Now reading: Chapter 3115: A Metal Elemental Immortal Tribulation! from Walker Of The Worlds, a Action novel by Grandvoiddaoist.

The heavens, the land, and even the hearts of cultivators trembled as they heard the bold declaration. No one here had ever heard of soone willingly provoking another Immortal Tribulation imdiately after passing one.

It was lunacy, it was madness, and yet there was sothing terrifyingly natural about the way Lin Mu spoke, as though he were not asking the heavens but commanding them.

The clouds above that had just begun to disperse halted their retreat. The vast ocean of the Water Elental Tribulation stilled for a mont, as though listening. Then the horizon darkened once more.

Whispers spread through the city like wildfire.

"Is he insane?"

"He’s calling down another tribulation?"

"Does he want to die!?"

"No... look at him... he looks like he’s challenging the heavens themselves."

The city lord’s face turned pale. Even the protective arrays trembled as if resonating with Lin Mu’s words, uncertain if they could handle another round of heavenly fury.

In the sect’s guest residence, the elders who had been watching silently erupted in disbelief.

"Impossible!" one elder roared, slamming the table before him. "No immortal in history of Silent Lotus World has ever... this is pure defiance!"

Daoist Chu’s lips trembled as he spoke. "No, this is beyond defiance... this is provocation. He is daring to treat the heavens as if they are his sparring partner."

Grand Elder Huo’s gaze, however, sharpened instead of faltering. His eyes shone with light as he muttered, "That aura... the Dao of Freedom mixed with the Dao of Domination... I see. He isn’t rely enduring the tribulation. He is forging his will upon the heavens themselves."

anwhile, ng Bai, who was still on a mountain ridge with the beasts, gripped his fists so tightly his knuckles turned white. His heart scread for his master to stop, yet a part of him was unable to look away, overwheld by awe.

"Master..." he whispered. "Just how far will you go?"

Up above, Lin Mu hovered calmly in the sky, his robes fluttering like banners of war. His aura was surging, intertwining with the ripples of space and the ambient Dao Traces. The heavens responded to his call.

BOOM!

The sky darkened once more as the second Immortal Tribulation descended.

This ti, however, the heavens manifested in a new form. The clouds above no longer roiled with watery depths or the pressure of storms. Instead, they glimred with a cold, tallic sheen.

The entire expanse of the firmant seed to turn into a vast forge, where blades were being tempered, and every spark of qi carried a sharpness capable of cutting through stone, flesh, and even soul.

The cultivators below could feel it imdiately.

Their protective barriers shuddered and groaned. The air grew heavy with tallic tang, biting into their skin as if a thousand invisible knives hovered in the atmosphere.

"tal Elental Immortal Tribulation..." the Grand Elder muttered, his sharp gaze never leaving the heavens.

He could tell at a glance that this was no variant tribulation. The scope was different.

Instead of the hundred-kiloter-wide sea of clouds that had dwarfed the landscape during the Water Tribulation, this one spread only twenty kiloters across. Still far greater than what ordinary cultivators faced, but no longer the spectacle of boundless grandeur.

It was almost as if the heavens themselves had grown weary.

"They are not showing him their full might," the Grand Elder thought grimly. "As though they resent his provocation yet answer with only part of their strength."

The clouds churned, their tallic glow deepening.

Countless threads of sharpness wove together into a painting of destruction.

These were no ordinary drops of rain, the heavens themselves had turned their intent into a storm of blades. tal elental qi, thick with Dao Traces, condensed into endless shards and spikes.

And then it began.

The first wave of the tribulation fell like a rain of swords.

Each droplet was a cutting edge, each gust of wind carried the resonance of tal’s destruction. Entire trees outside the protective formation splintered into sawdust as the rain passed, their trunks shredded as if carved by invisible blades. The very ground itself cracked, etched with grooves that hissed and sparked.

To most cultivators, even standing within the protection of an array, the scene was enough to drive terror into their bones.

But Lin Mu did not flinch.

Standing beneath the storm, his long robes whipping violently, he raised his chin to et the heavens’ wrath. A faint smile touched his lips.

Compared to the Water Immortal Tribulation, this was... trivial.

tal Dao. Sharp, unyielding, destructive.

He was intimately familiar with it.

His Sword Intent that was honed, tempered, and raised beyond the threshold of mortality was not rely aligned with the Dao of tal.

It surpassed it!

In his hands, tal was not destruction but creation, refinent, and domination.

If he wished, he could have lifted a single finger and scattered this tribulation’s rain as if it were dust. But he did not.

Lin Mu’s goal was not to resist.

He spread his arms wide, welcoming the storm as if inviting an old friend. The rain of blades cut into him, sparks flying as sharp qi clashed against his skin. Yet no wound appeared. His tempered body absorbed the sharpness, his immortal physique laughing at the attempt to harm him.

Instead of focusing outward, Lin Mu turned his immortal sense inward. Deep within his chest, nestled between his lungs, the tal Core of his Omnicore Ascendancy pulsed with life.

It spun slowly at first, resonating faintly with the incoming essence. With each droplet of sharp tal essence that entered his body, the core stirred, drawing it in greedily. He could feel its hunger, its desire to grow.

Lin Mu’s eyes narrowed in concentration. He ignored the storm of swords tearing apart the sky and earth around him, paying attention only to the rhythm of his core.

Thirty percent.

That was its current size compared to its full potential. The fifth smallest of his seven cores.

Then, with each passing minute, he watched it swell.
