co down from the car with her handbag, taking off her sunglasses and walking towards them.
She couldn’t help but worry for her daughter.
