Emrys closed his eyes and took a deep breath, letting his body relax. The mont he activated the power of Tiless Enlightennt within his body, his mind entered a state of extre clarity. It was as if everything around him slowed down, and he could see and feel every detail with perfect precision. His consciousness expanded, focusing entirely on the billions of runes scattered across the foggy area.

As Emrys began to study the runes, he quickly realized sothing interesting. Many of these runes were copies of each other. They looked identical and carried the sa energy. Because of this, he didn’t need to waste ti comprehending them repeatedly. Instead, he would focus on one unique rune, understand it completely, and then skip its duplicates. This saved him a lot of effort and allowed him to move faster.

The first rune he studied glowed faintly with a mysterious golden light. As Emrys concentrated, the rune’s aning and function slowly beca clear in his mind. It seed to be a defensive rune, designed to create a barrier against outside forces. Once he fully understood it, he smiled and moved on to the next.

The next few runes were more complex. So created illusions, while others could interfere with a person’s thoughts, making them see things that weren’t real. Emrys carefully analyzed each one, breaking it down into smaller and simpler patterns. The more he studied, the easier it beca for him to understand them.

It has to be known that Emrys didn’t even have basic knowledge of runes prior to this. Compared to basic runes, these runes were at the advanced level or even at the master level, surpassing the advanced level. Even so, due to the comprehensive effects of Tiless Enlightennt, he was able to break each rune down into several advanced, interdiate, and even basic runes, and understand them easily, thus completely comprehending the master-leveled runes.

It was terrifying how easy it was for him to comprehend sothing that others might spend hundreds of thousands of years or even millions of years to understand.

His Tiless Enlightennt Body and Bloodline gave him an incredible ability to focus and learn quickly. Unlike the enlightennt he experienced from the Tiless Enlightennt Seed (now sprout), this state allowed him to remain fully aware of what he was doing. He understood every step of his comprehension and rembered everything clearly.

As ti passed, Emrys finally shifted his attention to a group of runes that felt different from the rest. These runes were deeply hidden, almost as if they didn’t want to be found. These were the runes from which Emrys felt a chilling sensation run down his spine earlier. Even now, he could feel these runes exuding a strong killing intent. They weren’t ant to protect or create illusions; they were designed to destroy and kill.

Emrys narrowed his eyes and began studying these killing runes carefully. Unlike the simpler defensive and illusionary runes, the killing runes were much more complicated. Each one had layers upon layers of patterns, and it took him longer to understand their purpose. But Emrys was patient. Not to ntion, in the state of enlightennt, he could not feel the passage of ti. To him, everything was happening very quickly. He was able to analyze each layer of the runes one by one, peeling away their secrets like the layers of an onion.

So of the killing runes were ant to target the soul, while others aid to destroy the body. Emrys realized that these runes had specific conditions for activation. For example, so would only activate if soone with a certain amount of power stepped into the fog. So would activate just by sensing the presence of a living creature. Others would trigger if a person tried to destroy or interfere with the runes themselves. Understanding these conditions gave Emrys a sense of control. He now knew how to avoid triggering the deadly runes.

As he continued, Emrys noticed a pattern among the killing runes that were more dangerous. They seed to be carrying an aura that felt almost alive. It was as if they were waiting for the perfect mont to strike.

Despite all this, Emrys didn’t feel overwheld. His Tiless Enlightennt Body and Bloodline kept him calm and focused. His mind worked like a sharp blade, cutting through the complexity of the runes with ease. He could feel his understanding growing with each passing mont. The knowledge of these runes was becoming a part of him.

Days passed, but Emrys remained deep in his state of enlightennt. He was like a sculptor, chiseling away at a block of stone to reveal the masterpiece hidden within. The foggy area around him seed to fade into the background as his entire being focused on the runes. He could feel the flow of energy within each one, understand its purpose, and even imagine how it would react in different situations.

Hell, he even evolved these runes and suddenly seed to have comprehended a few ancient runes that were carved on the surface of Ascension Gate.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity or maybe just a single minute, Emrys opened his eyes. His eyes glowed with golden light and an ethereal aura erupted from his body. His gaze was sharp and confident. He had comprehended almost all the runes present in the "Edge", including the deadly killing runes. The knowledge filled his mind like a treasure chest brimming with gold. He now understood the structure of this foggy area and the traps hidden within it.

Now, if he wants, he could easily break the illusion formation, and even cause the disperse of dark fog. He can completely get rid of all the runes in this area. However, he didn’t choose to do so.

Emrys smiled faintly and muttered to himself, "These runes raised are knowledge I never had before. Interesting. I would never have thought that comprehending these runes could increase my own combat strength. Not to ntion, I also learned several different thods to kill enemies."

"Nevertheless, it is ti to leave this foggy wall."

With a deep breath, Emrys disappeared. He used the Node Shift to shift his position and appeared on a vast, ancient battlefield.
