Every strike was filled with a wondrous charm, leaving no trace. Strangely, however, the sword technique had no effect on Gongsun Zhan. Every one of Lin Kuang’s strikes was blocked, almost as if Gongsun Zhan knew exactly where each would land. The sight was utterly terrifying. Lin Kuang’s expression turned grim; he knew Gongsun Zhan was strong, but he had never expected his Antelope Hanging Horn Sword Technique to be completely useless against him.
"Don’t waste your ti. I’ve practiced that swordsmanship too. It’s useless against ," Gongsun Zhan said, speaking more than he usually did. The next mont, he began his counterattack, using the very sa Antelope Hanging Horn Sword Technique, but his execution was far more profound than Lin Kuang’s.

"Disappointed? Then let’s fight!" Lin Kuang bellowed, unable to contain himself. His technique suddenly changed as he unleashed the Chaotic Tai Chi Sword. This was the most powerful swordsmanship Lin Kuang had created himself, and it was his ace in the hole.

Watching Lin Kuang beco completely engrossed in the Chaotic Tai Chi Sword, Gongsun Zhan’s eyes suddenly lit up. "An epiphany! He actually entered a state of epiphany in the middle of a battle!" he said in surprise, his gaze filled with shock. Even he had never experienced such a state during combat, having only miraculously entered it once or twice while training.

If Gongsun Zhan had interrupted his epiphany, the hard-earned insight would have been wasted. Since Gongsun Zhan hadn’t done so, Lin Kuang naturally had to thank him.
"No need to thank . I wasn’t helping you. You were of no interest to when you were too weak. Only now have you piqued my interest sowhat." Gongsun Zhan’s eyes flashed, his tone carrying a hint of excitent and a strong will to fight.
"Good. Then I won’t disappoint you," Lin Kuang nodded. "The real battle is just beginning!"
"I certainly hope so," Gongsun Zhan said with so anticipation. "Show all of your strength. As you are now, you are no match for ."
Hearing this, Lin Kuang nodded again. "Alright, as you wish!" With that, he no longer concealed his strength. The sixth of the Eight Gates Escape Technique, the Scenic Gate, burst open.
The mont the Scenic Gate opened, Lin Kuang’s already formidable strength surged once more as a terrifying power poured from him. Feeling the rich True Qi and imnse power surging within his body, Lin Kuang was filled with confidence. He was certain he would defeat Gongsun Zhan!
Gongsun Zhan naturally felt the formidable power surging from Lin Kuang as well. The fighting spirit in his gaze soared, and his eyes shone even brighter. This was the kind of opponent he liked; the previous Lin Kuang had been too weak to hold his interest. But now, things were different. Lin Kuang had achieved a breakthrough, and this new level of strength both satisfied and intrigued Gongsun Zhan greatly.
"Only now are you barely considered a worthy opponent. It seems my trip to Hangcheng wasn’t a waste after all," Gongsun Zhan said, his eyes burning with fervor.
"Is that so?" Lin Kuang laughed. "I’ve just had a breakthrough myself. I’m also very interested in facing an evenly matched opponent like you. I think this will be an exhilarating fight!"
