Just as Trevor was still teasing Miss Bella, they suddenly heard footsteps approaching her office.
"Get into the toilet imdiately," Miss Bella said almost at once as she stood up, trying to clean up as much as she could.
That was when it suddenly occurred to her just how much risk they had taken. Her windows were wide open. Anybody who had decided to sneak up on them could have caught them red-handed in the act. It was like Miss Bella had regained all her senses in a single mont.
anwhile, Trevor didn’t even question her. He imdiately slipped straight into the toilet.
Soon, Miss Silvia’s figure beca visible through the window. Almost instantly, Miss Bella let out a sigh of relief. It felt as though a burden she had been carrying for the past ten to twenty seconds had finally been lifted.
Normally, at such hours, it was n who ca around to visit her. She rarely, if ever, had female visitors. In fact, for so reason, it seed like all the female teachers in the school didn’t like her. It was almost as if she had committed so unforgivable cri against them.
But the n loved to visit her. They were always used to making sexual advances toward her, yet she always blatantly refused. Still, everyone respected her rejection because no one wanted to ss with her husband. What they didn’t actually know, however, was that her husband was almost certainly not going to do anything if he heard such news. Still, she had to use his position to gain respect and avoid unnecessary harassnt.
But today was different.
She had known Trevor for more than two years now, and unlike other n, sothing about him was different. He was not all about sex, although he couldn’t possibly be, since she was his teacher. But the way his face turned bright red anyti he approached her, the way he always stamred when he ca to help her carry her bags or even just greet her in the morning...
Still, at the ti, Miss Bella wasn’t really interested in Trevor. Of course, Trevor wasn’t particularly attractive back then. He wore worn-out clothes to school, looked dirty, and overall unkempt. That was the only reason she had gotten close to him in the first place, to help him.
Despite that, Trevor remained close to her heart. She found herself thinking about him more often than she should.
Then it happened.
A series of events that changed everything.
All of a sudden, Trevor stopped wearing ragged clothes. He slled nice. His uniform looked new and clean. His voice had grown deeper, more masculine. And most especially, he had beco... handso.
At first, it was excitent. Then slowly, that excitent turned into sothing deeper.
Love.
Her chest would tighten around him. His body now looked firm, like sothing she could rest against.
Despite everything, she tried her best to restrain herself from doing anything foolish.
But then Trevor caught her in her little secret.
Of course, that imdiately shattered her composure. She had made up her mind not to be delusional anymore. She had to start acting like the woman she was.
She tried to go out and speak to Trevor normally, almost convincing herself that everything was back to normal.
But then she caught him staring.
Sothing he had never done in the two years they had known each other.
Instead of anger, it stirred sothing hot inside her.
That night, she couldn’t stop thinking about that exact mont. And eventually... she gave in.
For the first ti in her life, she wanted sothing real instead of just satisfying herself alone.
Maybe that was a mistake.
Maybe she had gone too far.
She couldn’t tell.
The tension she had felt just seconds ago returned, ten tis stronger.
Miss Silvia wasn’t just passing by, as she had initially assud. She was actually heading straight into her office.
Soon, a knock sounded on the door.
Miss Bella felt a surge of curiosity. She couldn’t understand why Miss Silvia had co to visit. They weren’t enemies, but it was still strange. Miss Silvia had never once paid her a visit before. She was always busy with work.
Miss Bella walked to the door and calmly pulled it open.
"Wow, what a pleasant surprise."
She stood slightly in the doorway, as if trying to signal that she was already done for the day.
"Hello there. Are you done for the day? I would like us to talk," Miss Silvia said almost imdiately.
"Emm... yes, I was just rounding up, so—"
"That’s perfect. We could have a talk or two then," Miss Silvia cut in, excitent evident in her voice.
She had been quite pleased with the way Miss Bella had spoken about her on Friday. It made her admire her personality even more. Still, she wasn’t entirely sure whether she had seen her with Trevor earlier.
So, she decided it would be better to beco friendly with her whenever possible... just in case.
"Sure, co in," Miss Bella said, trying hard to suppress the panic in her voice.
Miss Silvia, completely unaware of the situation, walked into the office as though nothing was wrong.
But the mont she stepped in, she sensed sothing strange in the air.
Even stranger... there was a faint sll.
She pushed the thought to the back of her mind. Surely, she must be imagining things.
Miss Bella sat down calmly behind her desk, while Miss Silvia took a seat opposite her.
"So, what brings you to my office today, ma?" Miss Bella asked with a smile.
"Well, I just ca to check up on you. I haven’t really done that before, and I feel like I should. After all, you’ve been working hard. You even got a promotion," Miss Silvia replied calmly.
"And... you’re much better than our male colleagues," she added, coughing slightly, as if hinting that Miss Bella shouldn’t comnt on that last part.
Deep down, Miss Bella knew exactly what Miss Silvia had been going through with the male staff. The discrimination. The trouble Mr. Austin had been causing her.
But she hadn’t done anything about it.
Even though she knew she could have.
"Anyway, congrats. I heard the principal talking to Mr. Austin about your promotion," Miss Silvia continued after a pause.
"You might even be promoted to HOD. Alice is planning to move to another school since her family is relocating to another state."
Miss Bella should have been happy.
But she wasn’t.
She knew the truth. The principal was only trying to win her over with the promotion. And deep down, she knew exactly who truly deserved it.
But of course... that person would never get it.
anwhile, Trevor glanced at his watch. It was already getting late.
Of course, he hadn’t just been with Miss Bella for nothing. He knew it would earn him system points and improve his stats.
But now, he had a problem.
Miss Silvia and Miss Bella were taking far too long.
The hunters could arrive at his house at any mont.
Yes, Caroline had said midnight... but he didn’t fully trust her anymore.
From the narrow gap between the toilet door and the fra, Trevor could see that Miss Bella had relaxed. She had clearly forgotten what had just happened.
Maybe she had even forgotten he was still inside.
Ti was running out.
Trevor didn’t have the luxury to hesitate. He quickly ford a plan in his mind.
He glanced out the window one last ti, but as expected, Miss Silvia showed no signs of leaving anyti soon.
Most teachers lived near the school, so the night wasn’t usually a problem.
But tonight was different.
Trevor calmly flushed the toilet, the sound echoing through the room.
At that mont, he knew there was no turning back.
Miss Bella’s heart nearly jumped out of her chest as Trevor stepped out of the restroom.
Miss Silvia’s voice caught in her throat.
What on earth was Trevor doing there?
