Now reading: Chapter 2844: Water General’s Armament Technique from Walker Of The Worlds, a Action novel by Grandvoiddaoist.

ng Bai read the book and took his ti in reading it.

Unlike the Minor Water Manipulation Technique, the Water General's Armant Technique was a lot more complex and had multiple parts.

The technique allowed one to manipulate water to create all kinds of weapons. They could make swords, spears, daggers, axes, and even bows. It was a versatile technique that allowed one to forgo normal weapons and simply use water-forged ones. They wouldn't have to worry about breaking their weapons and could fight as they wished.

Of course, the power of the weapons made from the Water General's Armant Technique was also strong and depended on the cultivation base of the user. At the Core Condensation realm, one could make Low to Mid-Grade weapons. At the Nascent Soul to Dao Shell realm, they could make Mid to High-Grade weapons, and at the Dao Treading realm, they would be able to make Peak Grade weapons!

The weapons might not have innate weapon skills, but they could certainly match up as pure forging-type weapons in terms of durability and strength.

Lin Mu had obtained the Water General's Armant Technique from one of the shops back in the Rust Sky World, since it had seed interesting to him. But back then, he couldn't use the water elent, and the technique was also limited to the Spirit realm, so he hadn't really bothered learning it.

Now though, it would be perfect for ng Bai, who had gained proper proficiency in the water elent.

It took ng Bai an hour to finish reading the book before he attempted to use the skill. He carefully followed the Qi circuits, manipulated the water elental Qi, and turned it into a simple spear.

"I did it!" ng Bai said excitedly.

"Not quite exactly," Lin Mu corrected him. "Where's its blade?" he asked.

"Ah!" ng Bai realized that while the spear did have a tip, it was no blade.

It looked more like a stick that had simply been sharpened to a point.

"Lem try again." ng Bai said, focusing on the technique once more and letting the blade properly materialize.

SHUA

"Oh… it's a bit small." ng Bai noted the blade, which was only about three inches long.

While the spear would be functional, it wasn't exactly perfect.

SHUA

He controlled the water again and finally managed to form a proper spear blade.

"There we go." ng Bai said, feeling pleased.

"Try using it," Lin Mu suggested.

"Alright." ng Bai swung the spear around, practicing so simple stabs and sweeping strikes.

It felt comfortable in his hands, even though the texture was different. Despite being made out of water, it felt firm, almost as if the water was encased within a resilient and elastic layer.

WHOOSH WHOOSH WHOOSH

ng Bai continued to swing the spear around before finally throwing it.

WHOOSH

The spear soared through the air, but before it could strike the ground, it dissipated into water elental Qi.

"Huh…" ng Bai hadn't expected that.

"You forgot to maintain your spirit sense connection," Lin Mu pointed out.

"Oof, how'd I forget sothing so basic?" ng Bai face-pald.

It was standard practice to connect one's weapons with spirit sense to enhance control, even when not directly holding them. Since this wasn't ng Bai's usual spear, he had forgotten to establish the connection.

SHUA

He condensed the spear again, this ti properly linking it with his spirit sense.

WHOOSH

He threw the spear once more. This ti, it maintained its form and struck the ground accurately.

"Haha!" ng Bai was pleased with his improvent.

"Good." Lin Mu nodded, satisfied with the result. "It's already at the level of a Mid-Grade weapon," he muttered.

While it couldn't compare to ng Bai's own spear, which was a Peak Grade Spirit Weapon, it was still decent—especially considering that ng Bai could use it freely, even as a ranged weapon.

"Try making other weapons too," Lin Mu encouraged.

"Alright." ng Bai attempted to create a sword next, which ca easily.

Following that, he made a dagger by simply shortening the sword. Then an axe, then a hamr, and finally a bow.

The bow, however, took a bit more effort, as the string proved tricky to form.

TWANG

ng Bai tested the bow, pulling on the string, which was stretchier than that of a normal bow.

"I think I can adjust the draw strength of the bow," ng Bai observed instinctively.

"Try shooting an arrow," Lin Mu urged.

"Hmm." ng Bai held the bow steady and condensed an arrow onto it.

TWANG

He drew the string back and released the arrow. It shot forward, traveling over four hundred ters before striking a stone in the distance.

ng Bai's eyes went wide with amazent.

"It's so much more accurate!" he exclaid, having not expected that.

He had always been a little bad with bows after all.

"Probably because it's fully connected with your spirit sense," Lin Mu replied. "You should be able to control the flight of the arrow too."

"Yeah." ng Bai realized that he had unconsciously done exactly that—he had simply wished for the arrow to hit the stone, and it had obeyed.

Lin Mu then had ng Bai create several more weapons to test them out. He made small throwing needles, a crossbow, hooked swords, maces, and even a large ballista.

Creating the ballista, though, consud a massive amount of ng Bai's Qi and left him tired.

BOOM

But when he fired the large ballista bolt, even he was stunned.

The bolt flew over a kiloter before finally dissipating.

The sheer force behind the shot was impressive, and if the bolt had struck a creature, it would have certainly caused a massive explosion.

After all, ng Bai could control the water the weapons were made from, and turning it into a focused explosion was surprisingly easy.

Learning about this possibility, ng Bai grew even more excited. He tried a few more advanced moves from the skill, such as turning a single arrow into hundreds of sharp needles mid-flight, extending the length of a spear with a thought, and releasing waves of water slashes from the blade of a sword.
