[VRMMO] Chaos Doctor Chapter 59 – It WAS quiet

[Mountain Panther – Level 180]

The mountain panther charged at the Phantasia, but Phantasia quickly dodged the attack before then firing [Poison Shot(s)] at the beast, dealing a perfect counter attack, but not killing the beast.

The beast quickly recovered and rushed at Phantasia again, but then Phantasia left arm changed its shape.

The arm ended up becoming a sword before then stabbing the panther in the chest and then going upwards, cutting the lion head in two.

"…."

"Huh…."

The man arm changed shape again, changing back and forth between the blade and normal arm in almost instance.

(Good. It seems to be working properly.)

(I went for a simple form for the start, but I got to say, even though it's simple, its deadly.)

(Grab, change, stab. Instant death.)

(Enemy coming at you, change form, counter.)

(I let monsters attack and damage the blade as well as my modified arm in order to see if anything would be revealed and stuff.)

(I also tried fighting only using the blade as well as trying to do so combos.)

(This cyborg thing is broken like hell, even though I'm just using prototype arm.)

(Not only that, I can still use my magic without any problem with my modified arm…... That is quiet broken no matter how you look at this.)

(I want to go back and test out different modification I can do with my arm now that I seen and felt how its feels to use modified body part…. Nah., I need chira materials as well as materials from monsters for my cyborg research.)

(There is good chance that I'm not the only player here. I can hide my arm without much problem, but chiras? Yea they are quite easy to spot with their special appearance.)

Suddenly the mountain panther began rushing towards Phantasia and as soon as the monster was about to pounce at mad man, the giant red tail suddenly appeared out of nowhere and straight up slapped the monster across the face.

The monster stopped in its movent and saw the giant red cobra monster standing it is way.

However, it wasn't all.

Before the panther realized it was already surrounded by horned wolves from all directions.

"Huh. Next one already? Lucky." – said Phantasia while approaching the monster.

The monster was panicking after suddenly getting ambushed from all directions.

It tried to attack one of the wolfs nearby, but then it ended up getting attacked by behind by another wolf and then when it tried to counter attack the red cobra attacked.

No matter the action the monster took, it was always the one taking the damage.

The monster and panicking more and more, but then it stopped as Phantasia straight up grabbed its neck with its arm before then turning its hand into a blade, stabbing the monster at point blank range and finishing him off.

(The new wolves as well as the red cobra I had tad are pretty nice.)

(It was worth it looking around for it in order to ta and as for the horned wolves, they work well together in team.)

(But once they evolve, they will get turned into martials.)

(Well, they have to level up first to evolve and everything.)

I continue hunting the monsters on the mountains and collect their materials.

I also wanted to collect their bodies, but for now I need materials for the experints as well as to sell so of them for money. Its better if keep making a steady inco in between even if I have a lot of money to spare, since I never know what may happened.

As for leveling up, it was steady.

I wasn't using chiras just in case sobody saw , but the normal undeads and the tad monsters were alone.

I was also using the hunting grounds for my experints regarding the different type of modification I could do with my body.

I had also changed my right arm into a chanical part as well.

I also had experinted with the mountain panther claws. They were quite perfect.

My normal arms currently look like they are wearing gloves, but in reality, they are not.

Before I only turned half of my left arm into a robotic one, but this ti both of my arms are special weapons.

The form that people see; the claws are my arms base form. They are both my equipnt and part of my body. They provide a lot of defense and are quiet good weapons. They kind of helped cut off the mountain panther head without much problem.

I was planning on adding function like an ability to fire my hand while being attached to my body by a rope, but I have few problems with this.

However, I did added little surprise to both of my arms.

But, like chira and the plague have problems of their own, so does the [Cyborg].

I wasn't planning on becoming one, but by the look of things I have no choice by to beca an all rounder in terms of stats, aning put points equally in every single stat.

I thought I wouldn't need to beco one if I replace my body parts by replacing my body parts with machine, but I guess I was wrong.

The chanical body gets bit lighter since its part of my body, but its still weights, so by adding more modification or straight up chanizing my entire arm, the weigh increases accordingly. Its like heavy and light armors.

I get the weight reduction effect from my skill called [Cyborg Body Weight] passive, but it's based on skill level, so yea, right now its problematic.

There are also so other problems.

Like for example I need to learn how to properly turn the object into my limb. Since for example the chanical sword and the normal swords ARE different as well as the fact that the weapon is my body and everything. So, I need to find out what form of changes and adjustnt I would make to a blade or thing crossbow if I were to add one to my limb or had my entire limb be turned into

There is also the problem with mana.

Whenever I do the change form, I would need to consu so amount of MP and any bigger special actions for example firing would need consu even more mana or special made parts.

I'm also quite new to all this, so I don't know if I'm in deep hole or not right now, but either way right now is all about learning.

So far, I did made quite interesting things.

The arms of mine are currently an alpha version and not finished product, but they are indeed quite deadly.

As for the between the experints and hunting…. There was really nothing going on.

Nothing like an princes in the distress or anything like that.

"His workshop where is a place where many different blacksmiths from many different races hopes to study under him."

"So of the pupils he trained personally beca master craftsman and created their own companies in order to surpass their master."

"Not only that, this dwarf is one of the richest people in the whole city."

"This guy is an extrely big of a deal in and outside the city."

"Raging from rchants who wanted them to have an exclusive contractor with him or wanted straight up having them work only for them, to a greedy nobles who wanted to have his talent for himself."

"There are also a lot of people that would want him dead to either get rid of the most dangerous competition or take his riches."

"Being extrely successful like him has many benefits, but also downsides."

"However, that guy want to be free and everything, so he straight up said "No" to them all."

"He just wanted to do his work in his own way without getting distrusted."

"This guy has a lot of connections of his own and not only that, he also knows that many people would want him for their own gain or to just get rid off him."

"So, to deal with that problem and secure his disciples safety he straight up fortified his workshop with security and defenses."

"However yesterday, all of the defenses he had were destroyed, guards were killed alongside the workers that were in the workshop at the ti."

"As for the Evilin? He was gone. His special tools he was known for using when crafting were also missing."

"Not only that, because of how important of the figure Evilin was, it was straight up impossible to not let the news not to get find out as well as spread around the city like wild fire. Straight up the entire city knows about the fact that Evilin was kidnaped and is now missing."

"This will be… Extrely chaotic ti…. For crying out loud. Who could do sothing like this?!"

"Right now, people only know about his disappearance… But considering the bizarre of the situation and how it was done without anybody noticing straight up scares people."

"There is also the fact that nobody really knows if he alive or not and that makes the situation much worse."

(Based on the people reactions and how guards are looking for him nonstop, it makes sense to speculate that dwarf is probably the most important person in this entire city. Even way more important than the mayor or even the lord of this territory if the people are straight up reacting like this.)

(Even Mario, this cheerful and rchant mood got affected by it. Jezus.)

(This ti I didn't wanted any chaos happening since I wanted to calmly focus on my research and everything.)

(This is first ti I heard about that Evilin guy, but for his kidnapping to shake the entire city that much ans a lot to the people and the city itself.)
