(I thought I would start as so sort of newbie bad guy like the ones in the story who are consider an newbie level boss and bastard that players don't like.)

Like the bosses that acts like total assholes in the start, but then gets beaten up like little pusses by the players later on and it feels satisfying to beat them and all.

(I thought I would end like that, but nope?!)

(I think I made more enemies than I though.)

(Huh…. Honestly all of those people are assuming I'm doing this for so sort of quest or sothing, but honestly I would though so too.)

(Still, even though I'm not doing any quest, I'm still getting a lot of titles.)

(Well, most of them are E ranks, but still not that bad since I got a lot of them.)

(It seems that the E rank titles are the weakest titles and easiest to get, but they provide very weak effect.)

(As for the D rank titles, you need to put so work in order to get them.)

(However, I noticed that the F rank titles often have [Tiers], giving them ability to grow.)

(It can make them better than D rank titles, but it would take a lot of ti and efforts.)

(But is there like an upper limit to the tier titles? Like 10 or 100? Or what about the requirent? Would they got slightly increased each ti you grow them? Or maybe both answers.)

By the look of things, the city itself seems to be in state of total ss.

NPCs are leaving and many rchants stopped doing business.

Not only that, I heard all the quests were taken down and only the support quest related to the city survival are only ones available.

The players have hard ti growing their strength, since if they stay in the city, they will get infected by the other players or NPCs.

The players can easily survive using potions, heals or just eating food.

But because of the lack of the NPCs related to the business, hunting for the players beca much harder and the leveling up speed beca much slower.

This kind of fullend the people hatred towards even more.

Anyway, overall.

The city is still standing.

But its state is extrely serious.

Many NPCs are dying and people are keep getting infected.

The barracks capitan who temporarily took control over the city though that the infection would be over as long as they dealt with the rats.

However, since I destroyed the hospital and created two new sources of the infection, people are now having shitty ti.

Honestly speaking, the city is quiet "Dead" state.

But I don't want it to be in the "Dead" state. I want it "Perma Dead" state. Like completely destroyed and bye bye with it to the point it cannot be called the city.

….

Wait, what would happened if I destroy it? Would it stop being starting location or sothing…... Well, I will find out when I do that.

But for now, there is an important question:

How do I do that?

I'm already using the plague and I don't have any ans of making it stronger.

Not only that, it's no longer possible to restock my sewer rat material since people straight up annihilated those rats after I pointed them as the real culprits behind the plague.

So, what do I do?

Should I just wait it out and let them fall to ruins after tis passes?

Yea. I think this is the only choice.

My hands are tied.

If I go back in, I will get instantly hunted down.

But if I got in the town without my disguise, then I will fuking expose myself and that is the worst possible outco.

Going around and killing people are out of options since they are on the high alert because of what I did last ti and the fact that they suspect being the culprit behind the plague.

So, yea… Be it mask or no mask, I'm still fucked…. Even with my current stats. The guards showed that challenging their numbers is straight up suicide. I may have gotten bit stronger, but it's not enough. They are wary of and my tricks. So right now, I would 100% lose head on fight.

The people are calling the "Doctor" since I introduced myself like that in the hospital.

Honestly, I said that on the whim since I was wearing the plague doctor mask and all…. But honestly, I think I like that title the people gave .

I an, I honestly see myself right now like one of those fucked up professors and doctors in mangas and ani that…. You know… Makes fuck up things.

And honestly, I did one of those fuck up things since I literally made a plague and spread it around intentionally.

I guess I'm one of those "Fucked up" villains' type.

(This resulted in the players having harder ti getting the stuff like potions or equipnt.)

(But fewer NPCs there are, the plague will spread much slower.)

(There are corpse out there, but if they just get rid of them, then the plague will gradually stop spreading so much.)

(Not only that, the plague from the corpse has a limited ti, aning if too much ti passes and, the plague inside the corpse will disappear. Probably so of the corpse are already no longer source of the plague.)

(There are fewer people in the city, since NPCs left and the players are trying to keep their distance from the city.)

(The coughing is very weak and only works if people are really close to each other and I an like very close.)

(It can only infect people if they directly cough at each other and cannot infect things like items or tools, only living breathing beings. However, if people keep their distance even a bit, they will not get infected and if we add the fact that there are not many people hanging around in the city or are trying not to interact with one another, the infection from coughing is pretty much useless!

(The infection rate will drop like hell at this rate if not is dropping already!)

(Both the corpse and the coughing are pretty much getting fucked and if people realize the fact that the corpse and the distance are the main issue and can be easily dealt with….)

(I though the city would suffer more, but I forgot the important fact that the infections I add to the plague were [Weak], aning that they sucked.)

(The only reason why it worked so well was because of how crowded the city was with players and NPCs.)

(THAT was the only reason why it even worked.)

(The two weak infections effects will be revealed to the people and people will realize that the plague isn't that scary as long as they keep their distance from each other and spread around.)

(They will realize that the plague is nothing to fear and once they do, they will no longer panic AND that will also make people be calr and not infect each other.)

(People would not get infected from coughing and if the corpse are removed or burned, then the plague infection will stop.)

(Once they find out about the [Weak] infection, then I'm screwed.)

(Honestly, since the plague only works for few minutes, once you figure out how it works, you will not get infected.)

(And if you stay safe and not get infected, then the other peoples won't get infected.)

(The chain effect will be completely destroyed once people realize how easily you can beat the plague once you stop panicking.)

(They realize that the plague isn't that scary and the only reason why it did any damage was because they were panicking.)

(Even if nobody realize that, the situation right now will show them.)

(They will just see themselves that the infection is stopping if you don't get infected and just wait the minutes for the plague to disappear.)

(They will easily see the results and find out and the plague will be completely eradicated in hours if not minutes.)

(Even if they don't notice, as long as they keep their distance from the city, the plague will disappear on its own.)

(Even if I were to spread the plague again, the people would now know the 3 weakness and just make it disappear within minutes.)
