Lu Jun contemplated the two laws—Life Sovereign and All Things Revive and gradually sensed the difference between them.
The forr pointed directly at the essence of life itself, while the latter leaned closer to the original definition of the Healing Elent.
His current Basic Healing Light possessed ten tis the healing capacity of an ordinary mage, with astonishing quality. The fact that even the spell effect itself changed was entirely due to Life Sovereign—that was the true source of this qualitative leap.
As for All Things Revive, it was proper and balanced. As a Super-tier Additional Effect, it was absolutely top-tier—far stronger than Mo Fan’s Earth Elent Rock Growth. But compared to a Calamity-Bearer Talent, it was still worlds apart—so far apart they couldn’t even be compared.
Even so, Lu Jun was more than satisfied. An auxiliary effect only needed to be useful. If every ti he cast healing magic there was a chance to trigger a "critical hit," and if he happened to roll buffs like Near-Death Revival or Five-Seconds Blood Lock, he would be simply invincible.
Who would’ve thought a healer could actually have a critical strike chanic? That was truly unheard of.
Soon after, Lu Jun set aside his research on All Things Revive and poured his focus into exploring Life Sovereign. After all, a Super- Tier Additional Effect was fixed the mont it awakened—it was extrely difficult for it to evolve further.
A Calamity-Bearer Talent, however, was different. It continued influencing the Healing Elent in all aspects—even Super-tier Additional Effects benefitted from its blessing.
According to his brief insight, from the mont he awakened the Healing Elent, a seed of life seed to have been planted within him. It continuously absorbed drifting life energy from the void, strengthening his body’s vitality with every passing mont.
Take Basic Healing Light for instance—its changes essentially originated from the overflowing life force inside his body.
The most shocking part was that Lu Jun noticed his lifespan increasing, slowly but steadily, as though it had no end. His physical vitality continued to soar, causing his healing powers to grow more monstrous by the day.
His physique at the Six Levels of Blood and Qi was already not far from regenerating severed limbs. But under the subtle transformation of Life Sovereign, he now felt himself walking toward an undying body—toward immortality.
"If this evolution continues... I’ll end up like the Sage Body from Naruto... No, even scarier than that."
The thought shook Lu Jun to his core. Eventually, his body would brim with a vast sea of life essence; his blood alone could beco a life elixir, and a single vial would instantly revive soone from the brink of death.
And this was rely the internal transformation brought by Life Sovereign. Its outward applications still required slow experintation.
At this point, his magic should no longer be called the Healing Elent—
It was a Life Elent! Completely transcendent beyond the magical frawork.
"When it reaches full mastery, won’t I be able to control other people’s life at will? No wonder Calamity-Bearers are hunted by the Magic Association. They really are monsters."
Lu Jun exhaled. He was only suppressing the overflow of the Life Elent with his Spiritual Realm willpower. Once his strength rose to the Interdiate, Advanced, or even Super-tier...
He too would eventually beco a walking natural disaster, just like the other Calamity-Bearers.
Besides, the Healing Elent had countless progression paths—aligned with elental magic, dinsional magic, dark magic, and more. The Parthenon Temple’s classification system was the most complete.
If he had to compare it, it was like the dical field—countless specialties: neurology, surgery, internal dicine, etc. The Parthenon Priestesses strengthened their healing abilities in different directions, each excelling in a particular specialty, like doctors in different departnts.
But Lu Jun didn’t need that. With Life Sovereign, he could walk the path of a true omnipotent healer. The Basic levels of Flesh, Bone, and Internal Organs already covered nurous specialized enhancents.
He then glanced at Lu i resting quietly on the bed. Her skin glowed slightly, her mature features weary yet still carrying lingering charm. He cast a Basic Healing Light upon her.
A mont later, she slowly regained her strength—then suddenly realized her exhaustion had completely vanished, her limbs renewed with vigor.
Even old, nearly imperceptible internal injuries were fully repaired. Her skin, nourished by pure life force, beca smoother and more radiant—she looked several years younger.
Lu i, wide-eyed, glared at Lu Jun, gritting her teeth. Experinting magic on her again...
Wait—why again?
Because back in high school, when he awakened Psychic and Curse magic, he also used her for testing new spells.
His spirit was vigorous now; after awakening the Life Elent, his body beca even better. Lu i no longer had to worry about him feeding three won in the future—she had to worry about not being tornted to death herself.
Through this exploration of "life," Lu Jun had gained a preliminary grasp of his Life Elent’s characteristics.
Due to living beings’ instinctive craving for the influx of life force, anyone receiving a large dose of Healing Light would montarily lose their senses—this trait could technically be used as a control ability.
But the scene would look awful—a battlefield filled with slaughter on one side and people groaning in bliss on the other. The imagery was... unsettling.
Lu Jun’s expression twisted. "Does this count as a toxic healer?"
Furthermore, the lifespan-extending effect wasn’t just for himself. Anyone who received long-term Healing Light from him would also slowly gain more years of life.
"The hope for immortality is right in front of ... and I can even take others along with ."
Lu Jun was overjoyed, his eyes full of anticipation. This was one of the reasons he awakened the Healing Elent at the Super-Tier instead of the Blessing Elent. Who didn’t yearn for longevity?
Reality was turning out even better than he had imagined.
As for the Blessing Elent, Lu Jun later asked his sister Lu i. She seed sowhat tempted, but she had already awakened a Super-tier magic of her own.
Lu Jun touched his chin thoughtfully. "What a pity. The Chaos Elent does suits you quite well."
"That’s right," Lu i nodded. "My first three elents—Wind, Earth, and Fire—give mobility, defense, and offense. I’m versatile and powerful, but still lacking a bit of unpredictability and flexibility."
"I originally wanted to make up for that with the Space Elent, but since that overlaps too much with the Wind Elent’s role, I awakened the Chaos Elent instead."
Hearing this, Lu Jun agreed. He then asked about Lu i’s cultivation level. With two billion in funds and the output from Manye Town’s territory, he was unbelievably wealthy. Whatever his sister needed, he could provide.
Unfortunately, Lu i didn’t need anything. For Fire, she had long obtained the supre Soul Seed Golden Blazing Heartfla in the Dunhuang Scorching Wasteland. For Earth, she had acquired the Domain Soul Seed Mountain-Shifting Earth during her training. Only the Wind Elent was still at the Advanced Level, equipped with nothing more than a Spirit Seed.
"The Wind Elent, huh? No rush. Sister, polish your cultivation first. Your strength skyrocketed too quickly with the Earth Core—you’re still a bit unstable. Once we return ho, I’ll find sothing good for you."
A thought flashed across Lu Jun’s mind—he rembered the Wind Elent Heaven Seed inside the Abyss. If Lu i could refine and absorb it, she wouldn’t just break through to the Super-tier in one stroke—she would gain a Heaven Seed and dominate the Wind Elent.
That would save 200 to 300 Million that would have been spent on a Star Ocean Vein opportunity, which he could instead invest into her newly awakened Chaos Elent.
