Initially, he considered heading straight to the forests during their journey to the next city, but he was unfamiliar with their characteristics.

While this frozen ocean might seem like a natural bridge, it was far from a viable crossing. The journey was both perilous and impractical—more so due to the extre climate than the beasts.

The two poles were essentially barren wastelands, devoid of significant resources and laden with death. The rare materials hidden there were deeply buried under ice or snow, making them almost impossible to harvest.

As a result, intercontinental travel was primarily conducted via ocean routes for goods and teleportation arrays for those seeking speed.

Compared to the Rust Sky World, the oceanic gap between the Jui World's continents was smaller, and aquatic beasts were less threatening. Most of the powerful aquatic beasts resided near the poles, ensuring relatively safe passages for rchants and travelers.

The two other continents, apart from Shanxi, were known as the Grand River Continent and the Fuwa Continent.

The Grand River Continent, nad for the colossal river flowing through its center, lay to the east of Shanxi. Its reputation as one of the most dangerous regions in the Jui World stemd from its almost unbroken forest cover.

Beast waves were far more severe there, and humans had struggled to establish a foothold. Consequently, no empires existed in the Grand River Continent. Instead, the region was divided into small kingdoms and scattered immortal sects.

Interestingly, the lack of human dominance had allowed other races to thrive there. The continent was ho to Orcs, Beastkin, Giants, and a few other minor races.

"Oh? There are even demons living there," Lin Mu murmured, intrigued.

Scattered across the continent, demon tribes lived in isolation, rarely interacting with other powers. The Grand River Continent was the only place in the Jui World where demons still resided. It was said that they once inhabited the other continents but had migrated here for the relative safety it offered.

The Fuwa Continent, in contrast, was dominated by two rival empires—the Fu Empire and the Wa Empire.

Both empires occupied half the continent and had been in conflict since the earliest recorded history of the Jui World. Each claid to predate the other, with the Fu Empire asserting that the Wa Empire was a splinter of their own, and the Wa Empire making the sa claim about Fu.

Their shared border was an active war zone, with battles raging at every mont.

Yet, despite their rivalry, both empires maintained a neutral alliance with the Shanxi Empire, engaging in regular trade.

Immortal sects existed in the Fuwa Continent as well, but they operated as subsidiaries of either empire, flying their respective flags.

Of particular note was the Temple of the Four Guardian Beasts, the largest of its kind in the Jui World. Located precisely on the border between the two empires, it was a unique neutral zone, attracting visitors from both sides daily.

The forest surrounding the temple was regarded as sacred. A White Tiger of imnse power was said to have been born there in ancient tis, and its bloodline continued to influence the region.

As Lin Mu read through the jade slip, he ca across the nas of the tiger species residing in the forest.

"Moon Eye Tigers, Scarlet Streak Tigers, Iron Sheen Claw Tigers, Steel Furred Immortal Tigers…"

He found the variety remarkable.

"Most of these are rare tiger species, yet all of them coexist in a single forest. The bloodline of the White Tiger must be responsible for this anomaly," Lin Mu concluded.

Tigers were apex predators by nature, and their territorial instincts made it unusual for multiple tiger species to inhabit the sa area. While it wasn't unheard of to find two or three species coexisting, ten was unprecedented.

While there were no Scorch Claw Tigers there, eting other Tigers might still be good for him, even if it was just one of the bloodlines he had.

Lin Mu's goal was to find a forest that would provide the ideal environnt for practicing the Litany of Verdant Forests. He needed a place where he could imrse himself in nature, free from distractions and dangers. The jade slip provided detailed descriptions of each forest, including the types of immortal beasts, the terrain, and the resources available.
