"As far as I know, Star Lake City is the closest city to Celestial Star Battlefield, but it is a few days’ journey away from here. The majority of the things here in the market co from Celestial Star City. Everything here can be considered good, but compared to Celestial Star Battlefield, it is still lacking. So, I plan to directly board a fleet and head to the battlefield."

After Nikolai offered everyone to stay in the city for a few days, a young man with an impressive appearance spoke up as he looked at the other people around him.

His na was Kush.

Along the way, everyone beca acquainted with him. They all knew that they would be entering the Celestial Star Battlefield together this ti, so they decided it was best to stay close, thinking it would be easier to watch each other’s backs once inside.

Only Nikolai was an exception. He was not going to the Celestial Star Battlefield to fight a war against the surge of Soul Beasts brought by alien Soul Masters, he was going there as a wandering rchant to buy and sell things.

In their hearts, although Nikolai was important, he was not as important as Kush who would stay together with them till the end.

Thus, everyone nodded their heads in agreent after hearing Kush’s words. Their agreent also indicated that they would take the fleet to leave for the Celestial Star Battlefield together instead of wasting their ti here.

Nikolai felt bad inside, but he didn’t say anything. He looked at Jortis, the only person who had yet to answer.

Jortis exchanged glances with Nikolai and then the rest of the people before shaking his head, saying: "I am going to stay in the city for a few days. I still need to collect a few materials. The materials I want to collect are very important, and may even save my life on the battlefield. I’ll go to the battlefield after collecting these materials."

"Haha, good, then when the ti cos, we can go to Celestial Star Battlefield together. And the few of you can go together, it’s great!" Nikolai imdiately patted Jortis’s shoulder and laughed out loud.

With regard to Nikolai’s actions, Jortis did not avoid him. Along the way, everyone had already found out about Nikolai’s character. He was good enough to be considered a temporary friend.

With that settled, everyone left for the Celestial Star Battlefield, leaving behind Nikolai and Jortis in the Star Lake City.

.....

This was the third day of the Grand Auction. Emrys was sitting in compartnt number AX303. The room offered a perfect view of the stage while providing a sense of privacy and exclusivity. Through the projection on the huge screen, Emrys could see the bustling hall below, filled with eager bidders and curious spectators, and the stage where the auctioneer was standing.

The past two days had been eventful, with countless rare treasures appearing one after another. Even Emrys had acquired two more valuable items on the second day after spending about one and a half trillion credits.

Today was the most important day. Today, the auction would present the most anticipated items, and there were even rumors of so mysterious treasures making their appearance.

On the first day, Emrys discovered an oval-shaped object that was labeled as an unknown item. On the second day, he ca across a wooden rod and a wooden blade. These two items were also classified as unknown and said to have been retrieved from the sa ancient ruin where the oval-shaped object was found.

At first, Emrys thought that the oval-shaped object was the one ntioned by Elysia Nightshade, but the appearance of a wooden rod and wooden blade made him realize that there was an extrely high chance for his previous guess to be wrong.

Thus, he eagerly waited for the item Elysia talked about to appear today.

Emrys leaned back in his chair. His eyes narrowed as he observed the screen.

Just then, a soft chi echoed through the compartnt, indicating that the auction was about to start. The auctioneer’s voice echoed, "Dear guests, welco to the final day of the Grand Auction. For the past two days, hundreds of rare and extrely valuable items have been sold. Everyone who covered a great distance to participate in this auction has their fulfillnt already. But today is special. We hope you are as excited as we are for today’s items. Please take your seats as we begin shortly."

Everyone, including Emrys, Andrea, Laura, and Caruso straightened up, their interest piqued. They already knew that today’s event would be more than just a simple auction. There was a certain tension in the air and a sense of anticipation filled the entire Gale Pavilion.

"Ladies and gentlen, I thank you all for joining us for the final day of the Grand Auction. Today, we present the pinnacle of our collection. These are items that even I am eager to see. Without further ado, let’s start with sothing truly extraordinary!"

On the huge screen, Emrys, Andrea, and others saw the projection of the auctioneer who waved his hand and sothing happened.

A platform rose from the center of the stage, carrying a glass case covered in a dark velvet cloth. Two attendants were standing behind this glass case. They stepped forward and carefully pulled away the cloth to reveal the item inside.

Emrys’s eyes sharpened as he saw what lay within. It was an intricately carved jade tablet, glowing softly with a mysterious light. Ancient symbols were etched into its surface that seed to radiate an aura of imnse power.

"Our first item is the Celestial Jade Tablet!" the auctioneer announced. "The Celestial Jade Tablet is a relic discovered deep within the Forbidden Sea said to only appear every thousand years in our Infinite Soul Star. The Forbidden Sea is mysterious and no one knows the exact location where it would appear. Every ti it appears, it brings along a calamity where thousands of Soul Masters die. The Forbidden Sea is extrely dangerous to explore and ninety out of a hundred people end up losing their lives. In short, it can be said that the Celestial Jade Tablet was brought out of the Forbidden Sea this ti after the sacrifices of hundreds of powerful Soul Masters."

"It is said that when activated, the Celestial Jade Tablet can manipulate the flow of ti within a small radius. This allows the user to experience a ti dilation effect, where one hour inside the tablet’s influence may equal several hours or even days outside. This ability is highly sought after, as it provides Soul Masters with extended periods for training and comprehension without the loss of real-ti."

Ti?

Not only Emrys, but other people also straightened their backs. This is a word that rarely appears in the Infinite Soul Star.

Legend has it that in ancient tis, a mysterious figure awakened a unique Soul Mark with the rare and coveted "Ti Attribute". This person was later known as the "Chrono Sovereign". It is said that the power of ti itself flowed through his veins, granting him abilities that defied the natural order of the universe.

The "Chrono Sovereign" possessed abilities that could alter, freeze, accelerate, and even rewind ti within a specific area. With a re thought, he could freeze an entire battlefield, leaving his enemies suspended in a frozen mont while he moved freely. He could also glimpse into the future or the past, using this knowledge to anticipate danger and discover hidden opportunities.

One of his most fearso techniques was called "Temporal Severance". With this ability, he could sever a target’s existence from the present tiline, erasing them as if they had never existed. Only a few entities with extraordinary power and control over space-ti could resist or reverse this technique. It was said that this power alone made him untouchable, and even the strongest warriors feared facing him in combat.

However, despite his imnse power, the "Chrono Sovereign" vanished mysteriously one day, leaving behind only traces of his existence. Many believe that he glimpsed too far into the future and saw a calamity that not even his abilities could prevent. Thus, he chose to sever himself from the tiline to avert that catastrophe.

Anyway, since then, no one has seen Chrono Sovereign and no second person awakened a Soul Mark with the "Ti Attribute".

Other than the Chrono Sovereign, there was no second legend related to ti.

Now, an object appeared in the world that can manipulate ti.

How can it not attract people’s attention?

This Celestial Jade Tablet was brought out from the depth of the Forbidden Sea.

Legend speaks of the Forbidden Sea as the remnant of ancient tis.

Since that’s the case, what if the Celestial Jade Tablet was left behind by the Chrono Sovereign?

A thought appeared in everyone’s mind, causing a huge uproar among all. Everyone was ready to bid for the Celestial Jade Tablet and win it no matter what.

Emrys was no exception.

He couldn’t help but link the Celestial Jade Tablet to the mysterious item Elysia told him about.
