Seeing that Lin Mu was in front of them, the Shuijing Clan mbers were a bit flustered.
This was the first ti these particular mbers were directly talking to him, and as such were a bit overwheld. But much to their surprise, Lin Mu was easy goings and didn't seem as overbearing and pressuring as many other young experts.
"O-of course!" The Shuijing Clan mbers replied.
"Do I just go in?" Lin Mu asked, looking at the signboard just in front of them.
"Ah! Please wait!" One of the mbers said and quickly rushed into the hot spring section.
"You are our honored guest, as such we can't just let you use the common area, Daoist Mu Lin." One of the other mbers replied. "Please let us prepare the private area for you."
"You don't have to take extra effort for ." Lin Mu replied.
"Please, it'll be our honor." The Shuijing Clan mbers insisted.
"Alright." Lin Mu decided to accept.
He didn't have to wait that long either, as just two minutes later, the clan mber who had left returned.
"Please, co with Daoist Mu Lin. We've prepared it for you." The clan mber spoke.
"Very well." Lin Mu said and went along.
The two first entered the corridor that led to the actual hot spring area.
And as soon as they stepped into it, Lin Mu felt the change in the atmosphere. He knew they had passed through a barrier of a kind. But this kind of barrier wasn't ant to keep things out, but rather in.
'An energy reflective isolating formation… guess they want to keep the energy of the Hot Springs inside.' Lin Mu thought to himself.
In the air, he could sense several types of energies. Not only was there normal Immortal Qi, but there were five types of elental immortal Qis spread within, too.
'Have they set up multiple elental formations, or is it just a spring that has all the elents?' Lin Mu wondered.
~shua~
And a few seconds later, Lin Mu finally got to see the actual hot springs.
"This is… more of a large lake." Lin Mu muttered.
"You are right, Daoist Mu Lin." The Shuijing Clan mber replied. "It is indeed a lake."
"Huh… interesting… And it is all natural?" Lin Mu asked.
"Well… not exactly." The Shuijing Clan mber replied. "The lake's structure and size itself are natural. But originally it was just a normal lake." He added.
"Then did the Shuijing clan use formations to turn it into a hot spring?" Lin Mu asked next.
"No, rather we connected the lake with an underground vein of hot spring. The two weren't linked before, as there was solid rock blocking them. But with a little digging, we managed to connect the two and the lake fully transford into a hot spring.
Of course, all this was done long ago and since then it has been improved several tis." The Shuijing Clan mber explained.
"Oh? What kind of improvents are they?" Lin Mu asked.
"You can sense the elental Qi in the air right?" The clan mber asked instead.
"I do yes." Lin Mu nodded his head.
"Well, each component of the Hot Springs is carefully selected and provides Immortal Qi of various elents through them." The Shuijing Clan mber said before pointing to the hot spring.
Lin Mu followed his finger and saw that he was pointing at a rock hill.
The hot spring had tens of such large rock hills, placed in the lake, which also provided a way to separate it out into different sections. These sections were then connected with red wooden bridges that looked rather quaint in the steaming spring water.
Then there were multiple plants that were planted along the edges of the lake as well as at the base of the rocky hills. In addition to this, there were even so flowers that were gently floating in the hot spring, completely unbothered by the heat.
Most plants would not like such heat and would either die or stop growing from conditions like this. But the flowers and plants here were thriving with no issues.
"The rocky hills provide the Earth elental Qi, the plants provide the Wood Elental Qi, while the water of the hot spring provides the water elental Qi. The fire elental Qi is infused due to the heat from the veins, and the tal elental Qi cos from the natural minerals that are dissolved in the hot spring water." The Shuijing Clan mber explained. "There are also Qi channeling formations underground, that link up with the rest of the clan's Qi channeling array and release immortal Qi here.
This Immortal Qi is then taken up by the components of the hot spring and converted into the respective elental Immortal Qi. This not only makes the hot springs a good place to relax and rejuvenate, it also allows you to cultivate at the sa ti."
"Oh, and it is only the Shuijing Clan that has a hot spring like this in the entire Serene Glass Valley." The Shuijing Clan mber said with pride. "We even offer the other clans, spots to co to use it from ti to ti. The demand is never low and many want to co visit."
Hearing the explanation, Lin Mu was impressed. He knew that doing sothing like this was only possible for a clan with a long existence like the Shuijing clan.
"The unique location of the Shuijing clan is certainly blessed to have this hot spring." Lin Mu gave a little praise as he looked at the hot springs.
There were many people who were soaking in the water and busy absorbing the immortal Qi. These were the clan mbers who had co to cultivate and mostly had low cultivation bases. On the other hand, there were a few that were simply there to relax.
Lin Mu saw a handful of them that were floating on the surface of the water as if they were on their beds. They had their eyes closed and their arms under their head.
'They sure are relaxing.' Lin Mu saw the other side of the coin.
